Guy was on his phone from the moment he got to the house, and kept mumbling about the "high windows" in the dining room. In the 25 minutes he was at my home, he managed to turn on the outside water and bring in a short ladder. That was it. He was too busy on his phone to do work. After the 25 minutes or more, I told him that he was done, no need to end his phone call. I called the office to complain about the service, and they said "sorry about that, someone will call you later", which they never did. Rated at ZERO stars

So, we had a good impression of the company and asked them to do our gutters - but that was a complete failure. We were originally scheduled for gutter cleaning on a Thursday, 1-5 PM. A little before 1:00 I got a text saying the crew would be there in 45 minutes (about 1:30). When no one showed up by 2:30 I called, and was told the texted time was a mistake, but the crew would be to us at 5:00. At 5:30 I got a call saying they would be there at 6:00. About 6:30 I called to cancel the order, but the office was closed. The crew came at 6:45 and I sent them away. The next day I got an apologetic call offering to reschedule for a morning shift (8-12) and give us a discounted rate. Being gullible, and cheap, I said OK. I got a text at some point during the rescheduled morning saying the crew would be late, and by 12:40 we'd had enough and canceled the order. So, they stood us up a total of 4 times. We'll never know if they would have done a good job because the scheduling process was completely messed up.

Our windows have streaks all over and when I let my dogs out into my fenced yard I discovered that the technician had left my gate open despite signs alerting people to keep gates closed due to dogs. I called to make payment and was never asked how my service was and when I let them know the issues I had was coldly thanked for my information. I would not recommend Bubbles.

I had to keep calling him. After a few cancellations (one excuse after another), he shows up on a Friday at 4:00 pm when it was supposed to be 1:00. There was an extremely strong and overpowering odor of bleach. My eyes were irritated. The smell was also overbearing inside my house. Rudy carelessly was just spraying like he didn't want to be there. I stopped him and inquired about the bleach affecting my plants which he said he sprayed the plants first with water which I didn't believe. He asked if he could come back the next day to finish which I responded an unequivocal no. He left my place a mess. Needless to say, my concerns were spot on and my plants started dyeing and my outdoor light fixtures were discolored. When I reached out to him, he said, "I was hired to clean your house" and accepted no responsibility for all my plants and bushes and fixtures and simply said, "Jesus loves you." (huh??) He didn't even have his own hose and used mine. He said he was in business for 10 years yet ILSOS indicates the business was incorporated in '23 and Rudy is not even an officer of the company.... Buyer beware, this guy is lazy and a scammer!
