I would not recommend All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical based on my experience managing a plumbing project through them. I hired the company for a project totaling approximately $3,000. Before I signed the agreement and authorized the work, the technician assigned to the project, Zac, said that he would install a cup cleaner at no additional charge. My wife was present during this conversation. While that was not the only reason I hired the company, it was one of the representations made before the agreement was signed and factored into my decision to move forward. The work included installation of a dishwasher water line, faucet, gas line, adjustment of the external water pressure regulator, and dishwasher installation. Initially, I believed Zach was honest, professional, and diligent. In fact, I voluntarily sent him a $100 tip through Zelle because I appreciated the work he had performed and expected the remaining commitments would be honored. After the installation, I noticed that the dishwasher appeared misaligned and the tray would slide out. I contacted Zach multiple times over a period of approximately 7-10 days through calls, voicemails, and text messages. Aside from one message indicating he was in the hospital, most of my communications went unanswered. After waiting and receiving no meaningful response, I contacted dispatch. On multiple occasions I was told that Zach or a supervisor named Stephanie would contact me. Despite these assurances, no callback was ever received. Zach eventually returned to inspect the dishwasher. He maintained that it was properly installed and balanced. During that same visit, he stated that he needed to obtain parts necessary to complete the cup cleaner installation and would return. He left and never came back. Later, during a phone conversation, Zach informed me that because I had contacted dispatch regarding the lack of communication, I would now be required to pay for the cup cleaner installation. This was concerning because the installation had previously been represented to me as being included at no additional charge before I signed the agreement. Another appointment was later scheduled. Zach did not appear. Approximately two hours after the scheduled appointment time, I received a call from dispatch advising that he was sick and that another technician could be sent, but only if additional charges were approved. The issue for me is not simply the cup cleaner. The issue is the combination of a pre-sale representation that was never honored, repeated communication failures, missed callbacks, a missed appointment & being told that additional payment would now be required for something that had previously been represented differently. The company later acknowledged communication and follow-up failures in its response to my complaint but the underlying issues remain unresolved. I coordinated this project, communicated directly with the technician, handled all follow-up efforts, and made numerous attempts to resolve this matter privately before leaving this review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Professional service requires more than completing part of a job. It requires accountability, communication, and follow-through on commitments made to customers. read more

In June 2020 I posted a "Five Star" rating for this company that pertained mainly to the installation of new HVAC system and a tank-less hot water system within 3 months of each other at a total cost of around $40k, and the fact that I had been a customer for over 25 years. Unfortunately my experience with this company over the last 6 months has changed drastically in both customer service and especially cost. I read another YELP review pertaining to this company posted in January 2024 and he stated he had been charged $400 more than the job should have cost. My recent experience is the same (but worse). In August 2023 I had a bathroom faucet that was dripping and my under-sink shut off valves were defective. I ended up purchasing a new faucet because the All Pro technician said it would be near impossible to find new cartridges for it (that was simply not true). I did purchase a new faucet and the job included the removal and installation of the old faucet and under-sink "stuff." It took the technician about 3 hours to complete the work and the cost was $1,326. The technician and I had some "serious" discussion about this price noting that that made the labor cost at about $400 per hours since I purchased/provided the new faucet and I later found that the other parts cost probably less than $100. I paid this amount and then sent an email to All Pro's management as well as called several time requesting to speak to a management person and always got the "they will have to call you back," which no one ever did. This was not my only experience with "call backs." During this time I also found their customer service to be far different/worse than what I had experienced over the last 24 years. I got a lot of "we're sorry for..." but that was just "noise." I live in a large house that has 4 bathroom and 7 sinks and 2 days ago I had a local plumber (Green Valley Plumbing) change the shutoff valves and hot/cold water lines to four of these sinks. He and his helper completed the job in 30 minutes and the total cost was $270. When I told him about my All Pro bathroom faucet story he just shook his head and told me barring any unforeseen problems the cost of doing that job would have been around $300. So in essence, I paid $1,000 MORE than I should have or could have. That led to the "no brainer" decision to no