Tire blew out on the road on my new Range Rover after I left the car wash not sure exactly what happened couldn't see anything in the tire. Luckily there was a gas station I can pull into. My roadside was able to dispatch All Roadside and said should be about 45 Minutes. Within 5 minutes Bobby the truck driver called me and said he was only 2 minutes away. He arrived as he said and was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made me very comfortable leaving my new car and keys with him he also took a video and let me know that he had been to this dealership and dropped cars off before since it is a Saturday and I was worried if it was gonna to be left in a safe place. He told me there is a safe drop off area at the dealership that is secured and that there is also a drop box for the paperwork and key to be left. He also told me he would personally call me once the drop off was complete and he did just that ! I don't usually leave reviews but Bobby definitely deserves and I hope his company recognizes him as it's hard to find guys like him these days he made everything easy quick and comfortable from a to z. CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE HE MAKES YOU SIGN OR PAY ANYTHING!! !Just a good chat with the Owner Gabrielle J about his services done to my vehicle to which he fully denies to have done. My car was towed on Base early morning by The owner himself Gabrielle J when i picked up the vehicle i had no issues, the whole process was rushed though due to it raining. I didn't inspect my vehicle at the shop because it was raining and also trusting that the owner was so calm and collective. I went straight home and didn't go out but after the rain stopped and i leaving my garage and i realized my car had pretty noticeable damages. I called the tow company's owner and he completely denied everything saying it was "impossible for them to have done anything" he then stated that he "didn't take any pictures" or videos so he couldn't sent me anything this morning i called again because my insurance needs his statement "he changed his entire story "saying he took one picture from the front only because he was in a rush" (a picture that he still has not sent) with him being the last person to touch my car and him not providing me with any evidence or video surveillance from the shop he just makes me think that HE IS at fault and doesn't want to send pictures because he knows he did it, he then refused to even entertain exchanging insurances or coming to a negotiation when he clearly damaged my vehicle. During the of the towing. He denied me seeing my car first and then stated we needed to sign some documentation AKA a consent form saying i already seen the car and approved that everything was good to go. (Something that never happened) after asking him why he made me sign the form without even offering to see my car he replied "you can read i don't have to tell you what your signing" and that he didn't mention it because it was "raining" i payed $389 that day now i have to pay $1,190 worth of damages due to his services. It's never fun to need a tow home. But I called them, they answered quickly, and gave an acceptable price. They arrived in under 30 minutes as promised. I rode in the cab for the hour long ride home. The tech was friendly, the conversation was appropriate and pleasant when needed, along with silence which both of us were good with I paid with cc, with the tech reading the numbers over the phone to his boss. Long story short I got my car towed away from this company I take full responsibility for that part... BUT when I came to pick up my car 1st it was UNLOCKED. 2nd I had Cash in a hidden area AND THEY STOLE IT 2nd I ask the guy at the yard "where is my money it's gone" all he said was idk who could have tooken it but there cameras the "owner" will figure it out THEN he tells me "you know what I have 1000$ in my packet I'll give you 300$ and you only have to pay $100 right now... I'm thinking that's weird but okay whatever at that point I was very annoyed that they had went through MY PERSONAL ITEMS WITHOUT PERMISSION AND STOLE MY MONEY!!!! So I get into my car and I turn it on I have sensors going off.. mind you I never once had a problem with my BMW it's always been a great car! These guys are awesome! We are from out of town. We had to be in San Diego while my husband underwent surgery. I went to CVS to get his meds and my truck wouldn't turn back on. I called my insurance for roadside only to find out they didn't update my policy correctly and I had to find my own roadside assistance. I was already having a hard day and this all just added to it. I called and spoke to Gabriel. He got right onto the problem. The driver was so helpful and nice. This company is unprofessional and undependable. I had to get my car towed to a nearby transmission mechanic. I knew where the place was so I told him to follow me. He quoted me $250. It was a bit pricey, but whatever. We eventually got to the place I wanted the work done. The driver proceeded to unlatch the