We visited the Camas location because our new dog has extreme allergies. He is constantly scratching and biting at himself. Elios spent a good amount of time offering advise and knowledge on the issue. We picked up some spray for his paws and will rinse his feet in apple cider vinegar. They offered advise on natural pet food and treats as well. All natural pet supply has a great selection of heathy treat options that are working well for our itchy dog. My husband and I have been customers of Canine Utopia for years, driving miles out of our way to support a local business to which we felt loyal. Unfortunately, we found today that loyalty is not reciprocated. Today they lost a customer due to the owner's atrocious customer service. I purchased an $80+ bag of dog food, and when checking out, told the owner I would be using the $5 off coupon from the Payback book. He informed me he wouldn't take the coupon and when I asked if it was expired, he said no, but it was only good at their old location. That's it. No apology, no LOGICAL explanation; he just decided he wasn't going to honor their Payback coupon because in the last few months he moved to a different building. I was stunned, and left speechless, knowing that would be my last visit to his store. It's always shocking to be on the receiving end of such poor customer service by a small business owner. I just cannot fathom how a business owner who I'm assuming wants to remain in business fails to grasp the concept of decent customer service. Fortunately, Vancouver has many other specialty pet store options. In the future, Beastie Boutique, Woodin You Pampered Paws and All Natural Pet Supply will be receiving my business. read more

This is a delayed post but I just wanted to share the absolute best experience I've ever had at any pet specialty store. From the moment we walked in we were created with warm friendly smiles and immediate offers of assistance from the two ladies in the store. Our goal that day was to purchase a few treats and to ask about why our 4 were always scratching and itching it was discussed that they might be suffering from food allergies. The gal literally walked us through suggestions and even gave the two pups we brought in a quick once over which they loved all the kind words and affection she gave them. By the time we walked out of there we had a better grasp on what best to feed our pups along with a few samples to test out with them. Once we rule out what does and doesn't work food wise this pack family is coming back as customers for life. I've gone here the past few times my husky has needed to get some food. The guy at the counter is always helpful and answers any questions I ask (typically random things that have to do with products I haven't seen or used before).
