Stay far away from this company. They took two months to complete the work for my vehicle. Initially the claim we submitted was for a dented door, busted tail light and replacement of a spare tire. After $6000 in claims and a replacement windshield (that they broke) replaced door, and holding my vehicle hostage for storage fees. It's no surprise I see so many one star reviews for this company. The façade they put on to act like they care is over the top. They give you a piece of shit rental because they know how to play the system of working with insurance companies and the thousand supplemental claims they submit on your behalf through a coherence power of attorney they get you to sign. read more

Horrible place with bad service. Never doing business here again. I rented a car here then it broke down within 3 hours and proceeded to charge me hundreds extra for their car breaking down during my trip inconveniencing me even more I then had to rent a different car on short notice during holiday then overall bad experience to say the least read more

I've never been in an accident before and was referred to Martin at All Star Auto Body. I had no idea what to begin with and Martin made me feel at ease. Once I arrived Louisa took over and handled everything for me. They take care of all the insurance contacting and have onsite rentals. I got my baby back today and she looks amazing! BEWARE!!! Do NOT go here. The owner lied about the services he promised. Said he was going to replace the side fender. He lied and said it was replaced only to thereafter admit he actually just repaired it and painted it. He quoted me a price for new factory parts and after him disclosing he never got factory parts he didn't to adjust the charges correctly. He intimidated me and called 2 men to the shop like a thug. Thank god my man was there to protect me. Not only was he aggressive and disrespectful after being called out of his lies and poor work, he refused to be paid by anything other than cash. He said he never accepts cash repairs yet his own goal board said in January he had 4 insurance and 2 cash clients. His buddies said he was burned in the past. That's no way to treat a new customer and take advantage of a woman coming to him for help. Martin is a disgrace to men. He closed the back door and had one of his buddies drive to block the front exit. What a disgusting human being. As if my man is going to leave me in there under the violent and unsafe environment he created. Don't go here!!!!! The police intervened and we paid cash to settle the matter but don't let this happen to you!!! Response to your lies Martin: Your lies are absolutely disgusting. You are unprofessional and didn't want to accept a check or debit card. If you had wanted cash you should've asked the day I asked for services on Tuesday or even via text last night. You were offered numerous times to finish the transaction so we can pay and leave but you continued to want us to wait over an hour for work that should have been handled in the 4 days you had the car. and obviously you've have had issues with your customers upset with your poor work and lies in the past. Your buddies are the ones that said you had issues in the past as I was in discussion with them while you, the owner, left your store and had non employees, your buddies, handle my transaction without a statement. Ridiculously unprofessional it's sickening. You are trying to steal money from your customers for a job you lied about doing. If my other half was racist he wouldn't be with me. He was well within his right to criticize your work and he was well within his right to protect me. You were probably the ones that were racist against his ethnicity and sexist against a woman. You had no backing to your claims at the shop nor any claims made here. You were given criticism for the job that was poorly done and your ego was hurt so you became aggressive and combative. The cops didnt want us wasting our time with you because you weren't worth our time and we have better things to deal with than a thug who wants to bring other people to intimidate your customers. It was not an urgent pick up, your brother texted me at 8:00pm at night which was also incredibly unprofessional. You clearly do not communicate well with him which is your own staff.
