This review is edited after a long conversation with the company's owner Peter. At no point did he…read moreask me to change my review, but was rather seeking genuine, more detailed feedback to improve their operations. He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

Great company, great service, no worries!…read more Their sales representative Fransisco Carelli was friendly, knowledgeable and matched their competitor's price. The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

l have had Suburban propane for 13 years. This year l wish l could remove the tank, the propane and…read moregenerator and Suburban propane.I had a massive leak in the spring, emptied the tank which was 60% full .it was the bonnet valve on their rented equipment. they replaced the valve and would only replace the fuel if l payed half price. the cost 430.00 also the tech changed out a 179.00 part on something that wasn't broken, without asking me. add that together ! anyway 1/29/26 ,nightmare again, my whole house smells weird, while my generator was running ,priming itself ( every Wednesday for 12 minutes) my house was inhaling fumes ! 7 little dogs and me. it's was strong n metallic ! l opened windows, turned off everything n ran the dogs outside.l really take care of this generator too.my late husband said too,it's an asset to the house, every 6 months a tech comes out, checks everything, including amount of propane ,oil, battery etc is recorded. this time ,l called Suburban, they told me to shut it( the tank)down/off l told them l was afraid of it and could someone come out. they did, shut everything off and showed me how to do it also. then my own generator guy sent out his grandson to double check. well l Just got a bill from suburban for 154.00 . l know l asked about a fee and the driver told me no and showed me the invoice on his phone. 00.00 no cost mentioned ! lol. you have to watch this company, they will take advantage. Years ago the office and the fuel truck had different prices. ya never knew what they were gonna charge.plus lately it's always been a fight. oh and when l had the massive leak, l was told to go to a hotel and don't light any matches. geez, send someone out l thought l was gonna blow up my neighborhood. l don't feel safe with this company. if you are starting fresh with a new generator, read the reviews for this company, not very good. The ladies in the office are nice. that all the good l can muster up.

I got a $500 gas delivery and when I walked by the tank I smelled gas and checked the meter and…read moremost of the propane had leaked out of the tank--I immediately called Suburban Propane. They dispatched a second technician who came out and checked my tank for leaks and determined that the first technician had left a valve open. He closed the valve but said I'd have to talk to the office about getting the gas replaced. I called their office and they said my lawn service must have opened the valve--! I don't have a lawn service and nobody but their technician touched the tank (which has a cap with a lock) prior to me discovering the leak. I live alone with my six year old son and neither of us touched it and nobody else was on our property. Now the managers are refusing to take my calls and won't call me back. I'm out $500 and I'm going to run out of gas sooner rather than later and on top of it I found out they charged me $7.09 per gallon when the going rate in my area is $4.46. Take your business elsewhere.
