I have always stood by the "The old adage, 'If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is' isn't always correct. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case with All Pro Quick Oil Change. I drive a 2017 Volvo S60 Cross Country and parts tend to be more expensive than newer Volvo's on the road right now. My flex pipe broke down and separated from the rest of the exhaust system. It became loud and potentially a danger exposing my 2-year-old son to harmful exhaust fumes. With that being said, I was just going to pay the dealer price of $3,200 dollars. I received an additional estimate from a local shop at $1,632 dollars. I was getting an oil change, and the topic came up about my flex pipe and the cost of repairs. They gave me an insane quote under 1,000 dollars. I said order the parts and call me when they get in expecting to never hear from the again. Five days later I got a call confirming the parts were on the way and made an appointment to drop off my car. I was still quite skeptical. I dropped my vehicle off this morning and asked to see the part to be installed and to my surprise, they were authentic Volvo parts. The repair took less than two hours to do, and they used their own personal vehicles to drop me off at my residence and pick me up when my car was ready. That folks was above and beyond service. Now are you ready for this... $887.38 out the door! She sounds great and once again I feel safe with my little man going for rides with daddy. Thanks to Freddie and the team! Went this am for oil change. Immediately shown dirty filters and advised they be changed and fluids be drained and changed. I was on the phone when the tech approached me. He never advised the cost of these services and was shocked when told the bill $450 plus. I noticed they did the same with other customers. I vigorously complained that they either need to make sure the discuss cost or post their charges. The boss did reduce the bill by about $150 but the practice of running up a bill without alerting the customer of the increase charges when just going in for an oil change is quite suspicious. Stoped for car wash to get the salt off the car. Got the full package for $16.00. Tried to use 2 different credit cards and it wouldn't take them. Only had a $20 bill for cash which it ate readily, but this machine does not give back change, so paid $20 for a $16 car wash! The automated wash appeared to completely wash the car car well, but when I got home there was still dirt everywhere. Crappy car wash, go somewhere else! read more

I have been going here for years, and I'm done. I'm not sure if management changed, but this place is horrible now. I was told 2 times that my cabin filter was ordered and it wasn't so i had to keep coming back, and when it was finally installed, they didn't use gloves and got grease all over my dashboard and seat. Half the time, they dont check tire pressure or fluids anymore, but one time they did, they didn't put 3 of my tire valve covers back on, and I didn't notice till the next day. The car wash also went downhill, leaving soap on my car a lot and not drying at least 20% of my car. read more

Always willing to help with the "...can you have a look at...". For example, one of the techs fixed a cracking speaker that literally nobody else would assist with and bothers me for months - from dealers to speaker/stereo stores. And he fixed it in 2 mins and it's been great ever since. read more

This place is doing shady, illegal things with your vehicles that people leave overnight for repairs to be made Here is my original post on google that they've hidden. My name and personal information are not on my google account because I've been a customer and they have my information and I don't want retaliation for reporting this. I understand vehicles needing to be driven for test drives after repairs are made but I have a tracker on my car and it tells me when it starts moving when I'm not near it. My car was taken to someone's house about 15 minutes away from allpro, stayed at that house for about 15 minutes and then driven back. My car came back smelling like smoke and I don't smoke. It seems like they're allowing employees to take customer vehicles on their breaks and drive them around, or the repairs are being made by some backyard mechanic at their house and we're being charged for shady repairs. Don't take your car here if you'd have to leave it for repairs to be made, they might just take it for a joyride or fix it at some random persons house. The owner is probably aware of this, but doesn't care. read more

If you need synthetic oil expect to pay $150 or more. When you get the receipt it says vacuum and car wash and fluid exchange on the checklist and they don't do any of that. Comes with a basic level car wash that is the equivalent driving in the rain for 10 minutes. Save your $ go to your dealership or Firestone or Sullivan tires. read more

My plan was to go to Jiffy Lube, but I pulled in and they were closed for lunch, so I found this place on Yelp. They were polite and professional as I pulled in, not sure if they were open for a quick oil change. I waited my turn, which wasn't to long. They changed the oil quickly, but because I had time, they did a few more things. I was getting an old car cleaned up for my daughter who just got her license. They were great letting me know any areas of concern, both what they could do and those that they couldn't do there. The Ass't manager was great-- I'm just embarrassed I didn't get his name. I'm the end I got a free car wash. What started off as a plan to just get an oil change turned out to be a very productive visit. read more

I called ahead a few weekends ago to ask about prices for an oil change for my SUV. The man who answered the phone was very friendly and not at all annoyed by my questions. He told me to come right in whenever I wanted. I went in and my oil change was quick and easy, I wasn't pressured into any other "repairs" like some other places do, and the price was very reasonable. All in all, a great experience when having to deal with one of my least favorite tasks of adulthood (car maintenance). read more