right side ratchet straps securing the vehicle to the tow truck. The driver may have forgot about the left side ratchet strips by mistake, maybe he wasn't thinking, or just didn't care. As the car was being lowered, the strain on the ratchet straps became too much and unbuckled causing the strap to recoil and hit the rear fender of my car. What was left behind was a minor dent and chipped paint. Once he and I both realized what happened, he then said why I didn't say anything. I honestly thought he was going to get to the other side to unhinge the vehicle fully. I then brought it to his attention of the area where the ratchet strap made contact with the rear fender and the chipped paint. He looked at me and said that's just dirt. That's when I lost it. I told him hell no, you are out of your mind. In an attempt to try to prove me wrong, he licked his finger to remove what he thought was a dirt smudge. It was in fact chipped paint. He took a couple photos and said he would forward these pictures to his manager so that I could get reimbursed for the damages i.e. a paint touch-up. Instead of the $250 he quoted me, he charged me $195 for the tow. Do not waste your time and money on this company. It is clear that they have no idea what they are doing. It's not worth it. And by the way, I have yet to hear from the company about reimbursement for the damages the driver caused. read more

THIS PLACE IS A GIANT SCAM. Unfortunately, 1 star is being too gracious here. Let me tell you a story......My car's power steering went out and then the vehicle stalled - on a Sunday, in the middle of the road, 450 feet from my mechanic. So I called All Roadside and they told me they'd be there in 30 minutes. I had suggested that the car might just need a jump start but may need to be towed. They assured me they'd handle it once there. ...An hour later, the guy calls me and keeps driving back and forth in front of my car, telling me he can't find me (as I'm waving to him). He then proceeds to hook up the car without even asking me to open the hood and try to jump start. I had to ask him several times to give it a try before he would listen to me - he was talking so fast about how he could get me a good deal on repairs, how he could find me a great deal on a new car, how he could help me scrap my car, etc - ALL BEFORE EVEN TRYING TO JUMP IT! I finally got him to shut up for long enough to explain that I would not be buying a used car from him today but would simply like to tow my car to my mechanic. He insisted that I tow it to his facility because he has a mechanic. I asked to go to my mechanic. He told me that I'd be charged $150, whether I went down the block or to his facility. (WHATTT?). So I stupidly agreed and then got a quote from him to fix the car ~$350 + towing. I figured if I have to tow it, I might as well get it fixed where I tow it to. He repaired the car and kept it there for a few days, not charging me storage. But when I arrived, he tried to tell me it was $70 more than what I was quoted. I reminded him of our agreement and then he proceeded to drill me about "money problems" asking how I make a living, and why I couldn't afford car repairs, and then telling me he could help me make money because it's "hard to make it in California." I then went to get my car, AND IT DIDN'T START. He jumped it and assured me the light had just be left on. I stupidly drove off. The first place I stopped my car at, the car stalled and wouldn't start. I called All Roadside again and he said that he wasn't working that day because it was hot. I asked him when he could tow my car and render the services I had now paid over $500 for. He said he'd be there at 5:30 p.m. to make it right. That was Friday. Today is Monday and he didn't show and now won't answer his phone. Have some money you'd like to throw away and some spare time to waste? Then this is your place. read more

I unfortunately (and carelessly, might I add) ran out of gas on the freeway a few weeks ago. I was driving my husbands truck so I somehow missed the blaring gas light on the dash;) Luckily I was able to pull off on the next off ramp safely. I called All Roadside Towing and was quoted an hour wait time. I was so flustered that I failed to ask the operator for pricing on this service. By the time the driver showed up I had already managed to borrow a gas can from a near by gas station and was attempting to fill my tank. I am not sure if you have ever messed with a gas can but they seem to have so much child safety (or IQ testing;) that I was having trouble. So when the driver called and said he was close I told him to come over. He arrives and begins filling the truck with his gas, carelessly letting half sill down the side of the truck and onto the ground. He then does the same with my gas can. I was a little upset by this but I didn't say anything. The driver then proceeds to ring me up charging me $79. I was shocked. I begin getting upset thinking I am paying what for this half gallon of gas (half the gas was now puddled under the truck)? I got upset