I have a home warranty and suddenly about 6 outlets stopped working in the house. First electrician they sent said house needed to be rewired and warranty company doesn't cover a full home rewire. I didn't believe the home needed to be rewired when 90% of the outlets worked. So I pressed my warranty company and they said they will send another electrician for a 2nd opinion. That 2nd opinion was Clem. He spent about 15 minutes and replaced a bad GFI outlet. That's it. He saved me thousands of dollars and headaches. Clem diagnosed it by simply being honest. I lost electricity to part of my house at 11 AM on Christmas Eve. I called All Phase they said they could have a technician out within 30 minutes. There was no mention for the price of the service call. I informed the technician of the nature of the problem he was ready to begin when I ask price of the service call. He told me it would be a holiday rate of $250 . This should have raised a red flag to me but I had the technician continue.. Technician troubleshot the line and found a receptacle which was not being used had developed a short. He replace the receptacle and the GFI charged a total of $575 for one hour's work. I don't mind paying a premium rate for a day that's not technically a holiday but this was ridiculous. How can you trust someone who would do that to somebody. read more

Cecil did a terrific job installing power to my wall mounted television and changing the circuit on a ceiling mounted light fixture. His professionalism and skill put me at ease and though he had to crawl through a small and crowded attic space, he never complained (unlike the previous electricians quoting the job). Some electrical work was required in my backyard. The landscape contractor had recommended a buddy, who turned out to be unlicensed. He had started the job, laying some conduit, etc. When I insisted that permits be pulled, the landscape contractor's buddy could not continue. Clem (All Phase Electric) stepped in to take over and finish the job. Clem pulled the permit and dealt with the city building inspectors. He and his son did most of the work. He made sure all was to code, and was very diligent in checking some of the less obvious points. He was always polite and professional, It certainly was not a huge job for him, but he gave it as much consideration as one would expect of a much more significant project. I needed an electrical socket installed for faster charging on my electrical vehicle and had them come out to my house in Beaumont to do it. They requested a review but I waited to make sure that everything went well. After a week or so I must say that everything he promised was done perfectly. He installed it in my garage, the next day my fast charger came and it worked perfectly. My car gets charged super quickly and I have not had a problem with it. The man that came out was extremely friendly and does good work. I was rude and had to reschedule the day before and he did not seem frustrated, he was happy to come the next day. This review is a couple of months overdue. I wanted various types of outdoor lighting installed on a short notice and Clem and his assistant were flexible with my time frame. I am so glad I found them (on Yelp) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Phase. Clem and his assistant installed outdoor decorative lights, 'security' lights and recessed lights. He chose the fixtures himself, which was a big time saver for me. The decorative lights he selected were a great match with the house and look beautiful. My home not only looks more welcoming with the lovely lights, but has the added practicality of the security lights in various areas. In addition to the lights, Clem installed a new outlet. We had contacted several companies in Corona to get a quote for installing ceiling fans in rooms with no existing lighting/wiring. I had even called another Electrician out that week to do other work (Duke Electric); he was rated high on yelp and had great reviews but we ended up having trouble with him, his work, etc. even had him return shortly after he had left to complete the job and he just had a bad attitude. Anyway, I digress, so we continued our search and received not only the best estimate but almost half of what the others were charging from All Phase. So, you might be thinking cheaper isn't always good, well in this case we couldn't be happier and they are very professional. Clem and his worker were polite and courteous and were straight up on the work that needed to be done without making everything sound impossible to do like some others came off as-to jack up the price of course. They assembled the fan out of the box, hard wired the rooms, cleaned up the mess and they look and have worked great for months now. Thank you Clem. You are my new go to electrician next time I need any work done and I have highly recommended them to friends and neighbors. Call these guys before you get work done. The work was completed, but I felt it was not properly assessed at the time of the initial quote, even though I had explained the job in detail and it was reviewed in advance. As a result, there were additional charges and the final price was 65% higher than I expected. When I received the final cost, I was told the quote I'd received did not include some of the work they did. I stongly recommend a written quote of work, what the quote covers and what it does not.
