It's actually not a terrible wash. It's touchless so it's better for your paint. It's always been hit or miss for me but it used to be really cheap like $20. They did raise the prices but I do think they also raised the quality control. I had a detail here before I traded my car in and they almost had me wanting to keep my car. I wish I did but that's a story for a different time. I do recommend this place and I'll continue to come here but can anyone let me know are they closed for any rain In the forecast that day or how do We know they're closed? read more

Overall they cleaned my car really nicely. But the person that was driving the cars out of the washer thingy was driving kind of recklessly...and I saw that while he was backing up a car he hit another clients cars. It was an SUV and a Lexus. The Lexus was scratched, the other was not. We didn't know who the owners were so we didn't say anything, and from the looks of it the worker didn't mention anything either. Got an interior detail done which cost $250. It took an 1 hour and 50 minutes. Quality of work was very nice. They took care of the vehicle and two weeks later the results are still there. The leather is still clean and nice and the car smells great. Worst car wash ever. They have no clue how to wash a black vehicle. Must have dried my truck with a dirty towel was there were hairline swirl marks on one door and half The hood. I ended up spending an entire day correcting the damage. Windows were streaked, wheels were covered with tire dressing after I requested no tire dressing. So much for a convenient wash. I wouldn't take a beater to this place. Never again. If you want the paint on your car destroyed take it here. For thirty bucks or so they will ruin yours too. read more

While their services are on the pricier side--like most carwashes these days--the quality makes it worthwhile. I always leave a generous tip, which brings the total cost to around $40 each time. I've considered opting for their monthly plan, but factoring in the additional tip each visit would likely push the cost to about $100 a month. Plus, the experience is never a quick in-and-out since they're always busy, so you have to factor in some waiting time. Despite the expense and time commitment, the exceptional service and the satisfaction of a super clean car keep me coming back. read more

Come to find out our vehicle was parked in the parking lot instead of coming inside to notify us that it was ready. The manger on duty did nothing to make THEIR mistake right. Came here today and was extremely disappointed. I was in the waiting room. They came in a couple times asking for the owners of different cars. I had been waiting for some time, so I went to check. I found my car parked near the Sprinter station. I went over to look at it found that it was not washed thoroughly. There were slits everywhere. Smudges, dirt spots, etc. When I asked why they didn't come in and tell me the car was ready they told me they waved their hands 3 times and nobody answered. I was in their waiting room. What takes more effort, checking your waiting room or driving my car to a different parking lot? I will not be coming back ever again. I wish I could rate 0 stars. read more

READ THIS REVIEW You pay for what you get- these guys are out here working hard hustling in the sun and cleaning your car and really not charging much for it. They do a GREAT JOB!! 100% worth the money There's a nice little Air conditioned waiting area with fully stocked vending machines and even a coffee barista vending machine if you want coffee. They are kind considerate helpful and fast!!!!! This place is a a GEM!!!! Rancho Del Oro is a hand car wash. Pay up front before the wash. Tip box, is used instead of tipping the individual attendant. Large and clean waiting room. The basic wash for a small SUV is about $30.00 The exterior wash was much better than the interior wash. The entire wash took about 20minutes. We all know that it takes longer than 20 minutes for a good, thorough car wash, but I've experienced mush worse. If you need a quick wash after a road trip, and you don't want to do it yourself. This has to be the worst wash I've ever had!! The front of my car was just as dirty when I left there as it was when I brought it in!!! I go thru the ones at the gas station where you stay in your car and it comes out 100% better!!! I spent 25 minutes when I go home cleaning the front, side mirrors and other spots this horrible place missed!! Ridiculous for $34!!! read more

I had a great experience!! I like supporting small businesses when I can. Came in, asked the prices and services , the service man was kind enough to show me the options. He told me he would take care of my car and make it look brand new. So I said, why not! I'd like that he was confident in washing my car. The car came out beautiful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I got an initial detailing and have used two of my unlimited washes so far and I'm severely disappointed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The monthly washes are $60 which, for what they promise, is great. However, my car being in the same, in some places worse, condition is so frustrating. Not in any of these 3 washes has the first picture ever been clean - including when I spent nearly $200 for the initial detailing. But this last wash was the most embarrassing. read more

Brendan had forgotten to recheck the spots after he finished our 3rd car but would come by later that week to take a look. I don't know how he did it but he was able to remove the Gatorade stains that had been there for months. I could not be happier with the service. Will definitely use them again.

