Autobahn is my collision center of choice. Why? They do a great job project managing AND managing the insurance for you to make sure your car is exactly as it was before the accident. They negotiate with the insurance to make sure you get the appropriate part that is required to make sure your care is 100% like it was before the accident. In my case for example the insurance sent an aftermarket head light that did not fully work with my Lexus and James my project manager from Autobahn made sure that I got a Lexus OEM part. Also I like that you get your car back fully detailed so it has a nice touch when you get your vehicle back after an accident. Good value and quality work! Mixed my issue half the cost I was getting estimated other places.

I thought that I could trust this body shop since it has so many 5 star reviews, but I sincerely feel like my fiancé and I were getting scammed and taken advantage of by this place Basically we took our car in to get an estimate on repairs for our Tesla Model Y and it took a week to get an estimate.. I understand it takes time to get an estimate especially if insurance is involved but the least they could have done was given me updates.. I was the one reaching out to them everyday asking about the status of my car When they finally gave me the estimate a week later (which I again had to call for lol) they charged us $9700 for a fender bender the repair was way out of my budget because we only got uninsured motorist coverage bc the guy who hit us had no insurance (of course) We declined to get repairs done and asked to have the car put back together and only then did they mention that there will be a tear down fee of $1000 but that they were willing to bring it down to $650. Never during this whole week did they ever mention that there would be a tear down fee... we argued that we were never told of such a fee up until this point and are not going to pay. They said that if we don't pay we will have to pick the car up as is with the front still disassembled. I couldn't believe what they said and was so upset that I left an email with the manager Johnny telling him how wrong this is and that we will take legal action if we need to get our car back Johnny replied saying that he's not charging us for storage (which we were never told there would be either) and the reason why he was charging us a tear down fee which I get. But my point was he should have told us all of this in the beginning when we first brought the car in I gave authorization to inspect my car, not authorization to pay a tear down fee or any storage fee. After another day of going back and forth, his employee Anthony and I eventually negotiated down to $200 and I ended up getting the car back in the same condition I brought it in. So if you bring your car in to get repairs at this place make sure you ask if there is a tear down fee or storage fee because they will slap that on only at the end if you choose not to pay for their ridiculous prices. I understand that there's labor involved and someone should get paid but at least tell us in advance of such fees. If it wasn't for their politeness and respectful tone I would have given them 0 stars. Be safe and cautious everyone. read more

Amazing customer service by Anthony. He went above and beyond to help me when the insurance company dropped the ball. He helped me contact the insurance company to get the adjusters to go out to look at my car since the insurance company was delaying the repairs. We were provided with daily updates, even 2x a day sometimes. I can not thank Anthony enough for helping expedite the auto repairs. After going to a competitor who eventually wouldn't look at my Jeep due to aftermarket bumper and fenders, I found Autobahn via the Mopar website as a certified FCA repair facility. I knew taking it in there was a chance it might get totalled from insurance. They handled all my question and worked with me. In the end, it was totalled and they didn't work on repairing it (they did inspect it for the insurance company). But I was thankful for them answering my questions and working with me. Always check for shops on your vehicle's manufacturer website. The shop i 1st went to was even recommended by my insurance. I brought my truck here after the tow truck driver followed me home to give me their business card. Should've been my 1st clue. While the work done on my truck was amazing there is definite room for major improvement. 1. Communication. Often I'd be told I would hear back with updates and never was. I had to call or text to get updates. 2. Unprofessional techs. My keys were lost and they had to get a locksmith to make new keys. I still don't know what happened after being told they were going to review the security cameras. Even the coordination with the locksmith was complete failure. First told 10am then 11:30am then talk to the locksmith directly and he says he was never even told to come that day and asked if he could come the next day to which I said emphatically NO. I made time today so he came but then was surprised when I mentioned the key for the tailgate lock. ZERO communication from the staff or manager or whoever. Which takes me back to #1 issue. Complete lack of communication. 3. Complete thievery. When I got my truck back it had clearly been ransacked as though looking for something to steal. Items I had in storage compartments under the rear seats were pulled out. CDs that were in a storage compartment under the front middle seat were pulled out. Even my earthquake emergency kit was unzipped! Is there something in there that was needed for the fender repair OUTSIDE the truck?!?! And I just now realized my phone charger was stolen. They did give me a discount on my deductible but the overall 2 month experience was torture. I wouldn't bring any of my vehicles back to this business. read more

