Over this past weekend, sewage was coming out of our floor drain in the basement. We called all plumbing and left an urgent voicemail. Joe called back immediately... on a Sunday (Conference championship nfl Sunday to be specific) and said he'd be there within the hour. He arrived likely 20 minutes later while we're frantically cleaning disgusting regurgitated waste that was filling our basement floor. He began work right away, in freezing cold temperatures and within 30 minutes, had our pipes rotted out and had us back up and running. He told us what the issue was so we could do some preventative care in the future. Bottom line, Joe was responsive, empathic, kind and quick. Can't beat that. They are on time, clean and won't try to sell you additional services you don't need. Recently the stationary tub wouldn't drain. I called All Plumbing and they were out the next day. I assumed it was the main line that needed rodding, as that has been the problem in the past. But it turned out to be a second line. The problem was quickly diagnosed and solved. When my sewer backed up for the second time in about 35 days, I called the village of lombard. The village stopped by and suggested I call someone to clean out my sewer. It turned out to be tree roots. All Plumbing & Sewer came by and fixed my sewer, and took care of the tree roots so we could get back to normal life. From now on I will call them first. We woke up to water coming out of our floor drain. Originally called roto-rooter (mistake) and was not happy with the estimate or the technician. Called All Plumbing based on neighbor recommendations. Left a message and they got back quickly and showed up at the house within 90 minutes. The plumber they sent was straightforward and friendly. Gave me a price and was ready to get to work immediately. They needed to get into our drain by going through the pipe under the toilet and within minutes he had the toilet pulled and was clearing the drain. Kept us apprised of the progress and got the work done quickly. I could tell this guy knew what he was doing and wasn't trying to upsell or do unnecessary work. He was maybe here for 90 minutes and he replaced the toilet (with a new wax ring) and our drains were clear. He also let us know what to do (including how/why we could work with the village) if we have future issues. Took a scary situation and handled it 100% professionally. We had sewage backing up into our basement after heavy rains. Recently, our connection to the sewer was clogged and it shut down our ability to use water inside the home. We had two other plumbers come out and suggest $2,500 - $4,500 worth of work to solve the issue. Last, I called ALL PLUMBING & SEWER SERVICES and left a message. Sue called me back right away. Keith and Collin were at my home to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. They returned the next day at noon, installed an access valve on the main stack, rodded the outflow clog, extracted our non working garbage disposal, installed new piping, cleared a bathroom sink drain, and repaired a toilet seat in two hours flat. And they did it for LESS THAN HALF of the two previous estimates. The staff provided basic education on the problem and even made recommendations on how to maintain the health of our plumbing so we don't have continued issued. I needed to fix my shower as part of a closing inspection in order to sell my place. I tried to do things on my own and watching youtube but the cartridge wouldn't come out. As time was running out, I called All Plumbing as they were local. They came out quickly and called me in the morning to confirm the address and time and showed up as promised. Cory (sp?) went into the shower and explained what needed to be done and he started yanking on the cartridge on his own. He then used a cartridge puller to get the job done and showed what was done wrong from the previous plumber (no lubricant, not anchored properly, installed upside down so hot was cold and vice versa). He had the cartridge part with him, put lubricant on the cartridge, and installed it properly. Then he put the whole shower handle back in properly and tested it to show everything was performed as delivered. The work and part was done at a fair price and honestly it was pretty cheap considering the peace of mind. The inspection went through without a hitch. I was going to start out my review with "These guys are the best," but see that someone already beat me to it. It's true though. They are! We moved into our new home last September, and All Plumbing came highly recommended to us by the previous owner, who had used their services to perform major plumbing work here after a basement flood. All Plumbing installed a sewer ejector pump in the basement, and helped to put in a finished bathroom down there too. They also come out each spring to rod our pipes, since we have many mature trees on our property and this causes havoc in our pipes. I've had them out 4 times since we moved in - admittedly, twice was really for nothing beyond me being concerned about the way things were draining. They didn't even charge me a penny for one of the visits! I've had same day service when the pipes were backing up - they came within an hour or two of my call. I've seen 3 different service men and all 3 were wonderful. Regardless what the issue is that I have them come out for, they also take the time to explain all of the rest of the surrounding plumbing to me and make sure that all of my questions are answered. They also remember everything about our house, and are local so they know the neighborhood. If you're having any plumbing problems I highly recommend them! They are a company that you can just stick with and know that your issue will be taken care of quickly and professionally. They also do accept check or credit card. read more

The person I spoke to was super nice and she told me to expect a call that night from the person who would be coming out. I called the next day because I had not heard from anyone. I left a message with my phone number. I called back several times that same after not getting a call back. When someone picked up a call at nearly 5pm they said that someone had called me- but when I asked what number they had, they were off on a digit. Ok, these things happen, I'm told to expect a call to set up a time and again, give them the correct phone number to reach me. Again, I was not contacted. This company is honest and willing to do the job right. My only regret is that I didn't call them the first time... I had some tree roots in the sewer line causing a backup. The other plumbing service claimed that they weren't able to clear the roots and gave me a quote to dig up the pipe and replace the sewer line - stating it was a dire emergency. All Plumbing and Sewer came out when the pipe was backing up again and they were able to clear the line using the exact same equipment. They inspected the pipe and showed me that there weren't any breaks - and no reason to dig up the sewer. The owner arrived at our home halfway through the job to make sure that everything went well - he was very interested in making sure that I got taken care of properly this time around, which made me feel really good about the work being done. I have to say that his staff was professional, arrived on time and did a great job. I am very pleased with the way they came in and helped me with my situation. I was given a lesson in how to maintain the sewer going forward and I would not think twice about recommending this company to a friend, neighbor, or relative. Called this plumber to rod my sewers. He was there on time. He found out that my sewers had never been rodded. He spent an hour and a half doing the work because of all the roots that had accumulated over 70 years. He then told me that the circumstances of this job were such that the town of Lombard would pay. So he charged me nothing. I also asked about having some other work done. He explained to me why it was not needed and sure enough he was correct. I also referred him to a friend. He did an outstanding job for him too at a great price.