and begin telling the driver that this was not fair, I could not afford this telling him that I should've been quoted a charge over the phone. The driver didn't seem to care. He just said he had already rendered the service and that I had to pay. He then proceeds to say if I did not pay he would be fired. I didn't feel I had any choice so I gave him my card. I was so bummed. I really felt taken advantage of. Don't get my wrong, It was my fault for not asking for a quote over the phone but I think it has to be illegal for a company to render a service without telling the patron about the charge before hand? I mean why didn't they just charge me $500 if I was obligated to pay? I was still bummed the following day when I went online to look at the charge on my credit card only to find that the driver had given himself a tip. WTF? So I recently had a very bad medical condition that caused me not to be able to work on my flat tire from a 2001 f-150. So I called primary towing and explained the make and model in detail. They said they would be right over which they were timely. To my suprise a guy shows up in a car with no tools, etc. In my head at first I didn't care just get my spare tire down under the bed of the truck and fix it. This guy spent over and hour trying to figure out what to do even with the manuel. At the end he said sorry I can't figure it out then gave me a place he thought was mobile and after I called was not. Later that day had a friend come by and he figured it out in about 15 minutes without looking at the manuel and he doesn't even do that for a living LOL. The lady receptionist told us it would be 30-40 minutes, and that the driver was "just finishing up a job" and would be there. 45 minutes later we called to see what's up. The lady again said the driver was " just finishing up the job" and would be here in another 45 minutes. We asked why she hadn't informed us of that, and she said "oh I was just going to call you." My car broke down a few months back about 9 miles from my home. I call All Roadside Towing due to the yelp review and they were near me. The guy came in 20min was very nice and started to hook-up my car right away. We did not discuss any prices, but I was in a desperate situation to get home. I have not needed a tow in a very long time, so I figure it can't be that expensive. During our drive he received a call asking for a tow quote. This guy quoted a hook-up fee of $45 to someone on the phone, so I figure it will cost at least that. Once we got to my house, he unhooked me and gave the bill of $137. This was a lot more than I thought. Got charged $65 hook-up fee and $8 per mile. I was just relieve to be home after my ordeal, so I paid it. I recommend asking for a quote prior to having the tow guy come to you. It was a lesson learned. read more

I called to have someone jump my battery and was told 10 minutes. The guy arrived about 30 minutes later. It wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't almost 9pm, I had my small children in the car, and it was freezing. The guy showed up in a small little truck! What if my battery didn't start and I needed a tow?! He showed up with a quick start battery jumper that had a "dead battery". Once he realized it was dead we asked him for jumper cables, which he did not have. Why even show up?! Luckily, mall security showed up and saved us! The guy didn't even stay to help, he just jumped in his little 2-seater truck and drove off! If you ever have a dead battery at a mall, just call security, don't call a tow truck... I only chose this company because of my mechanic. It is one of the lowest towing costs I probably had. Daniel, who is the owner and also my tow truck driver, was really quick about the towing, really friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, professional, and helpful. I made an appointment and we set up a pick up time (which ended up just calling a certain amount of time before the needed pick up time). I called about ten minutes earlier without issue and he showed up right on time. I've towed my car with them probably a couple of times and I don't remember my drivers names but going with others, I know I definitely paid more for shorter distances. Overall, I saved their number for future reference. I will definitely use them if I can't move my vehicle. read more

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews but they took advantage of me and so by leaving this review i hope someone out there finds it so they don't get taken advantage of. So i called in and they give me an estimate around $150 after they tow my vehicle they charged me over $300. My car died on me on the 5 north and they just towed me home. Beware the people that pick up the phone straight up lie to you. They charge a hook up fee of $65 that does not include any mileage with it (i later found out other towing companies include at least 5 miles in that initial hook up fee). And they charged me like $9/mi. Do your research people and take your business elsewhere. Where they don't lie to you! read more
