I went here a few years ago when I first moved to Texas and they burnt my dogs testicles to where his skin fell off and gave him an ear infection. Owner would tell employees to tell me she's not there when I would call. She laughed about the situation and I had to spend over 500 on vet bills and she offered a free haircut. My dog wore a cone for almost two months and suffered with pain for months. I would never take my dog back there. I would avoid this place like the plague. The owner was a complete lunatic. She's a horrible person with no ability to accept accountability. Also to the lying owners response... I never said he had a pre existing skin condition, for one, cause he didn't. It was his first time getting groomed because he was going to be neutered. When I called and informed them of all they did to him she would not take my calls and when she did get her on the phone would laugh and have an attitude about the situation. This place is so dishonest it's disgusting and evil. She's a liar and needs to get her stuff together. Absolutely complete lies in her response. She never wanted my vet bills or documentation, etc. Very pathetic for a business owner!! I'll never go away. I'll always make sure people know what kind of person you really are Margie.. you aren't adult enough to take accountability, you lie, you hide, and you abused my dog. Now ask yourself? Extremely upset and disappointed!!! I called to setup an appointment 2 weeks ago agreed on a price of $85 for a standard poodle. On the confirmation call it was stated again $85 but when it's time to pay I was told $160. The woman who checked me out even looks confused and takes out a calculator. The only things I added on was teeth brushing($10). I told her what I was quoted and the manager/Owner yells from the back it took 3 people to groom her. If you were having an issue with my dog why didn't you call me? Also, if I was to go by the price chart for the services that I asked for it still wouldn't amount to $160. read more

So I took my schnauzer to get groomed. We recently moved so we wanted to get someone Close so we chose here by the reviews. Thing is I got a call saying she bit the groomer. My dog is 14 yrs old with literally 4 teeth so its not like she did anything. In fact I she showed me the bite and there wasn't even a mark. So I had to pay $20 for the half grooming tgey did and $20 for her biting her. Needless to say I took her to her old groomer and guess what there were no issues and she came back groomed. I just got a puppy (well, a year ago) and it was time for her first hair cut/thinning/get ready for summer. That, and her sister the Yorkie was long past due and looking a bit awkward. We tried to go in last weekend, Easter weekend, and they were booked up all day. We made an appointment today and 6 hours later they were all done. They both look and smell great and did exactly what we wanted. The shop is a bit old and in an older part of town, but if they do a good job, sure. The staff is a bit odd but I hear they are very friendly to the dogs and do things very gently and kindly while they have them... can't ask for more than that. $108 before tip for two small dog hair cuts. Not sure if that is good or not, but they look great! read more

It took at least two days for them to call me back after I left a message. When I finally spoke to someone I told her I needed my dog shave for the summer. First visit was 3 weeks away. When I shows up for the appointment she says she can shave the dog- only bathe and brush. Which is most definitely not why I requested. She want me to pay for this visit and then schedule her "summer" shave for August! I would try any other groomer before coming to this place. read more