long use All Pro Plumbing, Electrical, and Air. As a side note an All Pro electrical technician came out a month ago for a "FREE" electrical evaluation of my property. Upon completion he recommended changing out the old electrical panel with new "stuff" and replacing all AC outlets in my house. COST: $6,500. By the way, my house is 19 years old. As a final note: I did some research and found that the original owner of All Pro, originally a Christian based business, had been sold around 6 or less months ago. Under new ownership and management it is a different company than what I once knew and respected. They certainly appear to make their #1 priority: Make/charge as much money as possible. Ok.. This is a tale. It all started Oct 12 when I called out a competitor to unplug my sewer drain. After I insisted they "pull the toilet and snake the drain from there" (this is how we unplugged it the last time) -their manager stated that they "could not pull the toilet". So the Mike Diamond crew got on my roof to my drain vent an attempted to " unplug my drain while using a camera." As silly as that sounded it worked. FOR ABOUT 2 1/2 hours. When I called them back on the same day concerning their work, they told me that this was not a guarantee fix and would NOT honor any return call. In a fix and out some cash, I called you folks at All Pro Plumbing. Eric Chavez showed up and was EXTREMELY friendly and did what I asked him to do. He pulled the toilet and unclogged the main drain. During his work he was polite and friendly We even joked after the job was completed that he even smelled good before starting... So even though we knew we had a long-range repair in the future, we thought this was the end of our issues for the present time. Well the drain on October 14 in the downstairs bathroom shower started to clog up again. However the drains in the rest of the house were fine. We called All Pro Plumbing again, who agreed to come back out. While we were waiting, we decided to go ahead with the long-range repair of installing a proper clean out (we knew this would be needed for about the last 6 years, but weren't in a position to do anything about it). Eric Chavez showed up again with his partner Van Phan.. Let me tell you.. The ground here in Corona is hard. Van use a pick axe on the dirt while Eric returned to his shop for a .. I kid you not....A JACKHAMMER!!! Van managed to pick a ways into the ground when Eric returned with the jackhammer. Van never stopped or rested till Eric returned. They installed the cleanout and Van started filling in the hole. Eric again returned to his shop for the "Jetter" to scrub our greasy drains clean. As a true professionals he viewed the results of the jetter work on the drain with their camera equipment. I was several feet away viewing the camera while Eric and Van reviewed the results. They determined the shower drain was still a concern. They pulled out a smaller drain machine and unplugged that drain quickly. Van and Eric both packed up their equipment and happily presented me with the bill. I say happily because they seemed to be in the best of spirits even after spending 9 hard hours working together on this DIFFICULT ISSUE. Eric Chavez and Van Phan are real credit to your company there at ALL PRO PLUMBING. The professionalism that Eric showed on both calls was most appreciated by my wife and I. On Wednesday, September 22nd, my air compressor blew up...at least that's what it sounded like.  I turned off the AC and called All Pro.  Edgar came out the next day to check out the compressor and furnace and give me the grim news.  On the 24th, Mike came to my home and spent two hours going over my options for replacement of the compressor and furnace.  The role of the furnace in my air conditioner was news to me. On Monday, September 27, Ralph arrived first and checked out the location of the compressor and furnace.  Tyrone and Mark arrived with all of the replacement equipment.  This was made more difficult for them by the fact that they had to park about 1/2 block away as the entrance to my garage is in a tow away area, meaning they couldn't park and stay there as egress from several other garages would be blocked.  They all had challenging jobs:  Mark working with a very large compressor, Tyrone climbing into the attic (with space for only one person) to dismantle the existing furnace in pieces and build a new one, piece by piece., and Ralph assisting Mark and Tyrone with loading and unloading,  equipment replacement and extra muscle when needed. About 9:30 p.m., they had completed all of the work.  What a long day!  Twelve hours at least to get the job done.  These electrical/heating technicians were so professional in their interactions with me, answering all of my questions and didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking.  Ralph took the time to show me how to use my new thermostat and how to make adjustments.  I am forever grateful to this crew of heating/electrical specialists for restoring the air conditioning and heating capabilities in my home. read more

