This review is for customer service only since I didn't get a smog check here. Pulled up to the place. It was empty. No cars. Just opened. Dude is standing at the ramp on his phone. Sees me coming continues to use his phone. Finally looks up when I'm about 10ft away. I give him the thumbs up basically saying "am I good, can you do this?" Reminder empty. Just opened. No one around. He shakes his head and turns around and continues to use his phone and walk away. I have a problem giving my money to people who work or own business that have horrible customer service skills and no respect for their potential customers. Came here looking for an ad for a GREAT price for AWD alignment and crew was super friendly. They actually told me to go right next glass door. Apparently it's one huge company. Was looking for a good place to get a smog here in Tracy that was not extremely expensive. Found All Pro Smog and i was really happy with the visit. Only reason for knocking it down to 4 stars was I arrived about 5 minutes to them opening and they did not arrive until about 10 minutes past the time they were suppose to open.
