My dog recently had a deeply distressing experience under the care of Dr. Bakker during what should have been a routine procedure. Shortly after sedation began, I received a call saying the procedure had been aborted because Molly had become tachycardic and that a "new to her" heart murmur had been discovered. I was told they were actively trying to stabilize her. As you can imagine, I was terrified. What made this situation even more upsetting was that her heart murmur was not new information. It is clearly documented in Dr. Bakker's own exam notes from 11/2025, where she both acknowledged the murmur and graded it a 2. Despite this, I was told that neither she nor Dr. Clay had been informed or heard it--contradicting her own records. During this emergency, I was also accused of refusing necessary bloodwork due to cost. This is simply untrue. I questioned the need to repeat an entire senior panel only six months after the last one, but I never refused care due to money. If the senior panel had been medically necessary, that should have been clearly explained. Instead, the clinic agreed to proceed with standard pre‑op labs, which later came back normal. I was further told that because she was marked DNR, and because I had "refused" the senior panel and "failed" to disclose the murmur, the outcome should be considered good. For clarity: I chose DNR only after asking whether CPR was as physically traumatic for dogs as it is for humans. I was told that it certainly can be, which influenced my decision. My girl is almost 9 years old and 10 pounds. I imagined broken ribs and how traumatic that might be for her. I later learned from a veterinary professional that this risk is extremely low for a dog of her size. I made the best decision I could with the information I was given. It was not that I wanted my dog to die, but I didn't want to hurt her trying to save her. She's not a puppy anymore. The overall handling of this situation was accusatory, and unprofessional. In a moment when my dog was in medical distress, the focus shifted to blaming me rather than providing clarity or compassion. I have had dogs my entire life and have never experienced care like this. Given the circumstances, I do not believe I should have been charged for the visit, although I paid the $200+ bill, and I strongly feel that an apology is warranted. Unfortunately, based on how this was handled, I do not expect one from Dr. Bakker. I hope this review encourages greater attention to communication, accuracy in medical records, and compassion toward pet owners who are already scared and vulnerable. read more

Doctors seem as they dont want to send you to a specialist for a second or maybe a third opinion. Our poor Nova passed away in our daughters lap Doberman Pinscher at 5 1/2 years old. She was kind of an rescue at 10 months old she was in the Velociraptor stage. When we got her she was leaking urine as if she had an incontinence issue. We had taken her to a vet in Brentwood, they did bloodwork and urinalysis. Bloodwork wasn't abnormal but found elevated pancreas levels. Hmm. Ok wanted to run some test i coukdnt afford at the time. Went to another vet in lewisburg and they also did bloodwork neither showing abnormaties and they put her on an incontinence med. Worked for a short time and she started leaking again. So we went to ALL PETS HEALTH spring hill. Third times a charm right?! WRONG!! DEAD WRONG. Saw Dr Clay. Once again we did bloodwork. Imidiate response "Nova is diabetic" we need to get her i. For a glucose curve (i didnt go to vet school so she must be right, right?) $300 later we need to start her on insulin cool we started on insulin. Every 2-6 weeks doing a glucose curve and upping insulin. Mind you insulin started out around $50 a bottle we were using 1 for a week n half. This went on for a year and a half. After changing diet, no treats nothing with sugar her glucose levels were the same and an insulin bottle was now $89 1 a week. On a friday in march of 26' our daughter took nova to a local park with her friend and her dog like usual. Nova comes home wore out. Sat breathing heavy as if she just ran 5 miles straight. I called all pets health and they couldnt get her in till mon morning. She had calmed a bit so ok. Take her in and saw another doctor so they did an exray and found a tiny spot on her lung radiologist responded right away that it was metastatic chancer. Ok, now what? She has a fever so she cant go to the oncologist till she has a rabies shot which now somehow they have no record of and she can't get it till the fever is gone. Also found some pneumonia so treated with an antibiotic and said to comeback on wednesday if the fever was down they would do a urinalysis and giver her her rabies's shot. Prepaid for the urinalysis on monday. My daughter took her back got her rabies shot and they never did the urinalysis. Mind you she still had labored breathing. They sent in the referral to the oncologist then that was scheduled for the next Wednesday. She stopped eating i called back Thursday night and picked up an appetite stimulant . Said to give in am so i waited till Friday morning. She started to eat but didn't teally want to. Didnt eat anything at all after but kept drinking. Sat morning i called them again paid $165 for gabepentin and another med to have her pass away 3 hours later. So heart broked. Called the previous vets to get all the bloodwork done on her the first 2 compared but allpets didn't. I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION SHE HAD PANCREATIC CANCER AND NOT DIABETES. A year and a half went by paying them lots of money for nothing. Please if you must go there and you dont like what they have diagnosed ask for a referral to VES Nashville. GET A SECOND OPINION SO YOUR DOG DOESNT DIE TOO!! read more

