She took the time to come out and walk through my apartment, was incredibly professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and kind, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about helping me get my new place ready. I was very impressed by her attention to detail and the pride she clearly takes in her business. One thing that really stood out to me was that she also offered moving services at a very reasonable price, which I thought was a wonderful added service for anyone preparing for a move. In the end, my decision to go with another company came down strictly to my personal budget and the specific needs of this particular move-in project. It was in no way a reflection of Cayla, her professionalism, or the quality of her work. If anything, making the decision was difficult because of how positive my experience was.
