It has been more than a year, and I continue to call him for an update. Today, his assistant told me that he and all of his friends have either been in the hospital or died in the last year. The Centsible team was able to squeeze me in on an emergency heating call to fix my heating. My unit was from 2005, so it was time to get replaced. Derek measured out my house to ensure proper unit sizing for my furnace, which is not something I saw in common amongst other, more reputable, businesses in the area. Cory and Ryan did an excellent job with the installation. They even assisted with some simple duct cleaning and installing some hangars for the vent in my hard-to-access crawlspace. They did their work extremely clean and left nothing behind! Austin was also an extremely cool dude that helped with a minor service call afterwards, turns out was just a noisy duct. Paid a fair price compared to similar quotes, but received excellent service that is worth every penny.

Said that they primarily handle commerical jobs. Whaat?? When I booked the appointment the woman asked if this was residential or commerical. She nor the guys that came out to look at the house never said that they don't do residential. I often wonder how businesses with poor customer service survive. I mean any professional SERVICE company that takes time to come and inspect a job submits a bid. My husband and I are both nice and professional people, so it's not like we offended them in anyway.
