While cleaning, they left some of the slats upside down and off their tracks. What a hassle it is to get those back in place. I have 2 artificial plants that were never touched by a rag or a Swiffer. Shouldn't they at least be looked at? The cleaners may have worked in hotels but no experience in residential homes. I don't really blame the cleaners, I blame their training. Obviously, their trainer was too lazy to make sure they learned what they were taught. Too many more things to mention, suffice it to say it was a waste of $635. I spoke to the owner who said, "I'm sorry you feel that way. Our cleaners are thoroughly trained," blah, blah, blah. Then the second time I asked them to come back to clean the blinds plus window sills. They said they would and did not show up, saying that their kid has a fever and in the hospital. But communication was weak. Whatever fast forward to this time I've asked them to come clean the blinds and window sills, bc everyone deserves a second chance. They said they would but then ghosted me. Such horrible way to do business with and to grow your clientele. I was ready to give them 5-Star review on Yelp and Google after today's work.