His Workmanship, Integrity, competitive pricing (you will get your monies worth; they do not do cheap work), job and product knowledge, quality manufacturer replacement parts, exceptional customer responsiveness. Billing is very clearly stated, concise and each work step itemized and explained to you. Follow-up, the greatest and if you should have a problem (we did not), the service center call line is open 24/7! It won't matter how small or big a problem; or, how short or long after the job, you are a customer for life. They will be as responsive to a call the first day after completion of the job as if you call days later. For the reader that is looking for quality big or small repairs, upgrades, or replacement of parts they will make sure you are presented with the best upgrades and a written cost proposal within your budget. A few years back they installed a tankless water system to replace our water heater. The plumber that did this job for us recommended to upgrade with a tankless system. One of the best plumbing decisions we ever made. In this case and the reason fir this review, Toby did upgrades and repair on two of our 25 y/o faucets that were leaking and replaced their shut off valves with new advanced upgrades. This company treated me very unfair and poorly. I have been under their service from August thru September and my air condition is still not repaired. I spent $1000, and have had 4 visits total. After 4 visits of lies and manipulations they told me they would charge me another $800 to find a leak that was there all along. Several components are breaking due to this negligence from this company allowing damage to a brand new home of 3yrs and brand new ac unit. It's very sad that this company has no remorse or consideration of taking advantage of a single minority female. The one who was very disrespectful in the beginning was Mike. Zack lied and said someone stole my Freon a week after service and charged me 350 to replace it and added caps. When I asked to have the caps removed, they refused to remove them. Mike said he forced me to get them. Chris was another person who seem discriminating and was unconcerned how I was being taking advantage of by the company. He changed his story 3 times and was very rude and unprofessional. This was the worse experience I ever had from any company. I finally called the original installers of the ac unit at my home and I was told original parts were taken. I hope and pray you all be careful from crooks like All Pro Plumbing. They are not professionals, they dont have customers best interest, and they appear to be racist in my opinion. My story has so much more but too much to type. I cannot even put into words what a great company and what great employees they have working for them!! I called on a Friday afternoon and they sent this sweet sweet man out to my house not even 30 minutes later. I had water coming from the middle of my kitchen and it wouldn't stop! I had already been dealing with a lot at the moment with my poor Chihuahua pooky having parvo. Well they sent out the sweetest man named james to save the day. He found out where the water was coming from and stopped it within a half hour. He said he would have to put a new water pipe through my attic to fix the issue. I was so thankful that he didn't have to ruin my floor to fix the pipe. He worked all through the night until 1 in the morning to fix my problem bless his soul. He knew me and my little pooky were having a hard time. Once he finished fixing the problem and cleaning he came into my room where I had been monitoring little pooky. I had told him that my little pooky was very sick and didn't know if he was going to make it through the night and what this sweet man james did next melted my heart. He got down on all fours and gave my little pooker a kiss on the forehead and told me everything was going to be ok. I can't tell you how much that meant to me being a single lady living by herself. All pro didn't just send a plumber out to my house that night..they sent a beautiful human that cares about more than his job. Thank you james for being there for me. Usually I don't trust plumbers due to really bad past experiences. Yeah, this time a simple phone call just for a simple snaking turned into full-out re-piping. I was thinking, "Oh no, here we go again. They are trying to rip me off!". Yes re-piping is expensive but at the end of the 2.5 days of service from All Pro, I'd say it turned out, surprisingly, quite pleasant. Mike, starting, from the beginning, was friendly and cordial. Even after we learn we had to spend a lot more to fix major, major problem, he was patient and sympathetic. Mike and his colleague, Jon, are professional and polite the whole time. And, they did a fantastic job pin-point the root cause and offer us different options and honest recommendations. Now I can be worry-free with the re-piping work with lifetime warranty from All Pro and I don't have to pay hundreds and thousands of dollars every 2 years to to temporarily fix problem on the surface and just postpone the inevitable down the pipe (and years). I wonder why those plumbers from other companies didn't show me the real problem from the first place and just happily charged me an arm and a leg every time they show up. I would strongly recommend all house owners to have Mike and Jon come scope your pipe-line, if you own a house built prior of 80's. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I wish the pricing on different services can be more transparent to the customers from the first place. read more

