George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. The report was a simple invoice with notes. This would have been acceptable except for the report containing notes contradicting the verbal report the technician gave. They added notes such as "could crack any day" and "recommend replacement" immediately after noting the HVAC system was in good condition. I don't appreciate their effort to gain business at my expense, their dishonesty adding notes to the report they never discussed verbally during their inspection, or their lack of customer service. These issues were shared with them in an attempt to resolve them and they have not responded (phone or email) since they said they would get back to me over a month ago. They do not care about addressing customer concerns or following through on the service they promise.
