Our relationship started almost a year ago, when I inquired about building my website. Dustin jumped right in with both feet and immediately began work. Well, as a lot of new businesses do, I under estimated the logistics involved in launching a new company in an already saturated market. Dustin was patient. Over the course of 10 months, he would often email or call and just check in. Well I finally got my act together, and as promised, Dustin delivered. He waited, and waited, and when I needed him, he jumped right back on board. He didn't make me wait, he didn't claim to have other clients that needed him, he treated me like family. I am thrilled with the results, I paid my balance, and off I went!!! Or so I thought. Until I had more complications, nothing to do with the website or design, but unforeseen banking issues. Dustin stood by me for 3-4 weeks, checking in often, and when I straightened it out, once again, he saved the day. Straightened out my banking info, shopping cart, etc.., added what needed to be added to get my business up and running again and in typical Dustin fashion, got it done quickly, no fanfare, no "look what I did for you", although he certainly could have. My website is www.lineofdutycigars.com, all of the photos and little descriptions etc are what I provided, not professionally done, but ok to get the ball rolling, everything else is Dustin and the crew at Westcoast Media. Dustin walked me through how to manage the back house stuff, and has assured me that the phone line is always open for me if I need him. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the end product. HIGHLY recommend using the group for your website needs.

I eloped…read morerecently on the Oregon coast and had a grand plan to ship my elopement flowers to an Etsy artist to create pressed floral art to commemorate the big wedding day. This required flowers to be packed and shipped quickly to maintain freshness. Of course these flowers are also sentimental and would not be able to be replaced so I called a lot of shipping stores to do my research on which one to go with. From my first call, the woman on the phone was so helpful and clearly invested in helping me pick the best shipping option- she advised me on the limitations of expedited shipping over the weekend and also gave good advice about not wasting my money on overnight shipping since ground shipping would still get my flowers to their destination within reasonable time at much less cost. When I actually showed up a week later, I worked with a different staff member, but he was clearly aware of my case already, gave me free packing paper to use in my project, and was so helpful in patiently giving me all my shipping options again and helping me tape up my box with Fragile and This Way Up stickers.