This review is for technician Erik Bringas (: He has been exceptional in helping me with my Rheem powervent water heater (it went to inactive/vacation mode and its now the second time since 1 year ago). After having called multiple technicians and having them decline servicing on Rheem, I was happy to get a call from Shelly who returned my message and scheduled a technician for me same-day Sunday. Erik Bringas is awesome because he made multiple attempts to call Rheem despite it being a Sunday. Although he couldn't get technical support on Sunday, he helped address a gas leak and also identified condensation that was coming out from the water heater. He gave me a rest assurance that he will return on Monday and I liked his positive attitude. Despite having been stuck in traffic for over an hour, Erik arrived on Monday with the same positive and service oriented attitude. He called Rheem support multiple times to ensure various ways are tried and tested to avoid that I spend extra money on parts that may or may not solve my problem. I like that he was being considerate of my needs and was extremely patient throughout the whole time he was there. Its been 2 weeks and I'm happy to say that the water heater (fingers crossed) is still working! All Pro Plumbing is a good company to call for quick professional service.My 18month old Rheem water heater stopped working on a saturday of a three day weekend.Luanne,sent service tech Josh over right away.Josh was well informed in regards to my problem and how to fix it.Luanne also followed up to see if everything went well.Be aware that pilot light/thermocouple assembles go out frequently on Reem units and Rheem will not send the parts to anyone other than the owner.Rheem does not permit parts to be ordered by the contractor, nor are they stocked by supply houses.I could not believe this,but its true.The parts are sent out from Rheem very quickly,I had to wait til monday(holiday)got them tuesday morning.By the way,you have to completely disassemble the entire burner,to check if a fusable link safety feature is not the problem before the pilot assembly will be sent.This is Rheem service center telling me this, not All Pro.The price given by All Pro was fair under the circumstances.In the old days,thermocouples went out you went to Ace hardware ,spent eight bucks,put it in yourself, and your waterheater was good for another ten years.This is no longer the case,in order to meet safety and environmental standards,burners are now enclosed which causes problems with the overall life span of the unit and the parts are more complex.I would call All Pro again and was pleased with their assistance with my problem. read more

We had a middle-of-the-night problem with toilets overflowing (!) and didn't know who to call. We find All Pro Plumbing in the phone book, and Jon came out within a couple of hours of our call. He was very friendly and professional, and took care of the problem. He also recommended some (expensive!) work that should be done on the main line from the house to the street. Because of the late hour and the stress we were experiencing, we could not make a decision on that at that time. However, when I called back a few days later, the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and Jon came out the next day (at no charge) and explained everything once again. We also had problems with the draining of our washing machine and that was related to the line problem. After we agreed to have the work done, Jon and another worker, Josh, got to work right that day and finished it the next. It was a big job, and they worked very hard, but they were very friendly, helpful (explaining everything as they went along) and professional at all times. It WAS expensive, but it needed to be done, and they gave us a nice Seniors discount and other perks, a long-time warranty, and we are very happy what they did and how everything works fine now. We will definitely call them again, if we have any other problems and will recommend them to others, especially since they are so easy to work with, a big plus these days! read more

Recently had All Pro Plumbers install a new Tank-less Water Heater in my home and the plumbing crew this company sent impressed me to such a high degree for their courteousness, professionalism and attention to detail. The crew consisting of Alejandro, Mike, and Hassan over a period of three days installed not only the tank-less unit but I went ahead and had them change three toilets and five bathroom faucets and water valves/lines. Alejandro, the lead plumber, is the best plumber I've had the fortune to deal with, he knows his trade, very courteous and always checks and informs his customer on the progress of the work project. He goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are satisfied with his work and is meticulous in ensuring the job is done correctly and to very high standards. If Alex comes to your home to perform any of the services offered by All Pro Plumbers, rest assured you will be impressed with him and the results of his work. I am so impressed with the crew and this company, I agreed to their maintenance service contract for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. They are not the cheapest but their service and products are the best and you shouldn't be disappointed with the results of their work. Jon and Mike from All Pro were outstanding. Our hot water heater finally died--I'm guessing after about 19 years of service. It was full of sludge and very heavy. Jon arrived at the house and went right to work inspecting the tank and gave me a fair and honest estimate. I fired off a lot of questions, and Jon answered every one immediately with a humble, service based mindset. He was extremely knowledgable about his trade, the science behind product development, safety/installation codes, and he gave me all my options. Because it was so old and full of sludge, the tank took a long time to drain, and much of the water wouldn't drain. Mike arrived to help with the removal, and the whole job was done within about four or five hours. We had been without hot water a few days since we both were too busy to stay home and wait for repair. All Pro's ad says 24/7 