Awesome office and dentist best care in Arizona. Had work done in Cave Creek not great job

Best team ever! I drive all the way across the valley to come here because there's no one better! The entire staff was clearly hand picked extremely carefully because they are some of the happiest, most positive, and excited people I've ever met. It's clear they've built an incredible work culture where they value each other and do their jobs with joy. Every time you're in the office you hear laughing and see smiling faces. There are even pictures all over the office of the team dressing up and doing fun things together. I suffered from serious anxiety of the dentist after childhood trauma of having cavities filled without numbing due to a family allergy to lidocaine agents and when I started going here I had to be put on nitrous for cleanings and I would cry or clench my whole body the entire time the drill was going. They were amazingly patient with me and never made me feel like I was overreacting. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your appointments. Both doctor Smith and Dr. Ellis are super skilled and fast! They do beautiful, impeccable work and are committed to giving you perfection. They really take the time to understand exactly what you are trying to achieve and how to make it right for you personally. I haven't worked with everyone in the office but Lali, Carlos, and Aubrea are all phenomenal and friendly. (Also great with babies ) The financial/ management team Cindy and Nikki are also amazing! They are happy to work with you and do everything they can to make sure everything is as straightforward and easy as possible. The office is beautiful, comfortable, and always perfectly clean. Pre-Covid they even had refreshments and snacks available. Post Covid and always has a refreshing smell of sanitizer and they will give you a water bottle if requested. They have all the latest technology to make your visit easy and your dental work superb. Worth every penny! I recommend them to everyone read more

I finally found a dentist I can trust! After an awful experience else where I decided to try All Smiles Dental for a second opinion on a tooth that I was told by another dentist that it needed to be pulled. Dr. Cade got me in right away and actually took his time explaining what was going on. By doing so he saved my tooth! Besides that, the staff are super friendly and so helpful. I have had horrible experiences in the past and Dr. Cade Smith was so amazing! I will be telling all my family, friends and clients to start coming here. I changed to this dentist years ago because of a terrible experience with another dentist in the area. All Smiles fixed the problem, but more importantly has given me confidence that I won't be experiencing anything similar here. I had to have them repair a botched filling and replace it with a root canal. Not my idea of a good time, but they handled it all beautifully. The dentist and staff's interaction with clients is spot on, and the way they run their office is simple and efficient (not always the case, which led to my previous dental disaster). I am not really a typical patIent. I hadn't been to a Dentist in over 10 years due to high anxiety. I found Dr. Smith through a friend of mine that didn't really refer me, rather she always spoke highly of her Dentist, and loved going, so I sought Dr. Smith out. Yesterday him and his assistant preformed a root canal on me. Yes, as the person before commented, it was an extremely expensive visit. But today I am not in any pain and only have minimal soreness. I have had several root canals in the past by Endodontists that left me in pain for days afterwards. Dr. Smith is very gentle, has compassion for his patients, and has the calming energy of a Buddhist Monk. And he's worth every penny he charges. You definitely get what you pay for, and his work is worth it. read more

Dr. Cade & Aubrey, have been taking care of my 2 daughters and I for the past 10 years. I specifically remember chipping one of my teeth and him telling me to come in the same day. Due to previous car accident, I've had to get everything from a dental implant replacement-he wasn't the surgeon that did the initial surgery, but he found the right tool to fix it (not easy). But most of all he really cares about you as a patient and you'll be comfortable talking about your weekend or in my case, all the crazy goings on in my life. He sings too :-) Aubrey, the most beautiful & kindest hygienist ever, is the only person that we'll go to for our cleanings. My 2 daughters don't like the water tool that's normally used and she always accommodates them on this whenever possible. This is a team that will take awesome care of you. Superb service. That's a big deal when it comes to your teeth. I had to have a root canal, ugh. But the doc and his assistant made it as painless as a root canal can be. Plus, they call ahead of time to remind me of my appointments. They also called after wards to make sure I was doing okay. During the procedure, they'd check to see if I was hanging in there. The assistant was also kind enough to tell me what they were doing. Whenever I asked prior to my appointment on how long each visit would take, they would give me a fair estimation. I really appreciate that - so I can plan accordingly. Another big thing is the wait time. Talk about nada. When you're appointment is at 3 p.m., you can be certain you'll be taken care of on time. Right on. Nobody likes to wait, especially when it comes to the dentist. read more

