I can't say enough about the determination and integrity that Jim from All Pro Appliances in St. Joe MI delivered on my stove repair. The manufacturer had discontinued the part needed but failed to let him know what the new part sku# was. He was determined to find out even calling another collegue who specializes in the particular stove. Kudos to you Jim!!! read more

Too bad I can't leave 0stars. I'm not one to leave bad reviews for places. I understand stuff happens that is outside of the owner/managers control but my experience here has been awful! First it took almost two weeks before they were able to get their stuff straight and schedule someone to my location. Then the tech called asking if he could SKIP us because he's behind. Sorry, NOT our problem. We have been without ice for 3 of the hottest weeks of the year and this is absolutely unacceptable. I called twice more before I was able to be rescheduled and the day of my reschedule the tech calls in and I'm not offered any sort of solution besides another days wait and we still are waiting on a repair. I will never be recommending their service to anyone. This store is either under piss poor management or they couldn't give two shits about their customers. read more

Called them to service my ice maker which was broken. Missed 2 appointments without calling to cancel. Made the third but showed up and was unable to wear a mask during the call due to a "medical condition". Not a safe practice and one that should have been disclosed upon making the appointment. They have no other techs so if you own any Sub Zero stuff that needs fixing in the area you are out of luck for a professional and safe call. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for today, Friday April 6, 2018 between the hours of 10:00am and noon to have them fix my Samsung refrigerator. At noon, I tried calling but after about 10 rings, a message came on saying their inbox is full and not accepting any messages. I tried calling throughout the day but received the same message each time. They never called to reschedule or cancel with me. Very dissatisfied and don't recommend them at all. read more

Jim was so helpful and fast! He charged me less than quoted and was able to reuse a part instead of ordering and charging me for a new one. I had him come back because I thought my washer wasnt fixed, but it was something else in my laundry room that was leaking, and he didnt even charge me for a second house visit. Had a wonderful experience with All Pro...my Samsung smooth top range cracked while I was boiling water, after many hours on hold with Samsung, I turned the whole thing over to All Pro, within a few days they had the new top ordered and installed. Jim was very respectful of myself and my home...taking his shoes off when he came in and putting a towel down on my counter top before placing his tools down. I hope I won't need any other appliances repaired but if I do it will be All Pro that I call. Thank you Rhonda and Jim, you both made a stressful situation much more pleasant. read more

Service has been alright in the past, but when the assistant (Kim) hangs up on my wife for no necessary reason then they are not worth dealing with! Kim immediately got defensive when asked why the repair person didn't show up and HUNG UP. No yelling, no accusations....just got defensive and hung up. It was more important for Kim to "be right" then to have a happy customer. read more

Twice I had All Pro out to service my 15in under counter sub zero ice maker. Both experiences were awful. From the time it was installed the unit kept raining water out of the ice tray all over the ice in the bin. The bin would never fill because the dripping water was melting the ice. The first service call from All Pro the repairman took one look and said "it is supposed to do that to keep the ice in the bin from sticking" and then left. Friends who have a similar unit said that is flat out wrong. So, I called sub zero and they sent All Pro out again. This time the SAME repairman told me the unit needed a new filter and needed to be cleaned. I told him I have only used it about a dozen times in two years. I showed him a video of the water raining down. He didn't even inspect the unit and insisted that if I ordered a new filter and cleaning chemicals and cleaned the unit it would operate properly. I did all that and NO IMPROVEMENT!!! Don't call All Pro. Bad service and bad attitude. I will hopefully find someone who can make this $3,700 unit work properly! Mike B read more
