AMAZING! I hate dealing with car issues and unfortunately had my catalytic converter stolen, but my insurance and Brian here made my life so much better! Service was always so nice, attentive, reassuring, and reliable! Brian was very communicative with me and helped me with any questions and problems I had. I'll most definitely be recommending this place to any friends/family with car issues. Glad to have my car back and ready to roll!

He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions so I could feel fully confident moving forward. I was in and out very quickly, the work was done perfectly, and the pricing was fair. What really stood out was his honesty. After replacing my tires, he checked to see if I needed an alignment. He told me I did not need one and that he did not want to waste my money, even though he easily could have charged me for it. That level of integrity is rare. This is exactly why I am writing this review. Sammy truly deserves the credit. I will always come back here for tires and any mechanical work.

In addition to a 3 hour delay when I've shown up instead of professional greeting I was met with aggression and quoted 30% higher than the quote that was given in the morning and 2 times prior over the phone, when I said this information should've been shared over the phone an hour ago, I was told that they wouldn't work on my car at all because they didn't like how I spoke to them, I was respectful and kept a professional tone the entire time. Wasted 3 hours of my life and treated with disrespect and deceit. This is my experience, I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

Led by Lorenzo, the friendly and honest mechanics always listen carefully to my description of the issue at hand, use up-to-date diagnostic tools, and figure things out pretty quickly. They charge reasonable rates, never looking for an unnecessary upsell, and they get the work done fast. I've even had them diagnose things and send me away, saying it's a warranty issue that should be free at the dealer. My visit this week was for something silly: a noise being made by a broken "belly panel" underneath the car. A simple fix with no real mechanical components (a good thing), but Lorenzo felt bad because it was a dealer-only part that was pricier than it should have been. Not his fault, and I know they'll take care of me on another fix down the road when they have more control. That said, once the part was in, the car was fixed in about an hour. Good service. Good people. Don't hesitate to bring them your car when that inevitable time comes around. They'll take good care of you.

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill. The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.

I came back and all of a sudden my tires were bald. They told me and I needed to buy new tires to get the alignment done. When I didn't wanna buy new tires, the employees hold demeanor changed. They had no used tires as well. Only new tires and tried to charge me 195 compared to $75 down the street at A, mom and Pop. I would not recommend big old tires. I would stick with a hard-working family shop instead. F big O

I discovered that I was charged well over $2400, not $1200, with more than half of that amount being for labor. This morning, Tommy (the owner I guess) called me three times back to back this morning) trying to discuss their labor charges. At this point, I don't trust their explanations regarding how they calculate labor costs. Moving forward, I will definitely seek a second opinion for any car issues, especially living in Los Angeles where we rely heavily on our cars. It's easy to feel desperate or rushed to resolve car issues, but it's important to ensure you're not being overcharged. Please see the pictures below for reference. (Note -- I have filled complaints with the Big O corporate, Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Automotive Repair and will be reaching out to the local Congressman Brad Sherman) to further investigate.
