I was working with another company that passed their clients off to All Pure Pool when the prior company decided to stop doing pool service. I was hesitant at first because working with the prior company was a nightmare and took so much effort to get even blow standard work done. All Pure began their services at my home and within two weeks, my pool has never looked as beautiful as it has in the past. The water is crystal clear and I enjoy sitting outside and admiring it. The pool technician was so kind when I met him the first time and expressed my concerns. The office manager (?) was also pleasant and when I voiced my expectations, she was pretty much like "well yah... that's the bare minimum!" After reading other reviews, it's hard to believe the good reviews are from customers who had the same technician as my parents have had for seven years. Octavio is who the most recent tech is, and we have come to realize that my 73 and 80 year old parents have been ripped off for almost a decade! We discontinued their services today. The pool was "serviced" weekly, for $85/month. What did that $85/month include? Dropping a little chlorine in... and absolutely nothing else. When the pool started turning green, and looking as though it hadn't been maintained for quite some time, that's when we had a friend come by, who happens to have experience with pool maintenance. I have had All Pure Pool Service for a number of years now. And it appears their service has gone downhill significantly since when I first started ,my pool is green and it stayed green for approximately three months don't know why they could not fix the problem. They did come out once and fixed it ,it stayed OK for two days then went green again. After spending a large amount of money doing exactly what they had asked me to do I drain the water change the filters had the pool equipment inspected done everything they thought was wrong but they still could not remedy the problem. They are nice enough people but their service is terrible. we have not been able to use our pool for three months and I have been paying them regularly. read more

I have had All Pure Pool Service taking care of my pool chemical needs for slightly more than three years. Last week my pump motor was giving out a loud whine and I called the pool equipment company who I've used in the past. Sadly I found out that they were sold. I called All Pure to see if they could recommend someone and they told me that they were now doing not just chemicals but all manner of pool equipment services. I described the problem to Mike and we both figured that a new pump would be needed. Less than two days later, their technicians (Rene and Mario) arrived and replaced the faulty pump with a new technology variable speed pump that saves electricity and is far quieter than the old one. They were prompt, polite and professional-I could not have asked for more. After programming the new pump I had a few questions about a few items mentioned in the user's guide. I called the office and was put through to Mike. He answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. To talk to a REAL person at a business is a rare pleasure these days. These folks are terrific. I look forward to doing business with them in the future! read more

Used them for 3 years. Several times I measured no chlorine in the pool 1-2 days after their weekly service. Repeatedly got algae in the pool. Every time you call them with a problem they tell you to run your filter longer-like that will remove algae from a pool with no chlorine. Came week after week just watching the algae get worse and worse while I was on vacation. Not recommended. read more

Used to be a great company. Had the same guy show up every week & kept our pool in good shape. However, since he quit about 2 years ago, it's been a steady stream of ever changing employees, who take no pride in their jobs, or have any desire to go the extra mile to fix problems. Our pool has been cloudy or flat out green for most of the last year. Should have switched companies more than a year ago, instead of wasting over $700+. Although the actual service technician has changed several times as people have moved on to other jobs or the U.S. military, we could not be happier at the quality of service. Everyone we have dealt with at All Pure has been professional, helpful and punctual at addressing any issues, although there have been few. Don't ever use this company. My pool was pea soup green for an entire month. The company told me to keep my cleaner running around the clock, which only got me a bit fat electrical bill. Finally they agreed to send another company for some trouble shooting as they could not solve the problem. Then they didn't follow that company's advice. Finally i went to a local pool store and purchased some products: in 3 days I had a sparkling clean pool. These guys are useless, and they charge IN ADVANCE!!! My husband and I have been using All Pure Pool Service for years. They are great! I highly recommend them. Also Aaron the technician is a very friendly and nice person. I know exactly when Aaron comes by for pool service because he signs the card that is left on my property. Also, when Aaron opens the gate, he is very careful that my dog doesn't get out of the backyard, which was a huge concern for me--but I feel very comfortable with Aaron watching out for my dog. If there is any issue, the office calls me--very good customer service. You too will be pleased if you hire them. One additional note, my husband and I learned last year that the filters in the pump needed to be replaced. They were so old and used that the mud would not wash off, and the plastic bands around the filters had broken. The pool supply store informed me that once that happens, the filters need to be replaced. They were about $100 and it made our pool look amazing--so if your pool isn't looking great, don't blame All Pure because no one can do better than All Pure. read more
