I used Royal Flush to install new water service from the meter to a new construction ADU, and also…read morerough in the plumbing and drain lines. Quite an involved job. Problems started the first day. When connecting to the water meter, they decided to use a sawzall on the copper manifold that was connected to the meter to avoid digging down an extra 6 inches. When the city discovered this, they replaced it with a new one, and billed them for it. They were unfamiliar with ground covers for the underground shut off valves, and took them 3 months to find correct ones. When they were finally installed, they were set above grade of the surrounding grass so a lawn mower would hit them. Not surprising considering the guy showed up without a shovel and was digging with his hands. I had to dig them up and re-set them myself. Severely lacking attention to detail. During rough-in, they broke out the concrete foundation in the wrong location, leaving me with gaping hole in the concrete stem wall, visible in the main entry next to the front door. When asked to repair it, Kendrick (the owner) said that they were unfamiliar with how to patch concrete. No accountability. When installing A supply/drain box for the washing machine, it was installed at 30" above the floor where it would be inaccessible once a washing machine was installed. I asked Kendrick to move it up high enough so it could be accessed once a washer was in place. He said he would, but it never happened, just plain laziness. The drain lines were put under test and passed inspection. But 24 hours later it started leaking in 2 places. When I asked for a follow up test, they sent me a quote for $1700 - just to fill the system with water!REALLY??? When questioned about what happens if it leaks after drywall and cabinets are installed, I was informed their warranty would cover THEIR parts and labor, and I would be responsible for any drywall, cabinets, and flooring damage due to a leak. When they routed vent pipes in the attic, there was no strapping on any of the pipes to support them. The rubber seal in the roof for the vent pipe was cut very poorly and daylight is visible. When this was brought to their attention, they said to have my roofer fix it. Again, poor attention to detail and no accountability. I have repeatedly called and asked them to come back and fix these issues for weeks, but there is always an excuse. Our scheduler left early, our scheduler is out until next week, our phones are giving us trouble, we're too busy. When I hired them, they were able to start the job right away, no scheduler needed, but now all I get is lip service I would not recommend them for installing any fixtures or rough-in work unless you want to finish the job yourself. Clearing a backed up toilet is about all they are qualified for.

Because of the size of the job we got some estimates from several plumbers in the local and Seattle area. At Your Service wasn't the least expensive, but it was the most fair, thorough, and transparent estimate we received. Andy and Brett went through the entire house and crawl space to really understand the job to prepare an absolutely reasonable estimate. Once we agreed on the work and estimate, they took care of managing all of the permits and recommended a company they worked with and trusted to help us open up our sidewalk. The original installer was no longer around and it turned out they had made some mistakes in the installation causing the breakage of a part due to water and dust in the coolant because there was no filter dry installed. It was not an easy thing to find because it looked just fine at first. I had 2 other companies over to try and fix it but they could not find what was wrong and more or less abandoned me. Then I found 2 sons and I am so glad I did. 2 SONS sent Steven over and he really knows heat pumps. Save yourself the time, and money. I was referred to…read moreMitchell Plumbing from a work associate. I was remodeling my bathroom. I got the bid to do quite a bit of work in an old house. I needed the toilet moved, as well as the plumbing for both the shower, and sink. I also had them remove the hot water heater, and fix some of the plumbing work around it. It went great initially. They came out and did most of the work the first day, but had to come back the next day to fix some things. Over all no problems at all except for the $6000 dollar bill for one days work. The real problems came when it was time to put everything back together. My newly remodeled bathroom needed the fixtures done, the toilet and hot water heater put back in. The appt was scheduled for a Monday at 1pm, of which they showed up at 3:30, and told me they could only work for an hour. So, they put the toilet in, and left without doing anything else. They came back on a Wednesday to finish. Of which they chipped the tile in my shower, didn't place the plumbing in the right spot for the vanity, so the drawer wouldn't close, I also didn't have any pressure when using the hot water. They left and told me everything was working perfectly(apparently didn't check) they sent the estimator of Friday because "they had a big job going now, and didn't have anyone to send" the estimator was quite rude and condescending, and left without actually fixing anything. Because of this "big job" they weren't able to send any one until the following Wednesday. Of which they then charged me $200 extra because of a "mineral deposit removal" All in all. I had 4 projects for them to accomplish, all together it took them 2 days, they charged me $8000 and they messed up 3 of them, and left me to figure it out. Save yourself, and use someone else. My hot water still doesn't have good pressure.
