Update on Inter City Towing Experience ....so after being dispatched to our flat tire service call…read moreand making us wait 7 1/2 hours total ....the driver finally shows up and yawns as he gets out of truck then nonchalantly says hey I apologize....I fell asleep about 4 1/2 hours ago after we spoke and I told you I was five minutes away to fix your flat and I just woke up. Then he discloses that he does not have a tire jack ....and our car service request was a flat tire service request call !! So my wife asked the driver hey isn't that kind of irresponsible to show up 7 1/2 hours later to a flat tire service request with no tire jack and his shrugs and shoulders and says oh yeah I guess so . Ultimately, forcing us to have a car towed instead of just putting on the spare tire . Unbelievably unacceptable, pure trash, towing company !!!