Me & my fiancé brought our two dogs in the other day to All Paws because they had good reviews, but we were severely/extremely disappointed with the service. For starters, we know our dogs are not the easiest to groom, so at first we called and asked the owner, Margie, if All Paws could groom our harder to handle large dogs. They do not like when people touch their paws to trim their nails! However, we were assured on the phone that they could accommodate our hard to handle Weimaraners. So, we made an appointment and were told to bring them in on 10am on the next Saturday. I brought them in that Saturday for the first (and final) time at 9:45am. First impression, the place was filthy, smelly, and extremely unorganized. I was the only customer in the store and it took about 10 minutes for Margie to finish what she was doing in back and come check me in, but it keeps getting worse! After waiting quietly and patiently, Margie finally came to check me in, but as she was getting started, 3 more customers came in after me with their dogs. Even though I was first to arrive, Margie pushed me to the back of the line and checked in all the other customers before getting to me. On top of this, there is not a computer in sight at this business, everything is painstakingly hand written on index cards and notebook paper (even the receipt I eventually received was completely hand written). It was my first time there, so I just waited patiently and didn't speak up, but it was extremely rude and frustrating. But it gets worse! Finally, when Margie checked me in, I explained to her again that our dogs don't like their paws trimmed, and again was reassured they could be handled. I asked if I could pick up my dogs at 1pm, and Margie said that would work. We agreed to baths for both dogs and nail trims. I left at 10:40am, almost an hour after I first arrived!!! But it kept getting worse. So my fiancé and I came back at 1:30pm to pick up our dogs. When we came in and asked if our dogs were ready, Margie looked very surprised and said, "Oh no! We haven't even gotten to them yet! We close at 5, I will call you when I am done!" It had already been 3 hours since we dropped them off! But, being patient & having read previous reviews, we were still hopeful that All Paws would come thru for us at the end. We were wrong! We eventually received a call to come get them at 4pm. They had kept them for 6 hours in a kennel. When we arrived, Margie was very harsh & had a terrible bedside manner. She called our dogs filthy and horribly behaved. First of all, we knew they were dirty, that is why we brought them in to be groomed! Secondly, we told them ahead of time that they are hard to deal with, and were reassured multiple times that they could handle them. Also, Margie complained that one of our dogs had pooped his kennel and she charged us extra for having to clean it up. This was VERY frustrating! What did she think would happen if you keep a dog in a kennel ALL DAY!!! The icing on the cake was that they did not trim our dogs paws, they only gave them baths after being there all day. But Margie said they were going to charge us for the trim anyway. The nail trim was the only reason we had brought them in in the first place! So it was now time to pay & unbeknownst to us, apparently they charge by the pound for grooming services at All Paws. Fine if you have small dogs, but I have 90lb and 60lb pups. I was charged $150+ for giving my two dogs baths, nothing else was done!!! At this point I was so defeated and angry that I paid and left, vowing to never come back and to spread the word that this place is extremely unprofessional. I have been to many groomers and this place is the most unprofessional, dirty, unorganized, smelly, mismanaged, yet most pricey groomers I have ever been too. I love supporting local business, but I will never again support All Paws, and If you have never used them, please never do!!! read more

I've use daily All Paws for 3 years, for two dogs. They've always done a great job. I even use them when I travel for work. They come to my house twice a day and play with my dogs, feed them, feed my cat, and two 75 gallon aquariums. I love their work, and they are great people. read more

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago to get my dog groomed and I will have to say they are awesome. My dog is kennel shy , so I know she's not easy to cut. Everyone there is very professional and they love animals you definitely can tell that. They are up front about how much is going to cost they don't try to nickel and dime you. Since I'm on a very tight budget that means so much to me. I will have to say this is the best grooming she is ever had. We will definitely be going back. read more

Horrible horrible customer service . This place is gross. My fiancé brought his pup her and dropped him off at 11am for a bath and trim when he came back at 3 to pick him up they hadn't even STARTED!!! Our poor baby had been locked up for 4 hours and was miserable and scared. We took him home and he was not himself the rest of the day :( if you love your furbabies KEEP THEM FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! read more

Let me tell you about Margie and the gang at all Paws. I have been taking my miniature schnauzer there since she was three months old and they have done a wonderful job at first I took her to Petsmart and Petsmart would not give her a schnauzer cut I took her to all paws grooming and they took care of my Zoe. I highly recommend them they are caring and my Zoe loves them. I drop her off and do the things I need to do around the house and when she is ready I pick her up. I have a Border Collie and an Aussie mix that love to go to see Marjorie and the gals for their baths.( just basic bathing) Last week our bc had her first full service groom and a summer clip- she still smells terrific! Their pricing is reasonable, they aren't at all bothered that my babies are five times the size of many of the dogs they usually groom, and they seem to genuinely care about the all of the animals in their care.
