The previous owner of our house already had AllSecure installed and he highly recommends them to us. I procrastinated a little bit but then my husband met their consultant Andy and was impressed with their system and pricing. He requested Andy to come back the next day so I could talk to him too and he did. The price is locked for two years and it never goes up like the cable companies. I like how he explained the system to us and how he answered all my questions, he's pleasant to do business with. I was so convinced i had them come back the next day (that same day schedule was full) to re-activate the system and install a new control panel since the previous owner of our house had the push pad version (i'm a touch pad girl LoL) We are lucky that our house was built with the whole security wiring so all of our window and door sensors are not visible to the naked eye which is a huge plus. Eric the installer was amazing, he's very polite and he answered all our questions and he repeated the instructions when my husband finally decided to show up and join us LoL. In 2013, I purchased my security system from All Secure. Their monitoring company is with Central Security Group. For any service requests, I have to first go through Central Security Group who then dispatches them to the security company. In 2016, I was burglarized and police suggested I install video cameras. I called Central Security Group. Alarm2000 installed the video cameras and upgraded my system, not All Secure. I was not told that a different company would be installing the new equipment and assumed that All Secure would service me. In May 2017, I had my home re-stuccoed which required the contractor to remove the outdoor security camera affixed to the back wall of my house in order for them to complete the work. They tried twice to remount the video camera, but the view was not good. Consequently, I called Central Security Group to file a request and was told that the security company would call me within two business days. After two days, I called back Central Security Group and was told that the service request was originally sent to All Secure and was later recalled because they were unavailable. They then sent my service request to Aztec Security. Alarm2000 (who installed the video camera) is no longer working with Central Security Group. I was asked to call Central Security Group back tomorrow to sort this out with Aztec Security. All Secure is located 0.50 miles from my house. Aztec Security is 21 miles away. When I originally purchased my system through All Secure, I reasonably expected that they would service my future security needs. I did not expect to be bounced around between security companies. Based on my experience, All Secure is invested in the initial sale and installment and not my long-term safety. read more

This was the 1st time in my 1st year of needing 2 batteries replaced. After Jose did that, it was only 2 days later when another one needed to be replaced. That was 3 days before Christmas. We were going out of town & could not set it up. After 7 phone calls & no answers, I left a message saying that I was going to complain if I didn't hear from them by Jan. 4th. So, we found out we could buy our own batteries instead of paying them $50. to change them. When our contract is up, needless to say we won't be renewing it with All Secure. Wow what an Amazing company ! I have been researching alarm companies since I moved into my new home and All Secure won me over in every category. I have a few things I always look for in a company: 1. Customer service- All Secure NAILED it they blew me away by their superior service and overall willingness to make sure that the job was done right the first time. 2. Knowledge- Again All Secure came in at first place out of the other 5 main companies that I was comparing. They informed me that I needed a permit for my alarm. Not one other companies let me know this was something that I needed. They made sure that I knew exactly what I was getting and even included tax and all other fees in the quote.. again other companies did not do this a HUGE plus. 3. Last but definitely not least Integrity- Now this is where I wish Yelp had 6 stars. After I signed, yes signed all the agreement and terms of use I got a call from Lonnie who again went over with me what I was getting and make sure that I completely understood the system that I was having installed. He confirmed all the pricing that I received and even made sure that I got an extra door vented that I requested ! Everything that was promised and MORE was delivered on the install day. It's so rare today that you can find a company that does what they say, has amazing customer service,and knows the industry inside and out. I can happily say that All Secure got 6 stars in all of these!! This company was already one of the most competitive in town but their service and overall knowledge makes them an absolute steal !! All Secure resolved this issue. My advice is to confirm the date/time your alarm will be activated and that it takes 24 hrs for the built-in GSM cellular device to be activated, so don't schedule on a Friday. When I needed techical support today, they had a rep at my house within the hour. read more

What a great experience. In three days, I messaged All Secure on on Yelp, had a sales rep come out, and got it installed. The owner got back to my first message within hours. The sales rep, Beverly, also contacted me that day to set up an appointment. Beverly was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained our options and got us an installation appointment the very next day. The installation guy was also very professional and friendly. He had our system put in within an hour or two. We loved all secure when we first got it but then we had to disconnect the motion sensor since it kept triggering our dogs. The cops kept coming to the house regarding the alarm, vs the security company calling us to cancel the alarm. We're trying to end services with the security company for a month now, and there has been no response through email or calls!!! read more