worst experience I've. ever had we rushed my doggie into them because she was having breathing issues due to pain we were greeted very coldly I have a pitbull but anyways she the doctor didn't even make eye contact w us treated my mother rudely and then wanted to charge us 650 for exam n X-rays when we took my dog to Williamson animal hospital we were treated with such respect, such compassion, and you wanna know what they charged us for my pup that I left from that vet and took over to Williamson they us $238 included the exam medication and full body scan x-rays and you wanna know what she had arthritis. Do you wanna know what the doctor was telling us when we were at all health oh my God it could be cancer oh my God it could be this oh my God it could be bronchial bronchitis. We need to do all these money that's what they wanted. Money showed no compassion. We left there and took her straight to Williamson County Animal Hospital and I couldn't be more happy with Williamson. We will not only be taking a lot of of our clients away from this business, but I will definitely be posting this all over social media check out their prices and compared to everyone else else's guys don't be stupid that Doctor didn't even know what she was doing. She didn't make us feel safe and calm. She worsened the entire situation. I've never been in something like that in my life and I do rescue work and I've been doing rescue work for 20 years. We had to put our first family pet dog to sleep. It was heartbreaking for us. Everyone from All Pets Health Center was so kind and compassionate, they really took care of us and our pet. Took our dog in for a quick nail trim this afternoon. I've always paid $15 here for this service. After they finished and I I went to the counter to pay I was told the total was $30....for a nail trim! When I explained I had just paid $15 here on our last visit she informed me they had had a price increase this month. Double the price?! How as a business can you increase your service charges by 100% and no one bothers to notify existing customers of this change when you call to book the appointment. I highly advise doing your research and seeking out other veterinarian care before you make an appointment. They misdiagnosed my GSD back in December and said that my puppy had chronic lameness, which she didn't... it was just panosteitis that is hereditary in the pedigree/bloodline she comes from. He wanted to do elbow and knee X-rays to determine if it was dysplasia (ok, I get it these are common issues in GSD's but her parents and pedigree had wonderful scores so I knew it was growing pains), I just needed pain meds for her. FF a couple months to inquire on a spay, the receptionist said they require blood work to make sure the animal can handle anesthesia (LOL do they even do this to humans before surgeries?!) She quoted me $340.00 - $410.00 for a spay (which is very overpriced) and when I asked about removing the rear dewclaws she said it would be $620.00-$720.00 total!!! I'm like, that is insanely over priced, I'll drive to Maury County Animal hospital who can perform the spay and declaw for $375.00. I'm no longer going here for care, despite his convenient the location is. read more

Very bad veterinarian. They try to take your animal in the back to "diagnose them" do nothing and bring them back and ask you to pay something that's way overpriced for what they said they did. When you call back in because your pet is having the same issue they say there's nothing they can do after you catch them in a lie about what they did with your pet. Overpriced. Shady practice. I started getting my pets medication delivered through petco. I get get a higher quantity delivered without driving to the vet. Petco will reach out to have the prescription approved and then ship. I received a call today that it's against their policy to approve prescriptions through Petco.When I questioned them, since I just had one approved on July 24th, I was told that my last prescription wasn't through Petco. I was looking online, at my order confirmation, on the Petco app while speaking with her. When I explained this she just kept denying this was the case. I took my dog in to have a cyst removed on her back. When I picked her up she was limping and couldn't walk. The vet claimed it was the anesthesia. It turns out they tore her patella tendon while she was in their care. Not only did it cost me $6,000 to have my dog's leg repaired but she will never make a complete recovery and can't even walk up and down the stairs by herself. No one ever apologized or showed any remorse. Complete lack of care and professionalism. I would not advise anyone to leave their pets in the care of these people. read more

