All I can say is that All Quality Electrical is fantastic! My wife and I recently bought a big fixer upper and have had a string of disappointing contractors come through our doors. Shai and his lead electrician Benny who handled our electric panel replacement were exceptional. First of all, Shai's quote was well below other estimates I had received and also included additional work others hadn't even pointed out was required. My wife had called for a free estimate and Shai was there the same day. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the issues with our system and the best, safest and least expensive way to replace it. He scheduled us for work two days later and showed up on time with Benny at 7:30 am ready to go. They spent the first day just prepping to make sure everything was in order and there would be no surprises. The next day they were on time again at 7:30 am and then put in a long work day to conclude the project. They even came back the next day just to walk through and match up all the new breakers with what they corresponded to in our entire house (we don't have a small house, almost 4,000 s.f., 2 stories and a lot of circuits). They labeled each circuit with a label maker so it was clearly indicated what each one corresponds to. Shai even noticed we had a safety issue with some old underground wiring and remedied it for no charge because he saw our 3 year old son and was concerned about his safety. Shai and Benny treated our house like it was their's, they were not messy, cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and polite to my wife and I and didn't leave until the job was done right. Shai is the owner of the company and I could tell he was busy with other work as his phone rang often when he was hear, but he was still on the job almost the entire time to make sure everything was done correctly. I already have a quote from Shai for additional work (again, lower quote than I anticipated) and I will be using them again and again. Shai's quote is probably not the lowest or highest you'd find, but I believe that a little extra expense to have quality work and great customer service is well worth it in the long run. You are the customer and Shai wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work he and his crew do. He will go over everything with you and discuss your options to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. My wife and I had ceiling fans put into several rooms as well as some new light fixtures and re-working of existing wiring. Shai and his crew are friendly professional and timely. Because my wife and I are exceptionally picky (or in-decisive) when it came to some light fixtures, Shai was willing to come back in the following weeks to finish the job once we finally decided on some fixtures. Called Shai based on other Yelp reviews. He gave me a phone estimate based on some troubleshooting needed for our intermittent GFCI breaker tripping at odd hours, and then to change from a GFCI breaker to individual GFCI outlets. He came out on a Saturday (so no time off from work) at the appointed time with a helper Carlos. As he expected, he took some time reviewing the wiring of our master bath remodel and found a bunch of items that needed correcting in the attic as well as with the plugs and switches. After making the needed repairs in the master, he completed the remaining work of switching our the breaker and installing all of the GFCI outlets required around the house. He cleaned up after the work was completed and tested all of the work installed. He also asked if there was any other work that needed to be completed while he was here (there wasn't). His estimate was 2-3 hours and he was complete in 3. Shai is great, he took the (needed) time to review and figure out all the items that needed to be checked and corrected and then completed the work in a professional manner. When my regular electrician was too busy to take on the job, Shai was recommended to me by my roofer, and I'm so glad he was available. He installed both solar tube lights and halogen spots in my living room, which up to that point had been the darkest room in the house, even with the blinds open. What impressed me most was Shai's attention to detail. He explored the options and found tube lights that are remote controlled, allowing me to dim or cover them completely if I want to watch TV, and they also have a nightlight option. He took into consideration the height of the ceiling when choosing the spots and the light coverage is perfect for the room. He even offered to replace a lighting fixture for free if I decided to put the new one in the same place. He kept me in the loop with how the work was proceeding by sending me photos at work from his iPhone. Everything was left clean and tidy.
