Laundry day can be a very dangerous day no matter what but it when it involves machines that this company owns your soo much better off going to find another machine that isn't owned by them! So where I live we are unfortunate enough to have to use machines that this company owns or go to the laundromat which now isn't sounding like that bad of an idea as their machines are piles of junk! So this past summer I can't count how many times I tried to do laundry only too get my basket ready and have the machine just not work or steal my money with that said I wanna say I'm pretty close to about $20 wasted on their machines eating my money sure they have a number to call but they don't do a thing about it as they could careless!! The machines we used to have were pretty old and didn't work that great but at least the dryer would dry your clothes the first time around as I wanna say in September they replaced a good amount of the machines on the property with brand new ones which are just as bad as the old ones if not worse as these new ones are constantly broken and the dryer is just worthless as it takes two cycles to dry your clothes when it should only be one! These new machines are garbage as you can teen they are cheaply built and definitely not going to hold up for the long haul! Today was the last straw I'm going to petition our landlord to get rid of this company as you can tell they clearly don't care about the well-being of their machines and the people who use them! Also I might add that to use one of their machines you need to obtain one of their laundry cards from one of the dispensaries to get it you can only give it a $5 bill it won't take anything else for the card but to replenish your card you can give it a $20 or below the plus side to that is if you give it a bigger bill it will sometimes give u a cash bonus which your going to lose anyway when the machine eats your money! Overall laundry day is a very dangerous day if you have to use one of this company's machines you might as well just say the hell with it and go to the laundromat which is something I will be doing now! Stuck with these idiots due to my apartment complex using them. 4 weeks now and I cannot add any money onto my card. Can't do laundry with quarters, only with their proprietary card. Aside from the fact that their coin laundry washers and dryers are decades out of date and basically do not do the job you are paying them to do - the integrity and honesty of the company is trash. Their machines which do not dry your clothes - often eat your quarters - and it is up to you to suddenly drive your sopping wet clothes to the laundromat or keep feeding the machine quarters until it agrees to run a cycle. When dealing with the company's customer service they make no effort to reimburse your payment and certainly do not acknowledge the gross inconvenience of having a pile of wet clothes to deal with. Strongly do not recommend - will not rent in apartments in the future with their machines. read more

You know, I don't understand how it is that this company can have a website in order to take your money, but can only be reached by phone to set up your card/receive help/customer service etc during weekdays???? I highly doubt there are very many people who do their laundry M-F 9-5. I am in a demanding grad program where I rarely have a lunch break in that timeframe, much less the opportunity to call the laundry company when I have issues with my card!!! Yet, there is not even an email address to be able to contact them on weekends/weeknights. And I've yet to find where their office hours are listed! read more

Just dried my clothes for 2 hours. Ots not a big load at all. Still not dry. Went over to the apartment building next door to throw them in there and doend another $1.70. Its 10 degrees outside and I'm running between buildings to do one small load of laundry and pay like $7 to do it. No thanks! Hat a waste of time and money. I'll go to the laundromat next time. I had an issue with the dryer not properly drying my laundry. It would heat, but it wouldn't spin to properly dry the laundry. This lead to an entire load of wet laundry that I had to hang up around my apartment to keep them from molding. I immediately email the company to let them know about the issue, and it took over 2 days for them to respond to let me know they were sending a technician to fix it and someone would be in contact with me to refund me for the dryer not working. Well, it's been over a month, I have not heard from anyone at the company. I only know that the dryer has been serviced because they left a notice on the dryer. I followed up that I still wanted my refund, and no one will respond. Their machines are absolute garbage and they know it, but they continue to take everyone's money. read more

This company is the worst when it comes to maintaining laundry equipment or custom services. Their machine is often broken or takes your money and doesn't start or charges you twice. You can never get in contact with the company via phone or email and will never get a respond back. I have no option but to use their machine because of the apartment I live at services the laundry with them. It's like they are running a scam and you can't do anything about it but to deal. They have the worst rating in every platform including the BBB. read more

Absolute B.S. service. Confusing and difficult to use. The dryers don't dry well and you have to pay a ridiculous amount to use both the washer and dryer. If your clothes aren't dry, sucks for you. I paid $1.70 for my clothes to be dry not a wet mess. I hate this service and hate that my apartment doesn't have a washer/dryer hookup because I would much rather buy my own than waste my money in this company that should be shut down. Screw this company and you're spotty customer service. Just know, you'd definitely lose a customer if I had another choice. Called 2x in 2weeks to service a machine and it still has not been fixed! I spend my hard earned money to wash my clothes and expect them to be fully dry. Instead I dry them for the length of time the machine gives me and still have to hang them in my apartment because they are still wet. Horrible business! read more
