I pretty much never post reviews but had to this time. We installed an above ground pool and I needed an outlet installed. I reached out and they came out on time. The entire team is amazing and I ended up having them do the backyard wiring, yard spotlight, wiring and installation of planter lights around the property and installed a dedicated circuit for the pool itself. The All Quality Electrical Team is really amazing. Their office staff is on top of it and responds very quickly when emailed. The Electricians that came out were all polite, professional, understanding, detail oriented and were all about our being satisfied. I mentioned our just being laid off do to the Virus and they added a discount to help us out. They've fixed multiple issues in my house I purchased, cleaned up the prior owners questionable lighting remodels, and helped me mount my TV over my fireplace (even installed a plug right behind where we mounted the TV). I thought Shai was great initially. I had Shai install bathroom fans in my new house. I told him I just wanted a fan and a connected switch, something simple. He ended up talking me into these expensive high end fans. He said they were quieter and more efficient. Partially, into the job he said that I needed to add extra circuits to handle these fans. I had inexpensive fans installed at my old house with no issues. I should've seen this as a red flag but, he seemed like a nice guy. He also recommended to put a light inside the shower. He said he was already here and it would be cheaper than to call him back if I changed my mind. He cut into tile to install the light and dust and debris were every where. The dust even got on to my brand new washer and dryer that I had spent $3000.00 on. After wiping the washer and dryers down we noticed that they were full of scratches. I showed Shai and he did not apologize. He said his guys didn't realize there would be so much debris. Upon Shai's recommendation, I had him upgrade my electrical panel. He actually did a good job and I had other electricians verify. He charged me too much but, that is my fault I should have gotten 2nd and 3rd quotes at the time. The issue I have with the panel upgrade is that he did not follow up with the permit. It was months after the install and I asked him several times what was going on with getting the permit. He said that he needed to follow up. Then, later he said I needed to follow up with the permits. I asked other electricians and they said this is their job. This is what you pay them for and that I shouldn't have to call and follow up on the permits. Anyhow, that is how I found out once the job is over and Shai has your money he doesn't care anymore. Shai is expensive. I have found great quality electricians that charge a lot less. I have asked Shai for quotes on the same projects at different times and his prices fluctuate. If, he was honest his price would be the same every time. Shai is a great salesman and uses fear based tactics. He'll make sure and find issues that need to be taken care of right away that are not even really issues. He said that I needed Arc Fault circuits put in, attic fans, and hardwired smoke detectors. These are all luxuries and not necessities. I already had brand new battery operated smoke and carbon dioxide detectors. He is an electrician only but, he will say he can do anything. He will say he can put in an A/C system, Security System, Sky Tunnel, etc... Wherever he can make money he will try. Every time, I would hire him to do a small job. Shai would push to add something to it. Shai did a horrible job installing a security camera system for my home. He could not get the DVR to have online access. He said it was my router. He said it was my laptop (which he installed a virus because he wanted free dvr access software). He said it was Time Warner that had the port blocked. It turned out that he did not know what he was doing. I purchased a much cheaper DVR from Costco and was instantly able to watch my cameras online. The install of the cameras were horrible too. He used poor quality Balun that some actually shorted over time. He ran several lines of low quality computer networking cable 5 ft into the attic from the DVR and then cut the line there. Then, he butted the lines together with crimp connectors. This is something an electrician would do because he is used to working with high voltage. He should have ran the cables from the DVR directly to the cameras. These are low voltage devices and the adding of connectors and extra connections just adds loss of quality to the video feed. This is just laziness and lack of knowledge of security system install. I found Audio Video specialists that are far more knowledgeable and cheaper than Shai for security cameras and home entertainment systems. Shai put one camera for a 180 degree view of my backyard. The problem with that is the camera does not support a 180 degree view. Shai also charged me $275 for a 19" monitor that sells for $99. The problem with this is that 19" is way too small for an 16 channel system and the inflated charge for the monitor should give an indication of how over priced Shai is. I have attached some pictures of the poor workmanship of Shai's work on my security camera system. I paid a premium price for the installation, unfortunately I did not receive a premium installation. Lessons Learned: 1) Always get several quotes per job. Just because a person is cheaper for one job doesn't mean he will be cheaper for all jobs. 2) Always get a specialist for the job that you want. Don't get an electrician for Security Cameras, A/C, Skylights or Home Entertainment. 3)Just because a person seems nice doesn't mean they are honest. 4) Ask the cost of equipment being installed. It might be cheaper to buy the equipment yourself than to have the installer provide the equipment and install. read more

Shai is easily the most professional and best communicater there is. We had him install 4 LED 4" lights in our master, they look great and it was all done with no mess and no holes in our walls to fix. He draped all our furniture so that nothing would have dust or any damage. We also wanted to install 2 power outlets for our TV so that we didnt have to have wires around our furniture and room. I had 2 other guys come look at doing this and they both said they had to cut holes in the wall at every studd to get the wires over. Shai was able to get it done by going through our attic and finding the area where the wall is and dropping it in. No mess, no holes. He is very good at his job but also is very professional, shows up when he said he would. I would recomend him and his company to everyone. read more

