Part of the issue was definitely poor communication on my end However, I do feel that as the expert, he could have pointed out the swirl marks and said something like, "I see swirl marks on your paint"--we can correct that for an additional fee." I absolutely would have paid for it because that was the main reason I was having the car detailed in the first place. The service was good, but I feel there was a missed opportunity to educate me and offer the service I actually needed. Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication and transparency regarding what could be done for the paint, I probably won't be using the company again. The car wash came out pretty good, though!

Attendants are ALWAYS upbeat and positive and willing to help out. I could share some stories but will save you. Just know that they are fantastic with customer service. I even read a few 2 and 1 star reviews and those people still gave kudos to the workers. The other things they got down on them for (faulty equipment, car damage??). I don't know any of that and haven't heard anyone talk about that and I get my ride spruced at least once every 2 weeks and more like once a week! You know how it is. I've got kids too, bro! I usually need the inside more than outside but why not get both when you have the monthly unlimited pass? Wash, rinse and repeat and your whip will never look nasty. The ladies, or dudes, and maybe both, will be stretching their necks as you shoot by. One. "Concern" I have to bring up is the constant issue of non-operable vacuums It seems almost every time I go for a wash, the vacuum is not working -little to zero suction. However I will say that the team is in it as those hoses are typically repaired within a week or so. I think it's a problem that is somewhat out of their control. The problem being too much usage. I would argue this location is the busiest.

Then I continued to drive slowly towards this car wash machine until the directions told me to Stop and place my brake on the Park position. And to shut off my engine. I did these things as it was required. Then I walked for the different colored Foam to cover my entire body on my car. After this foam was sprayed on my whole car than the second step was for this car wash machine to use its rubber scrubbers to wash my entire car. It took about 10 minutes to get this thing done. 1 star. Do not bring your car here…read more I brought myJeep SRT8 in for a valve cover, oil pan, and crank seal job on 5/8. Got it back 5/13, five days for a two-day quote. It was smoking before I even got back to work. Oil dripping onto the headers. Returned it same day, they re-torqued and sent me home. Still smoking. Dropped it back off 5/14 at 3:10PM. Picked up 5/15. Two lights from the shop my transmission started slipping hard in second gear. Turned right back around. Owner Ricky confirmed the slip on a test drive. His first question was whether I'd done aftermarket work to the transmission, trying to make it my fault before we even got back to the shop. Plugged in a scanner, found an old unrelated stored code, erased it, drove it again. His conclusion: "I don't know what to tell you." I pointed out the transmission was perfect at drop-off. He got angry. Said no one drove it, they only idled it. Then offered to pull camera footage as proof. I said let's go watch it right now. He said he had other things to do. This happened in front of my fiancée and two of his own employees. No intake paperwork was made when I returned the car, no mileage logged for the exact period the transmission failed. What I can tell you is the mileage on my car does not support the story they're telling. A certified third-party inspection from the shop literally 150 feet away documented my transmission passing with zero issues the same morning I dropped off. The oil pan job on the 6.1L HEMI also requires physically moving the transmission for access. They did something and when confronted with the proof, they dodged cameras and kicked me out. BAR complaint filed. Small claims next. Update "Response to Ricky, thank you for responding publicly this actually helps me significantly. You identified yourself here as "Business Manager." When I asked you in person for the owner, you said you were in front of witnesses. That is now publicly documented. Regarding the OBD codes : the stored code found was a historical "lost communication with TCM" event. That is not a transmission mechanical failure code. It is entirely unrelated to active gear slipping. Any qualified technician or BAR investigator will confirm those are two completely different things. Regarding the SRT8 being driven aggressively: on the morning of my drop-off, another shop conducted a certified digital multi-point inspection of my vehicle. 31 of 33 systems passed. Transmission was in the green. The only red flags were the exact leaks I hired you to fix. That inspection is timestamped and on record. A performance vehicle with aggressive driving history does not pass a certified inspection hours before drop-off and then suddenly fail two blocks from your shop after picking up You stated the transmission was not touched. The 6.1L HEMI oil pan job requires the transmission to be lowered for access. It does not need to be fully removed to be disturbed. You also claim no evidence exists linking your repairs to the transmission failure. There is also no intake paperwork from my return visit, meaning no mileage baseline exists for the exact period the failure occurred. That absence of documentation benefits only one party, and it is not me. Your building advertises transmission services. You told me to my face you don't diagnose transmissions. Thank You Sir

Avoid this car wash at all costs! During my recent visit, they caused two large gashes on my right side tires, leading me having to get both replaced. When I consulted BMW, they confirmed that such damage often occurs due to improper positioning on car wash tracks. Shockingly, the car wash staff refused to acknowledge their error and instead attempted to deflect blame, suggesting the damage was pre-existing before I left. Furthermore, they allowed me to drive the car out of their facility with a significant road hazard, posing a serious safety risk. The wash cycle is nice and long, and my car always comes out looking really clean. After the wash, you pull into one of the finishing bays to dry your car. I bring the microfiber towels I purchased there and go over my car myself. They also have pay to use vacuums that work great and even a towel wringer, which is a thoughtful touch. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially the woman with glasses. They also have a store where you can purchase cleaning supplies, air fresheners, microfiber towels, and other car care products. This has become my go to car wash, and I'll happily keep making the drive to come here.

I took our truck and SUV here for a hand wash and hand wax for both cars. I was told it would be 2…read morehours, but waited nearby. One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!

There is also a gas station there along with the car wash in case you need gas or items from their store. The wash was good, the car came out very clean, no visible scratches or anything like that. The vacuum cleaners were ok, but the pressure was not that good. The location is nice, well kept.
