My old built in microwave crashed and I needed an electrician to check whether it had caused a short in my electrical panel. A technician came and removed the microwave, tested it and determined that it was gone. Then in checking the panel he saw something wrong but decided to investigate further and went underneath my house, where he discovered the real problem and fixed it. I felt good about the way the issue was resolved and the relatively short time it took for it to happen. I will definitely call these guys again for any electrical needs in the future! I give an unqualified full 5-stars to All Quality. I've done a lot of electrical work myself but I no longer have all the tools to do it easily. Still, I have a pretty good idea what it takes to do many electrical jobs and I was impressed that All Quality quoted me a very fair price and got the job done quickly (actually slightly faster than I expected it would take an experienced tech). I needed to move 2 outlets 12 inches higher than their original location to accommodate new, taller laundry appliances. As I said, All Quality's price was very fair and also the best price among the three firms I contacted. They also scheduled to come and do the job within two hours of my call. The tech arrived on time and got the work done quickly and perfectly. Contrast that with another firm from NoHo with a high review rating that quoted me a price and scheduled a time to do the job two days out. The price was a bit high, but I figured since inflation is raging right now I wouldn't haggle. Two days later, as the END of the scheduled time window approached, they instead called to say they would arrive an hour or so later - not to perform the job - but rather to merely confirm the estimate. Really? To move two outlets about 12 inches vertically in the same stud bay? It doesn't get much simpler. I sent them pictures of how straightforward the job was but they came back with an increase to the price without even showing up. Based on their lack of integrity, I canceled them and called All Quality. All Quality's price was lower than the NoHo firm's original quote and there was certainly no attempt to increase the price before or upon arrival. I understand customers can omit key details when calling for a quote, and it's only fair to pay the right price if a job is much more complicated than the customer initially suggests - especially if the customer doesn't know what details might matter. But there are also firms that lack integrity and try to take advantage of the uninformed customer. Avoid those firms and give your business to firms that have integrity like All Quality. read more

Recently had All Quality Electrical upgrade our service panel and put in a connection for a spa, with a separate box for adding lights and outlets in the future. We were very satisfied with the price, the service and the quality of all the work, and extremely impressed by their customer service. Less than 24 hours after the job was finished, we had a partial power outage, and our pool pump and our AC unit quit working. Shai came out right away, but AMAZINGLY the DWP showed up at the exact same time! When is the last time the DWP made it anywhere in 30 minutes? The DWP workers immediately started blaming the work we had done, and treating Shai poorly, when they found out he was our electrician. Shai stayed cool and professional. After a few minutes of testing, and nearly falling off the roof, the DWP deduced it was their line problem, and went to the pole in the neighbor's yard to fix it. Poor Shai got served a ton of attitude, and handled it like a complete pro. He kept reassuring us that whatever the problem was, he would stand behind his work, and he would make sure everything was alright. When do you ever call a company and they help you without any compensation for themselves? Well, it just happened to me when I called and spoke to Shai from All Quality Electrical. I called and left a message about a breaker on my electrical box not working. Shai called me right back and we set up an appointment, but before the call ended, he said to me "Want to try something and possibly save yourself a service call?" I said "sure!" He had me go to the box and gave me instructions on resetting the breaker.....and it worked!! How crazy is that? He even stayed on the phone with me while I was doing it. Well, now I know that I have a very honest and knowledgable electrician to call whenever I have an electrical issue in the future.
