I arrived to find a sign on the door saying closed. It also said something about new management..

Dry cleaning this guy done lost my service. The owner of this place was eavesdropping on a conversation I was having with my wife about a coin laundry in the small town I grew up in 20 years. " I told her that all the kids were taking the coins from the change machine because how old the machine was and we all got caught when we cashed it in at the only store in town." This guy calls the police saying I was going to do that there because he was eavesdropping. Not listening to the whole story. Half his machines are broken and one took 50 cent more than what it said. It's only .50 cents but still. The place was pretty dirty so let's keep our fingers crossed. One cost 8$ the other one 7.50 I cashed three 5's and one dollar bill and have no changed left. The only reason I'm using this place is because I didn't know and my drains are currently backing up. Hopefully it's fixed before I have to wash clothes again. The rating would be a zero do not go unless you what the police called on you. But unfortunately, the lowest rating is a one star. read more

Horrible! Hardly any of the machines work. It was not clean! My rug was stuck in a machine. I called every number I could find and I could not reach anyone. I came back for two weeks straight and I never found anyone in the laundromat after 4 PM. I thought the Twinsburg was bad so I came here. It was even worse. SMH! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The majority of the machines are broken, the places is dirty, there's no soap in the soap vending machine, and I just put a $20 in the change machine and only got 1 quarter back! I've only gone here when I've been desperate but I will never be back again. read more

Don't waste your time or money. My washing machine broke so i thought i could make a quick run here to get everything done while waiting for repairs. First - I put $20 bill in coin exchange, it shorted me 2 quarters. Second about 70% of the machines are labeled 'out of order.' Of the remaining machines, particularly dryers, i put 75 cents into at least 4 of them that did not work and did not return my quarters. I ended up taking most of my wet clothes home to run through multiple iterations in my dryer. I'm most upset about the at leas $4.50 that i was ripped off at this place. read more

Worst laundromat ever. Only 2 -3 machines available because the rest is out of order. Change machines dont work. Soap machine never works.

I have counted 17 machines not working. Same ones week after week. Owner needs to step up and get machines repaired.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been in alot of laundromats in my life and this has got to be the worst Ive seen. I came only because our home washer broke and laundry doesnt stop coming regardless. It was close to where I live and being in Solon I expected better...alot better. As soon as I walked in I noticed pretty much all washers were taped up and out of order, including the change machine. Seriously?! I think the owner need to just sell this place to someone that can manage and take care of it better. He sure cant. Awful. read more

Poorly maintained machines, not labeled "out of order" caused me and my family to lose money on many occasions. Today is my last time patronizing them. The cold water on the washer was broken, I spoke to the manager who came over and tried it herself and confirmed it did not work. She then pressed the warm water button and told me "this button also uses cold water too" and walked away. When I complained, she yelled at me with an expletive laden rant telling to commit sexual acts on myself and that if I wanted a refund, I should open the machine (door is on the side) and let all the water spill onto the floor first. One of the large commercial did not start to spin and my friend's daughter who was there with me, thought that the door was not closed correctly and she tried to close and the machine stopped working, I went to request for a refund a few weeks later(I was out of the country). I went to talk to the clerk(lady) at the dry cleaning counter and right away she said that is your error and I know that you are not going to get a refund(now why would anyway purposely want to cause a machine to stop working), I asked for David - Owner to call me as I was looking to get a refund, and 2 weeks later, I have yet to here back. read more
