We thought this was a great touch, and made us feel at ease with our dog being with a new groomer. There was a slight miscommunication when we booked an appointment, it wasn't mentioned that the groomers had moved out of their space in Little Tokyo. However, Danniel offered to pick up and drop off our dog, for his grooming appointment which was a very nice service. When our dog got home, he looked great and was very happy. I googled pet groomers for senior cats and Daisy Mobile came up. My cat had significant matting, and I was worried she would need a full lion cut. After discussing the options, he was able to remove all of the mats while preserving her coat, which I really appreciated. He was patient, knowledgeable, and handled my cat with care throughout the grooming process. When he was finished she looked great and, just as importantly, she was calm and didn't seem overly stressed. As a cat owner, that meant a lot to me. The results exceeded my expectations. My cat's coat is soft and healthy again, all of the matting is gone, and he was able to save her beautiful coat without having to shave her into a lion cut. If you're looking for a skilled cat groomer who treats cats with patience and compassion, I would definitely recommend him. I'm very happy with the experience and will absolutely call him for future grooming. He was available within a day or so and was flexible when I had to reschedule.

Christine has been grooming my dogs for several years now. I love when the mobile grooming truck pulls up to the front of my house. I am a very fussy dog owner who does not trust just anyone with my dogs. I don't know what I would do without Christine. My dogs love her too. My dogs have sensitive areas that Christine never forgets about when she grooms them. My pooch Mario passed away two years ago. Christine was so helpful and loving to me when Mario passed. Every month, for over fourteen years, Christine came to our home to give my Siberian Husky, Rebecca, the spa treatment. Huskies do not like to bathe. They are very vocal and will put up a fuss. Christine was the only groomer that my dog ever liked and would allow to properly groom her. Rebecca always came out of the van fluffy, with her hair and nails nicely trimmed, all the tangles removed and overall smelling and looking pretty. Thank goodness I found All Star! My dogs can be a handful and Christine handles them beautifully. They are always eager to see her and look forward to their baths because their tails wag like crazy when they see her van pull up. But what really sets them apart is how attentive and caring the staff is. Pip had been having some stomach issues, and I mentioned it to them so they could keep an eye on her. They went above and beyond and actually sent me a photo of a concerning stool (not the kind of photo you expect to be grateful for, but here we are). Because of that, I took Pip to the vet right away, and turns out she had a bout of pancreatitis. The vet told me that catching it that early made a big difference and that she's expected to recover quickly. I'm incredibly grateful to the team for paying such close attention and taking the time to communicate with me. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Pip is in such thoughtful, capable hands. I was impressed by how clean the interior of the van was -- it looked more like an operating suite than a pet bathing/grooming facility -- and the kindness of the groomers, who quickly calmed Penelope (and us). Although I had a general idea what kind of trim I hoped to see, they offered a few excellent suggestions, since she's still got her puppy coat. Along the way, they sent me progress pictures, a very nice touch. She emerged after about 90 minutes, as stunning as if she were going to spend her day at a gala event instead of sleeping at home. Absolutely A+, and I look forward to using Hollywood Mobile Pet again...and with a poodle, there will be many agains.
