Email: Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting electrician, Zack in response to a call for service primarily for difficulty with plugging cords into the two outlets installed by the company back in 2023. Zack was absolutely an amazing employee. He took his time to answer questions providing a breakdown of technical information in an understandable manner. He was polite and respectful. Update: Ryan Deshaies, (owner) called to offer an apology for the delay in timely response. Ryan took the time to come out himself and rectify the problem. He was courteous and kind. I would recommend this company. I plan to continue to rely on Chesapeake Electric for any future electrical needs.