Yeah not anymore for me... 4 oil changes here? Oil change for a subaru was what??? 80$ for my truck 35..... so i started doing oil changes on the subaru myself... This isn't why this place gets 2 stars. The low score was my oil change that took an hour and 45 minutes. A woman came in with stripped lugs and basically until she was taken care of no other customer was served. There where 2 techs!! OK listen to this went in for an oil change picked up the car went home, next day several oil spots on the driveway thought it was overflow BUT NOOOO after the second day had to jack the car up myself undo the splash guard on the underside which was a feat in itself about 30 screws ANYWAYS it was the oil pan plug I turned it ......with my bare fingers twice and it fell out they never tightened the darn thing , COULD HAVE BLOWN MY ENGINE My advice to ALL NEVER go to ALL PRO in FAIRHAVEN , MASS. i arrived and parked my car the gentleman who came out said do you know what kind of oil do you want to use i gave him the grade he said.. do you know if it's synthetic... well synthetic is all we have so yah... i then proceeded to say i guess so...... little did i know the gentleman who actually did my oil change and cashed me out gave me the price.. i asked why it was that high... he said its synthetic i said well thats all you have is what the other guy said... he said he didnt go over prices with you i said no... i said i normally bring it to my mechanic and he charges me 40$ he said oh well we have some that are that price.... PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! I just came from there and they ripped me off pretty good. Let me explain... I went there with a $5 off coupon printed from their website with my wives car. A Tech met me in the waiting room and I told him I wanted an oil change and had the coupon. He said that the coupon would take $5 off the price of $29.95 and asked if I would like them to look at anything else...I said no, just the oil change. After it was done, he came into the waiting room, told me it was all set and went to back 'office'. I followed and watched through the opening as he was on the computer. After he was done, he told me I owed him $67.95. I was in total disbelieve and asked him why it was so much. He told me that according to the computer, that car had synthetic oil the last time it was brought in. I asked him why he put synthetic oil in without asking me first and he said that it was policy to put in what was last done. I told him we talked about the $29.95 oil change and he should have asked if I wanted synthetic first. He just reiterated what he said previously and offered to take the oil out of the car. Can you believe this? What a crock. I told him to forget about it and paid the bill. As I was walking to the car, I told him that they should put a different sticker on the car to differentiate between synthetic or regular oil...as I looked at the sticker, knew it was time for a change and never knew it had synthetic in it. He then told me that I just reminded him that he made a 'mistake' on new the sticker...only adding 3k miles for the next oil change. I found this peculiar and asked him if he really did put synthetic in...he said he did. It then occurred to me that he NEVER left the garage while I was waiting... I told him that he never came in to look at the computer so how did he know it had synthetic in it last time...no answer. I then asked him to prove to me that the car had synthetic oil in it and he said he couldn't. I asked why he would talk to me about the regular oil change earlier and then put in synthetic without asking me first. He then told me that I TOLD HIM to put synthetic in. Of course I denied that and he changed his story and said that SOMEONE in the garage must have told him. I knew he was lying and was enraged to say the least! He then quickly went into the garage and talked to, who I believe is the manager. After several minutes, the manager called me into the garage and said that HE told him to put synthetic in because he saw me there before...what BS because my wife supposedly had the synthetic put in the last time, not me. Anyway, the manager never offered to give me a refund or a free oil change...he just kept telling me that he told his tech to do it and was sorry for the confusion. Are you kidding me? You admit that something was done that shouldn't have and you don't go out of your way to right a wrong? What kind of business are they running over there? Look, this is what REALLY happened: The guy put regular oil in my car like we discussed originally. He came in to do up the bill and noticed that the car had synthetic in the last time (my wife apparently paid for that), and decided that this was a perfect opportunity to steal money from me...twice the original price BTW. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that the car has regular oil in it and I was charged double for synthetic. Now I wonder if they ripped my wife off too...and many more people as well. I will go down the street to Jiffy Lube from now on. Hopefully they are more honest than All-Pro. Again PLEASE do not go there...and after reading this and some of these other reviews here, you should clearly understand why. read more

Went to go have oil changed at this location on 10/14/2014. Pulled up to service bay, saw attendant look up at us then throw what ever he had in his hand on bench and shake his head in disgust. Needless to say I backed out and went somewhere else. Great first impression to a customer who was going there for first time. read more

All Pro Oil Change in Fairhaven is not a good place to get a oil change! I brought in my honda for an oil change a few weeks ago. Well, turned out my oil filter had been leaking - this was caught by a honda technician when i brought the car in for a timing belt. Oh - it gets better! When they rotated my Hondas brand new wheels - there was damage to two wheels from the impact wrench used to remove the wheels. All Pro Management flat out denied the damage - and refused to replace the two damaged wheels. The tech's working here are kids who do not respect your car, and try to sell you more than you need at every visit. Stay Away!! read more

Had a pretty bad experience with Quick Pro Oil Change - next to Jake's on Alden Rd. in Fairhaven. It seemed simple enough at the time. I went in for an oil change in the process; they removed my beach sticker and replaced it with their oil change reminder. Seems like a simple mistake right? Well instead of taking care of it - they denied that they did it and refused to make things right. Now I'm out $30.00 - which was more than the oil changed cost. The owner said his employees would never do such a thing - so yeah I must be lying - like I have nothing better to do right? Very poor customer service - manger was very dismissive and basically tried to blow me off. I believe he said - "I thought I had heard them all." and laughed. Anyways I suggest you go elsewhere to do business. The true test of a business is not how they treat their customers when everything goes right, but what they do when things go wrong. These guys avoided me, denied and refused to take responsibility for their actions. The owner wouldn't talk to me in person - he left a message on my phone. The thing is, I have been going there since 2006 - you would think they would treat their customers better.! read more
