Failed smog on first test ( just monitors ) , I paid regular fee $39.95 drove for another 100 plus miles and brought back car for retest in a week time and we were charged for extra $20 plus $8.25 on certificate ( pass ) Don't we have 90 days window 1 free retest and just pay the certificate? read more

I took my car to get my A/C maintenance they totally messed up my A/C. After I called to complain they told me to take back they will wave a fee that they charge. I took it back a second time, and still charge me the stupid as fee. The A/C still didnt work. I called again to complain they didn't know anything. And that guy who did the work had replace the air filter and clean up around the area. After tried of there bull shit. I took it to my local car dealer. Where I was told that my A/C compress had a crack. I wonder who cracked it. That's why no cold air was going thru. My A/C was working just fine it before I took it there. There are no fine prints here. The $25 for $62 Yelp deal was all it took the last time I was here. That was even better than the occasional $19.99 Pennysaver coupon which will require you to pay an additional $8.25 for the certificate. Service was fast and efficient. You're in good hands whether it's Jamal (the owner) or Omar (his brother) running the shop. The next vehicle was queued up to be smog checked just as soon as the current job got completed. Take note that they can service only one vehicle at a time so get an appointment if you must. In case you have to wait, their air-conditioned office has free wi-fi.
