Let me say Stephen is a master electrician. I wanted to purchase a hot tub for my backyard and he gave me some good recommendations for checking out credentials on the so- called electricians. What signaled to me Ricardo was top notch was the fact that this man lives in Baltimore, easily a 50-minute commute from where I was in DC. He didn't leave until I was satisfied with his work until 930PM on a FRIDAY night. This type of service is difficult if not impossible to find.