Being a female I already knew I would have to deal with mechanics trying to upsell me. I already got an estimated from this place and they viewed photos of my bumper. My boyfriend recently visited to confirm the parts I needed. He mentioned how dismissive they were when he visited and didn't want to answer any questions. I was told to bring in the car in and when I did he insisted on replacing mg fender when it didn't need replacing. I told him what my father said all I needed repaired and he didn't wanna listen. When I got on the phone with my dad he got an attitude and was very rude when I would ask him questions. I then received an outrageous quote for damn near 5k when other places gave me an invoice for a job that will only cost $1200. SAVE MONEY AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLACE. DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST. This place is an absolute scam, please beware. My boyfriend's insurance company was sent a $4,500 bill to "for labor to take his car apart, to find out there was really nothing that they can do because the repairs are more than what the car is worth" We were shocked and disgusted. This is a common scam when insurance companies are involved. When we called and inquired they said it's because the car was at the shop for 14 days. So you're charging us more than $300+ a day to store a car you've been working on? $4,500 charge and now I have zero repairs done to the car. Great. Beware, do NOT take your car to this place. This place was actually STRONGLY recommended to me by my insurance agent. She practically swore by them, so I decided to put my trust in them, too. My car door had been banged up by a huge tree branch that missed my window completely but banged up my door pretty good. I drive a white car, so the damage was super noticeable. I really want to tell you about how nice (and patient) Johnny was when I first spoke with him over the phone. I brought my car by so he could take a look at it and he instantly knew what needed to be done. So, after getting things in line with my insurance, I dropped off my car and proceeded to get my rental, which they summoned for me (super nice!). I was quoted about a week and a half for the work to be done, which was fine, but a particular part that they had ordered took a little longer than expected to be delivered. So, Mark called to update me with everything that was going on, reassuring me that they were still going to work on other aspects of the car so the process wouldn't be slowed down. When the part still hadn't arrived the next day, Mark called again to keep me posted. All of this was completely understandable since it wasn't their fault. All anyone could really do was just wait. I was completely ecstatic when I got that next call from Mark letting me know that my car was ready!! Not only does my car look AMAZING, but I am just blown away by the customer service experience I received here. Thank you Johnny, thank you Mark, and everyone who worked on my car. Communication is everything! I will definitely use Autobahn Collision Center again and recommend them to everyone/anyone that needs it! One of the most professional and kindest businesses I have ever been fortunate to come in contact with! I had a very scary car accident two months ago in which both cars were totaled, and from the very beginning everyone at Autobahn was so understanding and helpful. They offered both cars a tow from the scene and were very understanding and calm during the intake process while I was in a very distressed state. They have been so available and helpful as I've gone through a painstaking process with my insurance agent to get coverage ever since. In a very unfortunate turn of events, I was not able to get coverage on my car and had to pay the bank out of pocket, and while I was dealing with trying to get my insurance to cover the accident my car was sitting in the Autobahn lot for a long chunk of time. Because they are kind and genuine people, they extended me grace and did not charge for the storage fees when they could have because they knew how dire my financials were and didn't want to put me in an even deeper hole. If only there were more businesses in America that had deep values like this and put people first! I've gotten my car fixed at the Western location years ago before and they did a magnificent job. Johnny and his crew actually went above and beyond to drop off my car at my house once finished. I saw them recently to get a quote on labor for removal and replacement of my front Subaru emblem alone due to already getting the emblem myself. Without hesitation, Johnny and his coworker removed and replaced my Subaru front emblem, cleaned my grill/bumper, and didn't charge me a cent. I went Autobahn and talked with Johnny who assured me that they could fix it. Sure enough they found the source of the leak and made the repairs. On time and for a fair price. In the past I had a car repaired at their other shop on Hawthorne Bl. The damage was repaired correctly and professionally. After a day, my car was ready to go and looking like nothing ever happened to it. It was, as Johnny described it, "flawless". FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Being in a car accident is unfortunate and super inconvenient, especially when its tge other driver thats at fault. I recently had my Honda Accord in for a collision repair at Autobahn Collision Center and Johnny was SUPERB! He was cordial, helpful and very knowledgeable on the whole repair process, including how to work with the insurance company and car rental. Johnny gave me advise and explained to me the process. Johnny gave me updates on the whole repair process and making sure I understood everything. He made this "not so convenient" time actually a pleasant situation. The work was excellent. My car looks amazing and brand new. I dont notice any trace of the accident. Even the paint job was spot on, the attention to details was amazing. Johnny even went the the extra mile when my insurance refused to pay for a replacement bumper. The insurance company just wanted for Johnny to make the necessary repair. Johnny went ahead and replaced the bumper at no cost to me. Johnny looked out to me as a customer with the best interest and that is to fix my car without hassle free, and fully satisfied. Had used their other location years ago but saw this location on Western was actually much closer to our house so checked it out for a minor fender bender and I had great communication with Marc Flores. He was super communicative and the car looks great. The street is a bit busy to pull out into but they had the car moved to an easier spot which I really appreciate.