All Quality has been the best electrician company for us by far. They are my 5th and final choice for electrical work on the house. Some of the things they have done are: 1. Upgrade panel box. 2. Install Landscaping conduit for future lighting. 3. Install transfer switch for generator power. They explain everything with patience so that we can understand all the lingo, etc. They are always prompt, professional and their work area is clean. One thing we like best is that they have fixed some of the harzards left from other electrician's work. Whenever I hire someone, I always check the reviews to make sure that I am hiring the best person for the job. However, I don't usually WRITE reviews (I always talk about doing it, but never had time). I made time to write this review though, to make sure that others knew how professional, knowledgeable, and great Shai is, and how much I appreciate his hard work. A couple of months ago, I bought a ceiling fan (with a light in the center) at Lowes, but my husband didn't know how to install it. I checked Home Advisor to obtain bids for the job, and received three bids, all from licensed contractors/electricians. I figured that if they were licensed, they were all the same. However, I found out later that this wasn't the case. From the bids received, I hired the lowest bid (a company with initials "M Electric"). The owner of that company (the licensed guy) came to my house with one of his workers (I don't think the worker was licensed). Turns out that the unlicensed worker did 95% of the work. Regardless, I again figured that this was how it was done, and that the owner would "supervise". Even worst, M Electric ended up charging me more, saying it was a "more difficult job than they thought" (which ended up making him the most expensive of the 3 bids I received). Long story short, M Electric finished the job, and I paid the owner. About a month later, in March, I decided that I wanted a "dimmer" for my newly installed ceiling fan (and light in the center), and so bought a modern one online. I called M Electric again to install this "dimmer switch", but he never called me back. Finally, after 2 weeks, I called Shai (the next lowest bid, which ended up being the actual lowest after M Electric raised its price). When Shai came to my home, he told me that M Electric did a lousy job installing my ceiling fan and light switch. He listed exactly what was wrong. First, M Electric used the wrong electrical wires (Romex cables instead of MC Shield cables). Second, M Electric didn't connect the grounding system (I'm not sure what this means). Third, M Electric didn't use the proper electrical box to hold up the fan (it was not sturdy enough and was wobbly). Fourth, M Electric used a broken cable connector. Fifth, the cable wires (which were wrong to being with) were placed UNDER the studs (instead of over the studs), which meant that the wires were resting on the ceiling and were touching the ceiling. This is a big liability because if I (or my husband) later wanted to hang something or drill into the wall, the nail could go into the electrical wire and electrocute me (or my husband)!!! Ultimately, I double-checked everything online, and SHAI WAS CORRECT. At the end of the day, Shai corrected all of M Electric's shoddy work. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in detail. Unlike M Electric (who had his unlicensed worker do all the work), Shai actually did all the work himself (truly QUALITY WORK). He was absolutely great, and did everything he promised (and was really nice the whole time). His estimate was clear and straightforward, and Shai didn't increase the price later. He even discounted the price because he felt bad that I was paying twice to essentially have the same ceiling fan installed. He was on time, and cleaned up afterwards, and explained everything along the way. Again, I highly recommend Shai for all electrical needs. I will never use anyone but Shai in the future. read more

We have an outdoor training area we needed lighting for, and because we work with dogs, it is very important that the lighting in adequate to avoid injuries. I am updating my 5 star review of All Quality Electrical and would give them 6 stars if I could. AQE came out to help service the timer for my exterior lights, which have been a nightmare due to the prior homeowner trying to take shortcuts. Shai and his team did a great job getting the timer replaced and the lights working again. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, the lights didn't turn on one night. I contacted Shai and he quickly sent out one of his guys to address the issue with the GFI that the timer was connected to. It was a simple fix, but it still took about 30 minutes to resolve. The AQE worker also took the time to explain the problem to me so I can address it in the future if need be. Much to my surprise, I was NOT charged for this visit. Most electricians would have charge for 1 hour of work - not Shai. AQE continues to be my go to for all issues electrical and I highly recommend them for their fair prices, efficient work and willingness to come back and resolve issues on their prior work, even when the issue was not their fault. I bought ceiling fan from amazon to instal myself, when I opened the box I noticed the hanging bracket is bigger then electric box so I went to home depot to get advise or buy the bigger box they didn't have it .I decided to hire electrician I found all quality electrical on the yelp has good review ,I called them and I spoke to Shai he scheduled me same day ,later on Benny came on time very nice guy and professional I explained the problem to him he looked at it and got picture and he told me has to buy the fan bracket then he scheduled me for next day morning . next day shai came of course on was right on time very nice guy professional and knowledgeable, he came with the new bracket but it was the same size means smaller then the fan bracket and he told me this is standard size in USA, shai came up with solution ,what he did he made new hole on the fan bracket that fits with electric box, during his work he noticed my living room light is flickering and he came looked at chandelier and switches he told this switch is not for LED light to make long story short he installed my fan and he changed living room switch to LED without charging. I have been in my house for 3 years and first dealt with Mr. Electric when I needed some work done. After having to have the electrician come back three times to get the work up to code I decided to look for another electrician when I had to have work done to my electrical panel. Shai and his team were incredibly nice and did quality work to get my panel to code so that I could have solar panels installed. I also mentioned some things that worried me about exposed junction boxes in the attic and they looked over everything, explained what was wrong or dangerous or ok and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. They were on-time and had great contact before and after the job, checking in after the solar panels were finished being installed. I had to take a minute to talk about what a beautiful job Shai and his team did on my ceiling lighting. I have never had such a wonderful experience! They talked with us beforehand, to see what I had in mind. Then they gave me great ideas. The price was great and the work perfection! And, I have never had anyone who worked cleaner or more thoughtfully. Time was taken to cover anything that might get ceiling dust on it and then everything was gathered up and taken away.
