    STI trunk

I have been looking for an STI trunk and spoiler. Lucky to find a parts for sale post on Craigslist. The place was a bit far to get to but the visit was well worth the drive. The trunk and wing was in great condition. I also discovered that they're a pro when it comes to Subaru work. The staff was nice, responsive, and helpful. Great pricing for the parts. Will visit in the near future for a Subaru project of mine. Thanks guys!

As the daughter of a well respected mechanic from a busy northern town, I feel I am uniquely…read morequalified to write a review! As well as obligated! Being new to town we weren't certain where to go for auto maintenance and repairs. We have three cars, one of which is driven by our teenage son (to give you an idea of the wear and tear on that car, it being a 2004 Expedition!). Friends of ours said to take it to Extra Mile. Here we are a few years later and feeling more satisfied than ever! It seems word of mouth travels quickly for negative feedback, however, their service is so extraordinary, I had to write a review. The gentlemen at EM are honest, hard working, reliable and know exactly what your car needs. They often will give recommendations as to what needs maintenance now and what can be stretched for a bit. The amount of volume that you can see there no matter what time of day speaks as to their service (take note, between 11-2 is their busiest time for oil changes. Come in a little earlier or later to avoid the rush!)! Their tire insurance program alone is well worth a visit there! Their prices beat Costco and many other tire shops. My father had incredibly high standards in his shop. Not only treating his customers with respect and honesty but also by being reliable. It is not lightly that I hold EM to my fathers shop. I feel like family there. I trust they don't take advantage because I'm a woman or I send our teenage son there alone to get his oil changed. If Bill or Justin say the fluids should be changed, we change them! I know they would not sell us something unless needed for the well being of our cars. If this sounds oddly personal, that is absolutely by design! That Expedition is carrying my children around everyday! My husband has a long commute to work every day, and we need and love for him to come home safely ever day! I travel for work and need my car to be reliable and safe as well. I like to come home each day and be with my family! It is such a wonderful confident feeling every day we all go our separate ways that my family and I are safe! When it comes to our cars, that responsibility falls into the hands of the men at EM! I couldn't ask for anyone better qualified! Unless of course, I was fortunate enough to have my Dad down here taking care of our cars! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Extra Mile! Your name is so very fitting! You Always go above and beyond for my family! Thank you!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Extra Mile, I feel other customers…read moreneed to know what happened before trusting them with their vehicle. I spent thousands of dollars at this shop trying to fix an ongoing problem with my car. I authorized repairs and services based on what I was told was wrong and on the understanding that certain testing had been performed. Despite spending thousands, the original problem was never fixed. What became even more concerning was when I later asked for the actual reports and results from the testing I was told had been performed. I was unable to get the documentation I expected, and I was told that some of the recommendations had been based on ChatGPT suggestions. This left me seriously questioning the basis for the work I had paid for. After having to bring my vehicle back three times, I learned that the shop had been relying on a report created by the original manager who diagnosed my car. I was later told that this manager had been fired. However, when I asked for documentation and proof of the testing, the story changed, and I was told that he had not been fired. Every conversation I had with the shop was recorded, so I have documentation of what I was told and when I was told it. After all of this, I called and asked to speak with management and the owner about some type of compensation. I was told by the manager that the owner wasn't around during the day, had a "different type of lifestyle," and that I wouldn't be able to get an answer until Monday morning. I was told I would receive a call back. That call never came. I had to call multiple times myself, only to eventually be told there was nothing they could do. At this point, I expected both the owner and manager to take responsibility for what happened, review the documentation, and make a genuine effort to address the situation. Instead, I felt that neither took meaningful ownership. I was left to pursue answers myself, despite the fact that I had spent thousands of dollars and had repeatedly brought my vehicle back for the same unresolved problem. I finally took my vehicle to Honda, where they addressed the actual problem. Since Honda completed the repair, I have not had the issue again. I was also told there that many of the things I had paid Extra Mile to do were services that a vehicle generally would not need. My biggest issue isn't simply that they didn't diagnose the problem correctly the first time. Cars can be complicated, and mistakes happen. My issue is that I spent thousands of dollars based on their diagnoses and recommendations, had to bring my vehicle back three times, and the original problem remained. When I questioned the testing, requested documentation, and asked management and ownership to take responsibility and make the situation right, I felt completely dismissed. Had I received honest communication, documentation supporting the testing and recommendations, and a genuine effort from the owner and manager to take ownership of what happened, I might feel differently. Instead, I paid thousands of dollars, still had a broken vehicle, had to take it somewhere else to actually get it fixed, and received no meaningful resolution from Extra Mile. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. I strongly encourage anyone considering having major work done here to ask for diagnostic reports and test results in writing, confirm who performed the diagnosis, get a second opinion, and understand exactly why each recommended service is necessary before authorizing it.

Corey's Auto Services…read more I read good review about Corey's Auto Service so I took my Honda CRV here for repair. I spent more than $2000 the last 5 months on this old car. They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop.

I went to Google and Yelp looking for places that could service a Fiat and decided to visit German Maser Tech (GMT). I had recently moved to Roswell and thought the location was also perfect. The experience was night and day from the dealership.   GMT specializes in European car repair, including Audi, BMW, Fiat, Mercedes, Porsche, Sprinter, Volvo, and Volkswagen.   I contacted GMT and left a voicemail requesting an appointment, the next day I get a call back. This rarely happened with the dealership, I would have to call multiple times just to speak to a person. The guy I spoke to at GMT was very pleasant, and courteous and didn't' make me feel rushed, he answered my few questions and worked with my schedule. He also ordered some wipers for me and stated they would arrive by my appointment time. Awesome!!! It's been challenging finding wiper blades that fit my compact car at auto shops like Auto Zone and Sams.   The location was easy to find, and when I walked in I was greeted immediately, also very different from my dealership experience. The waiting room was very spacious and comfortable. I waited for 1 hour and my car was ready and I was ready to check out. I had a next service sticker placed on my vehicle which is a nice reminder. It was more expensive than the price I pay at the dealership, however, I'm willing to pay a little more for better service and not have to worry about if my car actually had an oil change.   I immediately noticed the difference in my car, it drove so much smoother and it was nice to hear all looks well.