Two people were waiting before I walked in and I got my car first. The pictures are of how badly my car was "cleaned". I'm taking them in the parking lot of my doctor's office. I have a lot to do today. If I didn't have a full day of appointments scheduled; I would have demanded a re-clean. I don't have the time to go back. This is ridiculous! How can they charge $50 for this. I could take so many more pictures, but I have an appointment to get to. Do not trust this place. I should have looked at the Yelp comments before going. I was at Scripps and saw this place. I gave it a try. Don't be impulsive like me. Do your research first. Don't waste your money!!

1 star. Do not bring your car here…read more I brought myJeep SRT8 in for a valve cover, oil pan, and crank seal job on 5/8. Got it back 5/13, five days for a two-day quote. It was smoking before I even got back to work. Oil dripping onto the headers. Returned it same day, they re-torqued and sent me home. Still smoking. Dropped it back off 5/14 at 3:10PM. Picked up 5/15. Two lights from the shop my transmission started slipping hard in second gear. Turned right back around. Owner Ricky confirmed the slip on a test drive. His first question was whether I'd done aftermarket work to the transmission, trying to make it my fault before we even got back to the shop. Plugged in a scanner, found an old unrelated stored code, erased it, drove it again. His conclusion: "I don't know what to tell you." I pointed out the transmission was perfect at drop-off. He got angry. Said no one drove it, they only idled it. Then offered to pull camera footage as proof. I said let's go watch it right now. He said he had other things to do. This happened in front of my fiancée and two of his own employees. No intake paperwork was made when I returned the car, no mileage logged for the exact period the transmission failed. What I can tell you is the mileage on my car does not support the story they're telling. A certified third-party inspection from the shop literally 150 feet away documented my transmission passing with zero issues the same morning I dropped off. The oil pan job on the 6.1L HEMI also requires physically moving the transmission for access. They did something and when confronted with the proof, they dodged cameras and kicked me out. BAR complaint filed. Small claims next. Update "Response to Ricky, thank you for responding publicly this actually helps me significantly. You identified yourself here as "Business Manager." When I asked you in person for the owner, you said you were in front of witnesses. That is now publicly documented. Regarding the OBD codes : the stored code found was a historical "lost communication with TCM" event. That is not a transmission mechanical failure code. It is entirely unrelated to active gear slipping. Any qualified technician or BAR investigator will confirm those are two completely different things. Regarding the SRT8 being driven aggressively: on the morning of my drop-off, another shop conducted a certified digital multi-point inspection of my vehicle. 31 of 33 systems passed. Transmission was in the green. The only red flags were the exact leaks I hired you to fix. That inspection is timestamped and on record. A performance vehicle with aggressive driving history does not pass a certified inspection hours before drop-off and then suddenly fail two blocks from your shop after picking up You stated the transmission was not touched. The 6.1L HEMI oil pan job requires the transmission to be lowered for access. It does not need to be fully removed to be disturbed. You also claim no evidence exists linking your repairs to the transmission failure. There is also no intake paperwork from my return visit, meaning no mileage baseline exists for the exact period the failure occurred. That absence of documentation benefits only one party, and it is not me. Your building advertises transmission services. You told me to my face you don't diagnose transmissions. Thank You Sir

When I got there, no one was at the desk, so I walked back to the front and again waited without being acknowledged before finally asking for my keys. The work on my vehicle was completed, but the customer service and communication could definitely be improved. There seemed to be several employees working, yet the process felt confusing and unorganized. Based on this experience, I'll likely continue visiting the El Camino location, where I've consistently had quicker and more attentive service.
