My vehicle had some bumper damage from the toll road cones getting kicked up from a truck. Took it here based on AAA recommendation. One month after it was painted it looks like they used the cheapest paint they could get. The paint is massivley chipped and flaking off. Looks worse than when I took it originally. Also you can visibly see where the completely disintegrated prep the bumper for painting. I would look somewhere that actually try's to do work. read more

I am very disappointed with all magic after being a customer for 20 years and have spent over $35,000 over in various repairs over the years. Last month I went in to get my bumper repaired after a girl hit me at my friends house. Her car just brushed against my bumper putting a hole in bumper so it just needed the bumper replaced. I have been friends with the owner Ellie since he first started. I had some issues the last two times I went there so I went to another body shop my insurance recommended. They wrote up an estimate, but said they were unable to fix my car because my paint had a crack in due to the Bondo that All Magic had put on my car from a previous repair. I had to go to all magic for my repair now. So I take it to all Magic and talked to Ellie and he said he would fix it. I had told him the insurance gave me a check for the bumper and he asked me to sign the check over to him and he would submit a claim for more money. Then Brian told me that he could not get to my car till next month. Meantime my insurance called to see how the repair was going since they had not heard from me or the shop. I told nationwide that they could not do the repair till next month and that I gave them the check already. Nationwide told me that I don't pay ahead of time and for me to go get that check back until they did the repairs. I did and the shop was not happy. I waited the month for them to have time to do my repair and never heard from Brian. I finally called and asked if he was ready to do my car and he said sure , just as long as I come in before and give him the money from the check as a deposit. I have never paid ahead of time to get my car repaired before. I was so mad at the way I was treated after being a customer for so long. I plan on calling my insurance and telling them what Brian said and I will be calling Ellie to. I will let you know how it is handled. To be continued. read more

Took my vehicle to All Magic post-accident to get the bumper repaired after getting rear-ended. The staff there was exceptional. Mauro was very professional and knowledgeable about the work that was required based on his estimate. Small oversight on a part that was needed during the original estimate, but minor, and it didn't hold up the overall timeframe of the repairs. The communication and updates on the progress along the way from both Mauro and Kayla were very much appreciated. Kayla was very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with during all interactions. A small hiccup when I went to pick up my vehicle, but the staff reacted quickly and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. My fiancé and I dropped our Tesla Model X for repair after getting into an accident. We understood that parts for Tesla were on back order and that were was going to be a wait. Jesse even gave my fiancé his phone number to contact him regarding any concerns or updates regarding our car. My fiancé would text and never get a response back from Jesse. When we first picked up our car one of the headlights wasn't working, all the parts didn't arrive, the car was stuck on service mode for a couple of hours before we were able to drive the car home. We waited an additional 2-4 weeks for the parts to come in. After we dropped off the car it took another week for them to install. When they communicated that the car would be ready, my fiancé confirmed the day of that he would be leaving from Long Beach to pick up the car but there were several occasions when he left work just to find out it was a fluke and they needed more time. When we picked up the car the second time, we noticed that our spoiler was installed incorrectly and would make a loud screeching noise every time it would move. We took the car back to them and our spoiler is still not fixed. We are still waiting on parts from our trunk. We truly don't mind the wait but what is infuriating is their lack of communication and disregard for personal time. Don't give a customer your contact information if you don't intend on replying. Don't waste your time and take your Tesla to a different certified shop. read more

This place was recommended by an old friend. My car had very small dents on the side front. When I dropped it off, they said it should probably be a week until I get my car back. I was ok with that. They ended up taking a whole month. They never had an update nor an expected date when I could pick it up. ALL MAGIC PAINT AND BODY This has been by far the best experience I have had with a body shop. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience from the front to the back. The girls/women up front (Gloria, Briana, and Samantha) kept things on track and made sure I was taken care of whether it was complimentary waters or keeping Enterprise Rent A "Spark" (the girls know what I'm saying) on point. My P.O.C. Luis was awesome and made sure my truck was legit when I picked it up. This shop is not only a MOPAR certified shop, but it caters to the Tesla crowd as well. I don't want to speak out of turn so, please verify the Tesla Certification. Last but not least, props to the Owner Raffi for having such a amazing company that he is fully involved in. My Tesla was brought in for repair on 5 May 2023 for a hood paint/repair. Prior to turning in my car for repair, it was estimated for how much was the expense are and was turned in to the insurance company. The time estimated was for a week and a half (11days). Waited for seven days, but there was no update or phone call. Called on 5/23 and said the are waiting for parts-they lied. NO PARTS WAS ADDED TO THE REPAIR. It's purely paint repair. Called in 5/26 and told that the car was in production and definitively be done by 5/31. No calls AGAIN. Called in at 6/2, said that it will be definitely be ready by 6/6/23. We didn't get the call car is ready for pickup on 6/7. read more