We had all secure for quite a long time. Due to a promotion we ended up switching to another company. Due to a mixup in the switch, we were accidentally being billed, we thought they were notified. Long story short, We had been accidently paying them not monitor, and paying the new company. When i called and emailed them, they refunded the money and showed integrity. I had a great experience with All Secure. Marvin came out a walked over the entire house and let me know the features and options available at every potential point of entry. He was courteous and very professional. He talked through every detail in the contract regarding equipment and contract for the service. The installation day was a very easy event as well. Eddie installed everything exactly the way it had been described, and gave me a tour of the equipment and how to set it up and use it. From their initial sales team (Crystal was awesome, not pushy, and very informative) to the installers and tech guys they are top notch. I have had a couple minor issues with a sensor falling off a door, or the panel not working exactly as it should. All Secure sent someone out the next day to resolve them, free of charge and with a smile. I also cannot speak more highly of the office manager, Alyce, who I have dealt with on multiple occasions. I am completely satisfied with the service that I received from All Secure. After receiving poor customer service from my alarm company, I called up All Secure and immediately had a time window set up. The salesmen came to my house and examined all of the issues that I had. I explained in depth my problems with my previous company and he took everything considerations and made me feel very comfortable in what services that his company would be able to provide. After doing a walkthrough of my house, we sat down and completed the paper work. The technician came out the next day and did a great job installing the sensors. He initially called my wife and told her that he would be at our house within the certain window that we scheduled. The communication was great! My house previously had a system already installed however one of the sensors that came in my garage door was not put into the system from the previous company. All Secure came in and incoporated the one sensor that was not put in the system at no extra cost. Hands down this company was very professional and on point with thier service. I moved into a home with an existing alarm system that had been disconnected. I called All Secure to see if they could just come out and let me know exactly what I had and what was working and what was not. They came out that day and took a look. They plotted out what I would need to get a state of the art system. They saved me some money by using what they could of the old system. It was a big job but installation was a breeze...on time...neatly done! Our system at the old house was ADT...it looked like a kids toy compared to what All Secure set up. Very reasonable price that included instillation. Great monthly monitoring price that is locked in for a couple years. Had one miss fire and the monitoring company called within 30 seconds...amazing! When we bought our home last July, we were introduced to nextdoor.com. One of the advantages of keeping up to date with the neighborhood through this site is the crime reports from neighbors. Many neighbors, after a break-in made a decision to get a security system. This is what prompted me to investigate systems and companies. I spoke with a few on the phone and made an appointment with Beverly. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and they use top of the line honeywell equipment. Their prices are very good. The installation was scheduled and today Eddie came on time and installed our system. He was also professional and did a great job with the install and training of the system. Lonnie and Mike (new sales dude) were cool ass dudes. I first talked to Lonnie and explained that I don't buy anything that regards contracts without the opinion of my wife. He understood and as I requested he came back another day. In the mean time, unlike ADT and some other company I forgot the name of, Lonnie did not call or bug me everyday about getting his business. When it was time to show the wife the product, they delivered all the goods and my wife was really impressed. They explained how everything would work, where all the little sensors would go and they gave us the best product in Alarm Security Business! While the ADT dude was going to charge us $250 for installation, Lonnie and Mike offered it for free! After all was said, agreed and signed, Lonnie scheduled the day of installation and on the exact date and time Erick the installer came thru on the dot and hooked up the house in a matter of 20 minutes! Oh and we chose the option to pay our monthly bill automatic and BAM!!! I completely forgot we even had a bill! Luckily my wife reminded me its automatic. So now before I step out of the house, I grab my little keychain clicker and just like my car, I hit "Stay" and my alarm turns ON!!! Freaking amazing! Customer service starts great. Within 1 year, I had two sensors fall off, one of which caused a false alarm. Now, when they need to be fixed a slightly shady guy in 1990's hammer pants shows up to fix it and the contract is sold. Also, even though the equipment is honeywell, it's the cheapest- the speaker sounds like it's busted every time the alarm goes off or the company talks to me through it- they say "that's how it is supposed to sound". I wish I had gone through ADT like my last house. The only advantage is they actually permit your system with the City, which ADT doesn't- even though it's the alarm company's responsibility in the City of San Diego. Yes- I chose not to respond to their request because they have since sold my contract. Regardless, these issues came up while I was still under their contract. Don't be fooled by their sales pitch. Bottom line- I have 2 false alarms against me because their equipment fell off. Well done! Well done... read more

Angelo came to our door to give us information on their Alarm system. We had a competitor alarm in our home already. He was able to give us all the information of our current alarm and was able to identify what short comings it had and how their monitoring system could be better. And the products they use, Honeywell, are top of the line. When we told them we were still under contract, he was willing to buy us out of our contract. That is how secure and confident they are in their product. He came on a Sunday, we had an install appointment for Tuesday. Installer was personable, quick, kept everything clean and took the time to explain every feature on the monitor as well as the desktop page and the mobile app. Ask for Angelo. Well I have good news and, unfortunately, I have bad news. First the good... If I were able to give All Secure a 10 star rating I would. I have been employed by a Fortune 500 company whose number one basis for success was to provide exceptional customer service. Not good, not great...EXCEPTIONAL. All Secure did just that. They surpassed any and all expectations I had when looking for a new security company. I did a general search for security companies in the San Diego area and took to calling the top 3 highest rated. The first company I contacted I eventually found out was not located in San Diego at all but in Virginia! I only realized this after engaging in a ten minute conversation with them of which I CLEARLY stated (at the get go) my need to use a service within the county of which I live. They were misleading and intentionally skirted around that issue until the last minute. A total waste of my time. Company number two WAS San Diego based however had no interest in working with me to see if any of my current equipment could be used, in whole or in part, with their product. They were only interested in selling me an entirely new system which I would then have to uninstall and RE-install all by myself..."Next!" And then came Beverly with All Secure (Angels sing, the clouds part and the sun shines through) LOL ;). Beverly returned my call and scheduled to actually come to my home to see if my current equipment could be integrated with theirs...I didn't even have to ask! From the moment she walked through the door she was the poster child for exemplary customer service. She listened to what my needs were and explained in great detail the process before, during and after installation (No, I did NOT have to do it myself). Not once did I feel I was being pressured. Not once did I feel I was getting a sales pitch. Not once did I feel that MY best interest did not come first. Although Beverly was the only person I had contact with from All Secure, I can only assume she reflects the mindset of the owners and managers for which she works. To sum it up in two words...AWESOME EXPERIENCE :) Now the bad news. Unfortunately due to miscommunication and poor handling of my account by my current monitoring company, I found I am still under contact and will not be able to complete my business with All Secure for a few more months :(. Even upon informing Beverly of this MOST disturbing revelation, she continued to be understanding and sympathetic to my situation and offered her assistance in any way possible. I can't wait to sign on the dotted line....AGAIN! read more
