My husband and I have come to Rancho Del Oro Car Wash many times for car washes. From my experience, the staff here are always friendly, cheerful, and hardworking. They usually do a very thorough and clean job, although occasionally it may not be perfect , which is understandable. Today was a special situation. My baby got carsick in the car, and we arrived close to closing time. As you can imagine, the smell was extremely unpleasant. Even though they were about to close, the team was still kind, patient, and willing to help us without hesitation. I truly appreciate businesses that have warm, helpful employees rather than staff who act bothered or unfriendly. I brought my car here because I've seen good reviews. I did bring it in a Sunday , which was a busy day for them but no excuse to leave my car the way they did . Wait time good for as busy as it was but why did I pay 30$ for it to leave dirty , with stuff still all over it and the windshield dirty . I brought my car in for the "VIP Package" and Originally $100 paid $90, expecting a professional level detail that justified the price. I waited over an hour for the service, which I understood at the time as a necessary investment for a thorough job. However, when I got my car back, it was clear that the wait time did not translate into quality. The car was returned to me with the dash covered in white residue/smudges, the seats completely uncleaned, and visible dirt still caked onto the rear of the car. The rear windows were also left covered in water spots. To make matters worse, I compared this to their $30 Basic wash, which on paper includes a dash wipe down, window cleaning, and a hand wash. The fact that my car wasn't even cleaned to that $30 standard is baffling, especially after waiting over an hour for the "VIP" service. I've tried reaching out to management to resolve this and have received no response. If you are looking for a quality detail, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. OMG! I can't believe these guys have a low rating. They did an amazing details on my car. It's a 2021 Rav4 that was a dual dog transport with food, hair and sand in every crack and crevice. I felt so bad that it was this nasty. I also felt bad that tip is not added to the cc reader but I did find a $20 in the seat crack so I had something. It was 2.5h but there are tables, massage chairs, indoor/outdoor seating. People were friendly, staff was efficient. I'd say at least 30 cars went through while I was there. It's actually not a terrible wash. It's touchless so it's better for your paint. It's always been hit or miss for me but it used to be really cheap like $20. They did raise the prices but I do think they also raised the quality control. I had a detail here before I traded my car in and they almost had me wanting to keep my car. I wish I did but that's a story for a different time. After 3 years of membership I unfortunately was forced to cancel my membership today due to damage on my car. I have never had issues in the past nor have I ever been a simple karen to some water marks or towel smudges. Never have I complained until today my car came out of the wash with a 5 inch white scratch on my driver door. I started to take a closer look and a friendly face I see almost every week came to my rescue, he quickly grabbed some clay from the detailing side and took out the white but the scratch was still there. It felt like a quick guilty fix he tried to do to satisfy me, it made me take a closer look at my car and to my surprise my car was covered in white spots/chips everywhere, the front hood and sides of my car had tiny little white dots everywhere. I brought it to their attention and immediately was told it didnt happen there. After some time of going back and forth he told me he was 100% sure they didnt cause that to the car and his solution was to cancel my membership. Knowing Ive been a loyal customer for years he said they only took out the scratch on the door as a courtesy to my membership, I find that real shocking when a few months ago I had a spot of sap on my car and they said it required a full detail to take out because it needed clay. Sap that needed clay was an issue but a 5 inch scratch that "didnt come from them" was no problem to them. Sad and disappointed my membership ended like this, loyalty means nothing nowadays. read more

But the person that was driving the cars out of the washer thingy was driving kind of recklessly...and I saw that while he was backing up a car he hit another clients cars. It was an SUV and a Lexus. The Lexus was scratched, the other was not. We didn't know who the owners were so we didn't say anything, and from the looks of it the worker didn't mention anything either. Got an interior detail done which cost $250. It took an 1 hour and 50 minutes. Quality of work was very nice. They took care of the vehicle and two weeks later the results are still there. The leather is still clean and nice and the car smells great. Overall good customer service and a good product. Only concern is the price for a very competitive area for car washing. read more

Worst car wash ever. They have no clue how to wash a black vehicle. Must have dried my truck with a dirty towel was there were hairline swirl marks on one door and half The hood. Came here today and was extremely disappointed. I was in the waiting room. They came in a couple times asking for the owners of different cars. I had been waiting for some time, so I went to check. I found my car parked near the Sprinter station. I went over to look at it found that it was not washed thoroughly. There were slits everywhere. Smudges, dirt spots, etc. When I asked why they didn't come in and tell me the car was ready they told me they waved their hands 3 times and nobody answered. I was in their waiting room. Went today for the $30 wash. We waited patiently for our vehicle to be "hand washed". We noticed several cars go through. Come to find out our vehicle was parked in the parking lot instead of coming inside to notify us that it was ready. The manger on duty did nothing to make THEIR mistake right. The basic wash for a small SUV is about $30.00 The exterior wash was much better than the interior wash. The entire wash took about 20minutes. We all know that it takes longer than 20 minutes for a good, thorough car wash, but I've experienced mush worse. If you need a quick wash after a road trip, and you don't want to do it yourself.
