She recommended a $6 front load machine that allowed for more swishing of the large item. I agreed. She preferred $1 bills, which I had, so I gave her . She got the " coins", showed me how to work the machine. She was very kind and helpful. Dryers are free! This is my go-to mat when I have large loads. It's clean, spacious and friendly.

I tried get alterations to sleeves on overcoat and was basically shooed out the door and told to make an appointment. This was after showing up three times prior with the coat expecting someone to be there based on their posted hours, only to find the place closed. This happened on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. Despite the posted hours, It's kind of a crapshoot as to if/when this place will actually be open for business. You can drop off dry cleaning at the kiosk anytime, but getting alterations or anything where you need to speak with someone is a whole ordeal which apparently needs to be carefully scheduled. I ended up just going to a place called Alberts instead -- who took care of me right away. It took less time to walk in, explain what I wanted, get measured and hand off the coat at Albert's than it did to just show up wait around and then be scolded by the woman at A&M. This place seems to have a good reputation for quality work based on word of mouth recommendations, however because of the way this place is run, it makes of very difficult to use their services.

So where I live we are unfortunate enough to have to use machines that this company owns or go to the laundromat which now isn't sounding like that bad of an idea as their machines are piles of junk! So this past summer I can't count how many times I tried to do laundry only too get my basket ready and have the machine just not work or steal my money with that said I wanna say I'm pretty close to about $20 wasted on their machines eating my money sure they have a number to call but they don't do a thing about it as they could careless!! The machines we used to have were pretty old and didn't work that great but at least the dryer would dry your clothes the first time around as I wanna say in September they replaced a good amount of the machines on the property with brand new ones which are just as bad as the old ones if not worse as these new ones are constantly broken and the dryer is just worthless as it takes two cycles to dry your clothes when it should only be one! These new machines are garbage as you can teen they are cheaply built and definitely not going to hold up for the long haul! Today was the last straw I'm going to petition our landlord to get rid of this company as you can tell they clearly don't care about the well-being of their machines and the people who use them! Also I might add that to use one of their machines you need to obtain one of their laundry cards from one of the dispensaries to get it you can only give it a $5 bill it won't take anything else for the card but to replenish your card you can give it a $20 or below the plus side to that is if you give it a bigger bill it will sometimes give u a cash bonus which your going to lose anyway when the machine eats your money! Overall laundry day is a very dangerous day if you have to use one of this company's machines you might as well just say the hell with it and go to the laundromat which is something I will be doing now! Landlords save yourself and your tenants a headache and don't use this company! Sincerely a frustrated super annoyed and just totally fed up consumer!
