I reached out to All-in-one-Electric to see if they were able to drop an outlet from our attic to hide the wire from our mounted television. Larry quickly responded which was great, and asked for photos of the requested job. Once provided, he gave an estimate and a window of when they could come. Larry and Logan came at the expected time and got straight to work. Larry and his son arrived promptly and on time to add a few new circuits and a whole home surge protector. As the rain had started, they had to come back the next day but again, showed up promptly. The circuits were installed cleanly and terminated into my panel, and the conduit used to route them was installed perfectly and looks clean against the house. The work required a bit of drywall cutting, but by the time I got up to look aside from the hole, everything was cleaned up. Larry offered a fair price for the job, and he and his son were courteous and even did a little homework on the part I had gotten to ensure they had the install according to spec. I had a fuse trip after hurriedly / carelessly attempting to replace a bulb without noticing the bulb socket section on the newer bulb was much smaller. It felt mushy when trying to turn on and back off, unlike the other fuse switches. Larry cautioned me that frequently people do not push the switch hard enough to the off position. I did so, it wouldn't immediately go back on, so I emailed a picture of it to him as requested. He hadn't rec'd the email picture after his lunch, so he called me to tell me to check it again. I did so and this time it worked!! You know you are dealing with a quality business when they talk you through a simple problem over the phone and consequently don't charge you. Turns out my meter was just broken and Encore had 'remote diagnosed' my problem as not there's. We had an issue where multiple outlets were non-functioning even though the GFCI outlet they shared appeared to be working. Larry and Logan were able to VERY quickly asses that it was not an issue with the breaker, but was in fact a blown GFCI unit: the same one that still appeared to be working. Could not have asked for better service from Larry and his son. I was fearing the worst after we had home remodel and the contractor's electrician caused problems instead of fixing. Larry and his son came in and immediately got to work. They seemed extremely knowledgeable and friendly. These guys could have told me my whole house needed new wiring and I wouldn't have known any better.
