You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. It's sad that most shops around here are moving towards the bigger money, quicker projects.

The guy was very honest and charged my AC right up to be ice cold again. He checked all of my tubes, lines, and parts than could relate to any coolant leaks and found nothing but said to bring it back if I have any issues. Overall, I had my car returned to me in just half a day and felt like the price he charged me was fair.
