This company installed a new heating and cooling system in my house. First cooling season the AC needed to be recharged twice and it was determined there was a leak in the line. I had an issue with my HVAC unit (early August). I called All seasons. Pat (owner) came in a week to check-in (95$) to just come and see. The technician didn't climb up the attic to check the unit (his assistant did but didn't know much) and in a week sent another electrician (who doesn't work for him but he uses him when necessary I was told). Electrician (Kennedy) came, did something and I no longer received the "cannot get power to C-wire" on my thermostat but it was a bad fix. The unit kept running for 2 days and wouldn't stop (ignored temp setting in thermostat). I paid 250$ labor for this work. I called him again and he came and said the electric board within HVAC needs to be replaced. I trusted him, he changed (I paid 315$ this time). It worked for less than a day and now I started getting "no power to R-wire). it wouldn't even start. called him again, he came and said my transformer needs to be changed. I followed up with him (several unanswered text messages and even no response to phone calls) for the entire month of september (several reminders to him) and his boss at All seasons (after Kennedy didn't respond, went to Pat). I've had numerous conversations with the office assistant too. I understand technicians can get busy but I decided to write this recommendation after getting this fixed (I called another HVAC company who diagnosed the problem that these guys didn't even find in all their visits). I have a strong feeling they over-charged me and didn't even fix my issue. I'm going to write to BBB ( I have proof of payment (paid via checks thankfully) but despite several reminders, they didn't give me invoice or receipt for any of my ~650$ worth payment). I strongly recommend against this company. I've been very patient but I want to take the opportunity to warn people not to give business to people who are not responsive, courteous or probably don't know as much as they think they do. This company was recommended to me by BradfordWhite who has taken over a contract for GE Parts on a GE manufactured water heater. The water heater has a recall on it due to a known sensor issue that does not affect the function of the unit, only causes the unit to beep as if the filter needs to be replaced. Bradford sent me additional parts just in case and All Seasons was supposed to come out, diagnose the problem and install only the needed parts. The repair man knew the issue, actually said to me "typically they only send this" pointing to what i think was the sensor. Said "ill be done in an hour".. 1.5hrs later i went to check up and he had the entire unit taken apart and was replacing non broken parts. 5.5hrs later he was still working on the unit, at $110/hour. Had i known that this was going to be the case I would have never done the repair. Once finished he gave me a discount (cost me $400) and told me i had to pay on the spot, which stupidly I did. After he left the unit turned on and sounded like I have a car running in my basement. I called back to get them to come take a look, 3 weeks and 2 missed appointments later (which i had to call and remind them they were supposed to be coming) the repair man told me that the motor he installed (which wasn't broken to begin with) is not functioning properly and he would have to get the replacement part from Bradford White and re-install. Now they want to charge me again to fix what they screwed up in the first place. After talking to the owner multiple times because he would rudely take other calls while on the phone with me, he said call back in 2 days and he would sort it out. I called 2 days later and his secretary told me he wasn't in (this is a theme, even when i can hear him say in the back "tell him I'm not in"). I left him a message, he didn't return my call. I called back two more days later and his secretary answered again, when I asked for Pat I was told he's not in and without me giving my name she said "Ok (my name) call back again later"... so clearly they are dodging me. read more

I'd give them a zero rating if I could. The only nice person there is their secretary. So apparently the tech doesn't know what he's doing... at all. Furnace wasn't blowing hot air. He started with the" cheap fix", cleaned the sensor and left. Didn't wait to see if it worked. It didn't. Few days later came back and did a max overload (whatever that means) and that didn't work. So he said I needed a brand new furnace. A brand new furnace!?!?! nah... I'm getting a second opinion. I called T. Gomes Heating and he said it was just the filter. Voila! Heat works now! I have no idea why I gave these guys a second chance. They don't show up when you're "next on the list" or "tech will be over after he's finished". Will not return phone calls or texts. Was in quite a pinch. Furnace stopped working two days ago. Couldn't find anyone who was reasonable to come diagnose (some weren't available for weeks!). Got a referral from our plumber. Called them and spoke to reception. They admitted they were super swamped but I left my name and number. They called me back within a couple hours and said a tech was finishing up another job early so he can come by. Jose came in, and within 45 min, he solved my problem. He went above and beyond and made sure my issue wasn't as serious we we hoped. Affordable pricing and Grade A service from the front desk to the tech. I recently had a Hot Water Tank flood my basement and called All Seasons Heating in Johnston Rhode Island for help. They came the same day, assessed my situation, ordered a replacement tank, and installed it all in 24hrs time. The service techs. were very courtesy, kept me informed throughout the process and were neat and clean. I have been a customer of All Seasons for over ten years. I had a service contract with them which included priority service if an emergency should arise. I never had to take advantage of that contract benefit until this summer when in the middle of an intense heat wave, our air conditioning broke. When I called to arrange for a service call, the first thing I was told was that they were booked with a full day of appointments and they would get back to me. So much for honoring the service contract's priority service. When I got insistent explaining that I had asthma and really relied on air conditioning to control it, the woman arranging appointments became very rude. She eventually put me on the schedule for the end of the day. When the technician came, it was determined that the entire unit had to be replaced. I was told the owner would get back to me with a quote. When no one got back to me in two days, I called and was told that the owner was out of the office and would get to me when he could. I decided not to wait for him and researched other companies and luckily found a very responsive company with 53 five star ratings. That was three weeks ago and I still haven't heard back from All Seasons. Meanwhile the new company I found followed up with me quickly with a service call and a quote and installation date. I will be using them from now on to do my yearly maintenance. All Seasons is completely unreliable and I will let everyone I know who uses them about how unresponsive they were and pass along the name of the new company I found. read more

I was going to do business with them and have my furnace looked at. I decided to research them on google first since my HVAC unit is the heart of my home I'm very picky about who services it. I was amazed to learn that they have had many issues with a lot of people. There was a lawsuit against them for scamming an elderly woman and its also alleged that the owner withheld a paycheck from a 9/11 ground zero responder because the owner did not like person. Now I see why there are no positive reviews on yelp. It seems no one uses them and for good cause. I have deleted their contact info from my phone and I will never call them for anything. read more
