Guys took care of my Ford Focus on a Saturday in short order. Waiting area has chairs spaced apart for social distancing, and everyone was wearing a mask. Super nice guys, very good about communicating to me (and I observed other customers being checked in with, too) about what our expected wait time was and costs. Also, they were $100 cheaper than the two chain auto glass shops I talked to - who couldn't even fit me in on the same day. (Bonus - TV in the waiting area was on some quality educational Saturday Morning TV, so we were all getting our learn on a bit, too.) Clear with post-install instructions. Windshield has, at this point, made a trip to Indiana and back with zero problems - in rain and heat! I have been back and forth a good hundred times by now. I honestly dont know what to think, I just know my car has not been right since I brought it here. Ive bought new windshields and done everything I was suppose to but for some reason wind can still be heard from the top of the windshield which should not happen on a benz. my seal on my window is now gone and my car just looks terrrible. They left all type of glue mess in the inside window area, on the sunroof its like they see its white and want to dirty it up. Del definitely is trying to help me and the customer service is not bad at all. I am just highly upset that my window is not what it previously was. read more

Good service and value. Extremely busy on weekends, best if you can take your vehicle during the week. Waited a couple of hours but they did a nice job. A few other customers not happy while waiting. One of them asked the employee with reddish hair if he could check on his car to see how much more time before it's ready. The employee became upset at him, they argued. I then asked same employee what the ETA was for my car. He didn't like my question either and said, "what is ETA?". Uhm... really? I rephrased my question to, "how long before my car is ready". I just wanted to know so I would either go for a walk or wait there if it was almost ready. He became defensive over a simple question. Why work there if you're upset at your customers? He then asked me, "how long have you been waiting?". I responded, "a couple of hours". He responded, "what do you mean a couple of hours?". I said, "a couple of hours", yes. He then looked at me with a puzzled look and asked me again what is a "couple?". Really? The only Caucasian worker there and can't understand basic English. After that a lady peeked toward her car that was also being serviced. An employee was going over her 'tinted windows'. However the lady says, "I didn't come here for tinted windows, I came here for my mirrors". Oooops, good luck with that lady! Seems like a good business and good people, just speak clear on what your needs are, and avoid the dude with the reddish hair. read more

Hands down the best and cheapest auto glass company in Detroit and Metro Detroit. I've had three cars since I turned 16 and I cracked all 3 windshields. This place fixed all three for less than $200. My current 2014 Malibu has sensors on the windshield (which cost more to replace) and I was charged only $160. I arrived at 8:30 and was the second one in line and was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff is AMAZING and always friendly. They also replace mirrors and tint windows. I highly recommend going early in the morning to avoid waiting hours since they do get very busy. The guy at the counter which was her brother Dilon called her in my presence just to be sure of what she told me. And of course she changed it. It was their word against mine. I never write negative reviews, but I feel that this company deserves it. We had my windshield replaced on my 2017 Chevy Traverse at the end of May, 2021. We thought everything was okay, but in July we noticed a small crack. After inspecting it, we found out that there are a spider web crack on the ***INSIDE**** of the windshield. It was so hard to see because it was on the very bottom of the windshield. You couldn't see it from the outside until it started spreading. I work from home, so it's not like I drive my car often. Call All Star Auto Glass and they only warranty their work for 30 days. Most other glass companies take pride in their work and offer a lifetime warranty. Not so with All Star Auto Glass. 30 day warranty regardless. Also, a person at All Star Auto Glass tried to tell us that the INSIDE crack is from the windshield wipers. So less than 60 days later, we will be purchasing another brand new windshield, but definitely not from this company. I did learn a lesson though, cheaper is not always better. read more

I just got back home from getting my windshield replaced there. They seem to have done a decent job replacing the windshield, but now, my dashboard is cracked. I am POSITIVE my dashboard was not cracked when I arrived. I believe the cracks were because of the power tools they used. I went around the block and returned; I showed them the evidence of their mistake. They went into denial mode, stating they had video, but it would take ten minutes to download: I wanted to watch them download the video( to make sure they did not doctor the footage,) but they would not let me see them as they do it. I saw it in their eyes that they know. Does anyone know of a good place to get my dashboard cracks fixed? read more