service within an hour. We called last minute on Saturday, Oct 17, 2015, at around 4:00 p.m. One other company we had scheduled didn't show and another scheduled us for Monday. All Pro had Jon at our house by 4:30. Jon and Mike were both very knowledgable and service minded. They both had a very sincere, friendly attitude even after performing a very hard job over a very long workday. So, our AC went out earlier this week. It's a very old unit (35 years), so we anticipated possibly replacing it in the next few years. Our home warranty company (AHS) was not helpful or timely in sending someone out to look at and help us repair or replace it. My wife called All Pro on Monday evening, and they had someone out here Tuesday morning. Austin came out and checked out unit, went into the attic and checked our furnace and ducting. The prognosis was not good, but we kinda expected that anyway. They were immediately able to send Steven out who talked us through our options to repair and/or replace the old system. We were immediately sold on one of their new systems with 0% financing for 5 years. We scheduled our replacement for the next week. In the meantime, one of their guys randomly showed up with a portable indoor system to help keep us cool while we waited for our appointed install date. Amazing! Then we got a call saying they could come out the next day to begin new system install, rather than wait a week for our originally scheduled time. Everyone that came to provide a service was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We came home yesterday evening to a completely cool, quiet and efficient new HVAC system and we couldn't be happier. We look forward to a cheaper utility bill, and we're so thankful to All Pro for their outstanding service!!! read more

First, I had called another place about getting a plumber on a weekend a few weeks ago. I called to verify appt for today and they told me they didn't do weekends and had scheduled appt for Friday. So I had to cancel their appt and called all pro because they have people able to work weekends. Called all pro Friday morning, appt made for Sunday morning. They sent James who arrived around 9. James thought it would be a small leak but would need to find it, would cost 190 to find it. Found problem pretty quickly, gave me a quote, got to work and finished around 11:15 including an actual good clean up of the work. He also gave me a good person for repairing the holes. James also explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done. Also noticed there might be high water pressure and double checked it for me for free. Would definitely recommend James again, he does great work and is a friendly guy. Wore mask and shoe coverings which was considerate. Just some info about my experience finding a plumber. Other place was 350 for finding the problem, 175 if you got work done. All pro quick assessment was free, 190 if they believe it's a plumbing problem and need to find problem, free if you get work done. So basically 350 vs 190, 175 vs free with work. Can't comment on other place's work but happy with James and his work. read more

After the first plumbing company I called who never showed up for my scheduled appointment, I called All Pro Plumbing. Out the gate, very friendly customer service rep (wish I got her name) was attentive to my needs re: my water heater, she scheduled my appt between 3-5pm. I received a call around 3:00 from All Pro telling me the tech is about 15 minutes out. Tech showed up like 3 minutes later. Jason, the tech, very professional and polite, introduced himself, "Hello Ma'am" after assessment, he then apologized for being the bearer of bad news, my water heater died. :( After some pondering, I moved fwd and had him write up the order to replace my water heater. Jason was efficient, kept the work area in clean order, explained everything about the job prior to and after. After everything was said and done, I joked about at least getting an All Pro pen for how much I spent, chuckled, he said people ask about that. I was joking, however I think it's a good idea to stock your techs with your brand. Nonetheless, IF I ever have any issues again, I will definitely call All Pro Plumbing and recommend. *Side note, as management in the medical field, which is customer service based, I recognize that it's the employees who can either make or break the brand. I just wanted to give a shout out to everybody at All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical. A couple of weeks ago, my mom had a leak coming from one of the pipes under her kitchen sink. I called several plumbers in the area but all of them were booked up for days EXCEPT for All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical. They were able to schedule my mom in within a couple of hours of our call. My service repairman was Enrique Lopez who went by Ricky. Fortunately for us, I was able to stop the leak just moments before Ricky arrived at our house. I felt bad because I did not even have time to make a call to cancel our appointment. So Ricky shows up to our door and I explained to him that I was just going to call to cancel our appointment as I had just fixed the leak myself. Ricky was so professional and was happy for us that our problem had already been solved so we basically did not need his service. I just wanted to give credit to where credit belongs hence this review. I assured Ricky that should we ever need any services again that we will definitely call All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical for their professionalism and also that we will ask for Ricky personally.