Like many people, I have some wisdom teeth. Like they do, two started to rebel and had to go. I finally gave up just dealing with the pain and called around to a few dentists. I called one place, but from its website and description, it sounded really pricey, plus all the online reviews on it were shit. They were open late and weekends though. I call this place second. They aren't open late, but very early (7am), and one saturday a month. I called on a Saturday and someone actually answered and took my appointment for that Tuesday. I arrived early, its a small place with not very much parking, but very easy to find. The inside is pretty small too, but nice. Theres a couch with tv, and not crappy tv that just shows dental commercials. Theres a small area to get coffee, and a mini fridge with drinks right in the main area. Its not decorated or lit up like a normal dentist office either, its all regular comfy furniture and lamps instead of crap office furniture and florescent lighting. When I asked about my appointment there was some confusion, and it seemed like the nice person I spoke to on saturday had not actually made my appointment. They didn't tell me this, but it was easy to figure out since they had none of my info and no idea who I was. They were happy to still accommodate me though, and in a few minutes I was taken into one of the rooms, where a very nice assistant took my ex rays and prelim questions. I have been to the dentist enough to know that usually the first time you go you get a consultation, and the real work starts on the next visit. When the dentist came in and asked me about my teeth, had a poke around, and confirmed that both wisdom teeth on the right side had to go. I was shocked when he offered to take them out right then! Now, the may not seem exciting to anyone else, but I was in excruciating pain. And I'm not one of those people that needs to be put under to get teeth pulled. I have a high pain tolerance. He also said he could get me out of there and to work in a couple hours. The work was what I consider pretty typical, the dentist and assistant were nice, kept me up to date on what was going on while they were working and making sure I was doing ok, numb enough, etc. I have terrible allergies and ended up getting dry socket from all my sneezing. I called the dentist the next week, and the couple times I've been in to have the dry socket dressing changed (which btw is disgusting, clove flavored crap), they always were able to get me in right away and super nice about it. They also haven't needed to be reminded that I'm allergic to latex, which the doctors office I've been going to for over a year can't seem to remember. I don't think theres anyway to make the pain of having teeth pulled not hurt later, so I did spend a few days right after the first appt feeling like someone had punched me in the face. If you're looking for an awesome dentist and don't need one of those spa like crazy places that tries to upsell you on everything (like gum treatments and tooth lightening), this is the place. PS: I didn't see any of that stuff offices put in for kids in the waiting area, so I don't think its really a kids kinda place. Even more reason for me to go. read more

I've been going to this office for probably about 10 years now. My ex husband actually turned me on to them and from the first visit I noticed they were different. Very personable to their patients. Remembered names, aspects of their lives, just overall good relationship buidling. Yesterday I went in and there was a new dental hygenist named Tish. I'm not usually very particular because staffing turnovers are just something that comes with business but I have to tell you she was LOVELY. Very gentle and her conversational skills were perfect. A lot of hygenists engage you in conversation you can't participate in because...you're at the dentist. But she was very skilled. Both job skills and conversation. And I was surprised to find out she had just graduated about a year ago. She's a perfect example of how experience doesn't always mean a better choice. Thank you Tish! My family and I love all smiles! My kids are always excited to go and play with the games, puzzles, and coloring books while I get us checked in. We've seen Aubrea and Carlos for our cleanings- they are both great with us and especially our kids :) Dr. Smith is hands down the best dentist we've all been to. He is so patient and never rushes through our appointments. He genuinely cares about the health of our teeth. He even did a bonding for me to reduced the sensitivity that I was having due to over brushing, it's been over 3 years and I haven't had a problem since. Cindy always pops out of the office to say hello and to help my kids choose a gift from the treasure chest box. I can't say enough about the team at all smiles. We live in Peoria and still make the trip to Arcadia just for our dental work, and rave about them so much that we now have a couple friends who go there as well. read more

After years of hesitation to correct issues I had with my teeth I decided to have them restored. I had not smiled in a photo in over 30 years. Today, it all changed. I have my temporary front teeth in for the next three weeks until my actual teeth are placed. I will be able to smile and show some very nice teeth in the future. I have been going to All Smiles Dental Care for 7 years now and have never had a bad experience. I have spent A LOT of time there (5 crowns plus endless amounts of cavities over the years). I had a gray front tooth due to a root canal I had received when I was a teenager. I thought I would have to get veneers since it was a front tooth but All Smiles was able to give me a crown that matched my other teeth perfectly. They even had the team making the tooth look at the coloring of my other teeth in person to make sure the crown matched perfectly. I could not be happier. The location is small but every comfortable inside. They have all the latest gadgets (almost everything is electronic) and are able to look at your records on a screen while they work on your teeth. The procedure rooms are equipped with headphones for music or movies which let you block out the noise of the drilling if needed. I have recently taken my 3 year old to one of my cleanings so he could see what the dentist was all about. After I was done, they let my son get in the chair and looked at his teeth as well. They were great with him and he enjoyed his visit. The staff is extremely friendly and they are great at getting you in when needed. I cannot say enough about this place. Dr. Smith and his staff are great! The staff is super friendly, there's very minimal wait time, and it's a nice little building. The only downside is the signage on Thomas road doesn't exist, so it can be hard to find for new customers. read more

Everyone in this office is great. I am a healthcare professional- this staff is amazing! The front staff went out of their way to make sure my insurance was covered since my insurance had changed over the new year. LI have had two hygienists that were great Carlos and Aubrey. Dr Smith also fixed a problem with a chip in my tooth, and it almost looked better than before! The location is kind of in the ghetto but don't be fooled, this is a great dental practice. read more
