I originally had the worst time trying to deal with Justin & navigate them making a mistake for booking the wrong event for us. Justin wasn't exactly the best nor did he have proper management skills to deal with clients, so Spencer had to step in on his behalf & not only resolved everything... but was a great person for listening to what I had to say & resolving it in a phenomenal manner. My daughter and I lucked up and were the only two on our snowshoe tour. Since it was only us, we met at the office. Our tour guide was great (can't remember her name) and she was training another who name might have been Natalie, but don't quote me on that, for I can't remember from three weeks ago. They were very accommodating and provided thorough instructions. The route there and back was probably about three miles and about two hours and not overly challenging. We had our own boots and outerwear but they had extra if we needed any. They also provided water, snacks and hot hands. It took less than ten minutes getting to the location from the office, but since our reservations were around 2pm, we unfortunately were stuck in the traffic of skiers who were done for the day since the ski lifts were closing. read more

We booked a late June rafting trip and had a blast! For most of our group, this was their first time rafting. Everything was very well organized at a great price. We were greeted and given instruction immediately upon arrival. As we prepared for our adventure, we were outfitted with PFD in great condition. We were fortunate enough to get Mitch as our guide. We cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He was personable, professional, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the landscape, floral, fauna and history of the area. We were on the water a little over 2.5 hours, which was perfect. As for the photo services offered.....DO NOT HESITATE!!! GET THE PHOTO PACKAGE!! It's $65 and captures your adventure perfectly. Two of us did the local snowshoe guided tour with Cal. He took us to a truly local trail that was both leisurely and moderately challenging (we discussed our abilities beforehand). Since he only had us to guide, we were able to customize our time. I wanted to be able to hike in a forested area and stop and take pictures. Cal led us through an area with some climbing, but it was so worth it. We're in our mid-50s and for the most part in good shape. We had a great time enjoying the views and the snowshoeing (a first for us both). Booking was a breeze, and Cal met us at our hotel. I really wanted to try snowshoeing, so I did some research online and called both All Seasons and another company, leaving messages after closing. All Seasons called me back early the next morning and were great getting us in for a tour the same day. Two of us went snowshoeing with Craig, and he was really cool. Great to talk to, helped us with whatever we needed, carried water for us, and made sure he set a pace we were comfortable with. He also was very obliging in getting some great pictures of us. We essentially had a private tour for a group price, because it was just the two of us. We hiked a trail in the Wasatch mountains, and Craig took us a bit further so we could see all of Park City from above. The views were amazing. I guess they often seen moose on these tours as well. With taxes, it was about $92 per person, so it seemed expensive, but is one of the cheaper things to do in Park City. It's not a big deal at all, but they charged $1.50 as a hold on my card, which they said would fall off and didn't (no biggie, it's $1.50). All Seasons' tours also include pickup from your hotel, which is REALLY nice, because we spent all week navigating the buses and paying for Ubers and Lyfts. Snowshoeing is easy for anyone to pick up, and you can really make it a workout if you want! I would do this again! Very professional and knowledgeable people here at All Seasons. read more

We booked a last minute snowshoeing tour with Scott. We weren't up to skiing our last day, but I wanted to do something active. Scott answered all my questions and asked our preference for intensity. We went up Rob's Trail, which gave us a great view of the mountains. The tour included or shoes, poles, water and snacks. It was an out and back trail and on some of our rests, Scott talked about the train, the area and Utah. Overall, it was a fun way to spend the afternoon and something almost anyone can do. I had such a blast floating down the Weber river with All Seasons Adventures! Our guide Dan did a wonderful job pointing out wildlife and different geological formations and points of interest . With his expertise, we never got stuck or felt in danger on this trip. The ride down the river was very peaceful with several exciting moments sprinkled in. All in all, the journey lasted about 2 hours. Some of my favorite parts were all the wildlife sightings. We saw fish, bald eagles, herring, muskrat, and even deer. We were lucky to have him and have him on this particular day as it was just the two of us and had Cal all to ourselves. We essentially had a customized two hour tour! Cal was great...he picked us up at our hotel and took us to a trail that was not frequently traveled and very beautiful...some good sized hills, lots of trees and lots of snow...exactly what we wanted. We went fly fishing with our guide Joe. He was very knowledgeable and took us to a great spot. There were three of us and we all caught several brown trout. Joe carried all the rods, set us up in a good spot, guided us when needed, and unsnagged our flies when we had an errant cast. Joe is also a character and has many fun stories to share.
