Takes good care of the bikes and stays in contact with you up until he shows up. This is a great motorcycle towing company. They have a very high-end, professional towing system. In fact, it is very interesting to watch. The whole bed of the truck is hydraulic and it comes out and lays down on the street where you can then easily push your motorcycle into place. The owner, Jesse is a very nice gentleman who is a motorcycle enthusiast himself. He truly came to the rescue when I recently needed him. My motorcycle had broken down and I called him. He already had a motorcycle loaded onto his truck and ready to take for a long-haul delivery. But, he kindly contacted the person and ask them if he could come and take care of me first. The man agreed and Jesse was on his way. Approximately 10 minutes later he was there. My motorcycle was loaded and was taken to the shop. He didn't have to go to all the trouble but he did. Riding to work one morning my drive belt on my Vino snapped. I was stranded on Sepulveda and had no idea what to do with my scooter. I found Jesse / All Points here on yelp and with all the positive reviews called him. He arrived in about 45 minutes and was happy to take me to Del Amo motorsports but also recommended Sikk Scooters. When Del Amo wouldn't even LOOK at my bike he had no problem driving me over to Sikk and dropping my bike there. He knew what a crap morning I was having and that I had no way to get to work after that (I live in HOLLYWOOD, nowhere near the southbay) so he offered to drop me off at work on his way back. For a grand total of $65! The whole experience was really great, the best tow I've had in all my years of driving. He was super polite, friendly and professional. Got a flat tire on the way home; I'm new to the south bay area, so had no idea who to call. Went on my phone and found Jesse. He was very sweet over the phone. He arrived 15 minutes after I called, very polite and professional. Gave me two options: try to put some air in and see what happens or get towed for $65. I was already happy by someone showing up that quick, so it didn't really matter at this point. As most of you know I do not give 5 star ratings hardly ever. But in this case these guys deserve every one of them. I live in San Diego and picked up a bolt in my front tire on my bike on a Wednesday at 1630. I called a few bike shops and finally found one that said they could fix it that day and get me home [look for my review of Del Amo Motorsports on Yelp as well]. The guys over at Del Amo recommended All Points motorcycle towing. Let me tell you that it was a recommendation that was worth it's weight in gold. I spoke with the tow truck operator and he told me that he could be at my location in 15 minutes, apparently the number went straight to his cell phone, no secretary to deal with. Needless to say he didn't show up in 15 minutes, it was more like 6 minutes. They have a professional rig for moving bikes. I have honestly never seen a flatbed set up like it in my life. I was so much more comfortable with these guys than the flat beds that are sent out from my insurance company. I do have free towing from my insurance carrier and instead I was willing to pay the $85 for these guys to tow my bike to the shop. And I tell you it was worth every penny. If I ever need a tow again I will call these guys, they have a truck in San Diego as well and I am so relieved to know that, because although I have FREE towing with my insurance company I will GLADLY PAY for these guys to tow my bike because of how careful they are, as well as professional and they have a rig specifically for bikes because that's all they do. read more