One of our cats, Alex, developed a rash on his rear leg. When it didn't go away on its own, we decided to take him in to make sure it wasn't anything serious. The staff and Dr. Adams were great. We filled out the new patient papers and were taken into the exam room a short time after we arrived. Dr. Adams asked if Alex had rashes before. We said he didn't but we moved here three months ago from California. We learned that sometimes animals react to new allergens when they move to a different location. We were pleased with the technician and Dr. Adams' work with Alex. We were not rushed through the appointment and Dr. Adams answered all our questions. The appointment was yesterday and the shot Alex received will take a few days to be effective but my wife and I decided that All Pets Health Center will be where we take our cats in the future. read more

Love it here and so does my pup Buck. Dr.Pearl did an amazing job on my dogs leg surgery. Many months later and my pups leg is still great! Dr. Pearl is very upfront about everything so there are no surprises during any process which is great! Price is very reasonable! As a groomer I have seen many leg surgeries go bad or have to be redone, so I was nervous about the whole process but he did such a great job on my pup! I called to see how much it would be to send my 21 yr old cat to cat heaven. He was just tired and in bad shape. I called to see how much it would cost and asked if I would be able to come in. I was told no that I would have to pull around to the back of the building and they would put my cat to sleep outside. I said it's hot out so he won't be inside with AC comfortable with me next to him. I was told no they do it outside or I can leave my car running and they would put him to sleep in my car. Please please do your research. Other vets in the area were allowing 1 person inside with their pets. They used to be good but now it seems they are just after the money. No compassion and wanted my cat to be put to sleep without me. My cat deserved me to be with him. I was and I was the last thing he looked out before crossing the rainbow bridge. I took my dog in to get his teeth cleaned and then an hour later I received a phone call telling me that my dog had died. Dr Adams was wonderful during all of this - never leaving my dog's side. And she even told me that there would be no charge for any of the services that had been rendered that day (other than the cremation). As we were leaving, the front desk put a bill in front of me that was for over $300. I understand that they are running a business - but that was not what had been said to me in the back room. I called later to speak with the office manager about this, and the only thing she did was inform me that "they did nothing wrong" and then she gave me a credit of $50. I really loved our time at All Pets and we loved Dr. Adams....unfortunately, that feeling went away with the passing of my dog. I had felt until that point that the staff cared for me and my dog. But as we were leaving I only felt as though we were a form of income for them. Up until that point, I would have referred anyone to All Pets, but now I am hesitant to do that due to the lack of compassion that was shown to my family during a horrific day. My dog has been a client at All Pets for many many years. Although this clinic, in my opinion, is very high priced, the folks have always been attentive and caring. Recently they had me drop my dog off at 7:30 am for a ultrasound. I was told it would take about 3 hours as they would have to sedate her. They had her fast and not eat after 6:00pm the day before. I dropped her off on time and did not hear a thing. I called them at 1:30 PM to see what was going on and was told there was an emergency and they could not get to her but would soon. So, she was there from 7:30 AM, kept in a cage with no food. I told them not to do a thing and I would be there in 10 minutes to pick her up. When I got there to pick her up, I was told there would be a charge for them to have had her for the half day. Are you kidding me? I told them I would not pay anything and to bring my dog out. They eventually did. They never apologized. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET. They are extremely high priced and when no one is looking they may keep your dog in a cage for hours with no food. There are many excellent vets in the area and I would try them first. read more

I got a good first impression from the very kind and personable receptionist who answered the phone when i called to make an appointment. The favorable impression continued when we went in for the appointment. Amy, the vet tech, was so gentle and sweet with my very skittish Biggie; Dr. Adams was VERY thorough with her exam and also answered my questions patiently. Very Expensive. I left there feeling like I had been shafted. 110.00 for presurgery blood work for a cat! Then they postponed the surgery for two weeks. I guess I would have had to pay for more blood work on that day. Plus I missed a day of work because the surgery was planned. I had just spent 180.00 the week before. We recently moved to the area and my cat, Paloma, developed a pretty severe skin inflammation. All Pets was able to schedule Paloma the same day I called, and the experience was fantastic. The front desk team took care of obtaining Paloma's medical records from our previous vet's office and our appointment was on time. Dr. Pearl was able to diagnose the issue and give Paloma the treatment she needed. Within 24 hours, we saw results. The office called the next day to check on her progress and scheduled a follow-up appointment to make sure she was doing well. Again, the appointment was on time and everyone who interacted with Paloma was very caring.
