I had AllPro come out to take care of a massive pigeon problem I was having on my home. They cleaned up all droppings on the roof, gutters, walk ways, yard, nests under my solar panels, etc. and power washed way more than I anticipated. All around did a much greater job cleaning up than I expected. They installed various deterrents and were on their way. In the end they provided me with tons of before and after photos of all the work so I didn't have to climb up on the roof myself. Quick, easy, super efficient and much more affordable than some other job estimates I received. Great job guys! read more

I can't believe I'm the first to review All Pro. I called All Pro yesterday and spoke with Bob over the phone regarding gutter cleaning and possible repair. I also called 2 other companies to get quotes so I could compare. Bob was very knowledgeable and polite and sent over a quote by email within 20 minutes. I was concerned that since he quoted me just by the size of my house and address that they would arrive and up the price, but that wasn't the case at all. He charged exactly what was quoted. From the three quotes I received he was right in the middle-not the cheapest but not the most expensive. It was a a very fair price. We spoke for over 20 minutes about some concerns I had about some of my seams and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and gave me a very fair price to seal them. His team was able to come the next day which was awesome considering it's been raining non stop for the past 3 days. I feel badly that they were up there in the rain, that can't be very comfortable or safe. But they did a great job. We arrived home right as they were leaving and they were both very friendly and told me how the cleaning went and said they'd be back to seal the seams when it stops raining. They were fast and efficient and after they left I went outside and heard a strange trinkling sound that I couldn't place until I realized, OHHH that's what it sounds like when water is properly draining. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Pro. In fact I plan on having them come out to do some power washing to my roof come the spring. read more

We recently moved into a three story home and unfortunately inherited some unwanted tenants - by way of pigeons. Having reached out to a number of pigeon abatement and clean up companies, a number of companies were reluctant to use 40ft plus ladders on a 36 foot high roof. All Pro had no issues with the height of the roof and provided a quote and date to come and complete the necessary work. Date and time were set which naturally was during the day, so I had to make plans to be able to leave work early and come home so that All Pro could complete the work as scheduled. When the All Pro professionals came to house they soon advised that they wouldn't be able to complete the work as scheduled as they did not bring the correct ladders - thus having to reschedule. The professionals who made the mistake themselves were very apologetic. However, when I discussed with office the manager she advised that she would speak with the owner and see if he would be willing to provide some compensation for the inconvenience caused. Apparently the owner was not sympathetic to the time wasted and flat out refused to discuss with me further. Considering the office manager advised that she would have the owner call me, I was surprised that I received an email and no call. It would appear that customer satisfaction isn't taken seriously as it should and it is a shame that no consideration was given or even the courtesy of an email or a call. If All Pro doesn't consider customer satisfaction to be important to them then I can only give it one star. read more

I can't admit how long it has taken me to wash the upper floor windows. Guilt led me to finally take the leap and call in a professional service. I searched for someone local that had great reviews and All Pro was the perfect choice. The quote was reasonable, but more important, they did the job. The windows are clean. They were in and out w/n two hours. I didn't have to get on my hands and knees on the counter to reach an awkward corner window, I didn't have to fight with the screens, and the crew was efficient and even cheerful. So much so, that I took a photo of the crew and the truck, which I intend to post on FB. Thank you for doing a beautiful job. I put it off too long. Don't overthink it. Call them. read more

I googled window cleaners and filled out an online form for an estimate. I received an email the next day with a reasonable quote. I wrote back that I'd like them cleaned inside and out within 5 days. They wrote back early the next morning and scheduled me that day! It was awesome. They cleaned the sills, window framing and screens. And it only took about an hour and we have floor to ceiling windows in many areas. The workers were professional and made sure the water didn't drop anywhere. I would use them again and I can't believe I waited so long to have our windows cleaned. It was easy. read more

I've needed to get my gutters cleaned for a long time now. They were so full of debris that there were weeds growing in them. I tried calling several other companies to get quotes, but none of them even bothered to return my calls. I called All Pro at 4:15PM on a Friday and got a quote via email in 20 min. I responded by 4:30PM and they were able to send someone out the very next day to perform the cleaning. I was shocked that they actually worked on Saturdays. They did a great job cleaning the gutters, ensuring that all the downspouts were functioning properly. The final cost was exactly what was quoted, no hidden charges.
