I have never had a worse service in my life, i scheduled an appointment a week ago. The groomer called me early in the morning at 8 (when my appointment was at 12), waking me up to ask me if she can come over coz someone else cancelled her. I said I couldn't because I have a meeting until 10.30am. She said okay. Then she messaged me again at 10 to ask if I can come over, I said I'd appreciate it if she can respect our appointment time at 12. Then at 11am she texted me saying she won't be coming because people cancelled her so she'll will be cancelling me. I am very frustrated because I rescheduled a really important meeting just for my puppy. Her fur was blocking her vision and the groomer just so IRRESPONSIBLLY cancelled me BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE CANCELLED HER. I have never seen a more irresponsible groomer In my life! read more

Christine was amazing with our Goldendoodle Stella. Our poor girl has very bad anxiety at the groomer so I had to find another alternative. Christine called back within a day of me contacting her and we scheduled our appointment. Poor Stella was in 'the cone of shame' two weeks prior and her entire face became one huge dreadlock. Christine was in touch with me the entire time and we decided it was best for Stella to shave it all down. Dematting was not an option. Can only say positive things about our experience with Christine and her mobile pet grooming services. We have a Pitbull mix who hates water, prone to smelly ears and is always a struggle to bathe. You wouldn't have known he had any issues with the whole grooming concept in the hands of Christine. He came out shining and ridiculously happy. His nails were cut perfectly, his ears clean, his coat was like silk and he smelt wonderful. This being our first experience with a mobile grooming service we anxiously paced up and down the driveway, and Christine and her helper would open the van door and reassure us that Theo was doing great. He is a bird dog gone to the city and very susceptible to matting, and she took care of it without stripping him down too much, which was our biggest concern but she totally knew what to do. I knew Christine from another mobile service at first. They went by the wayside but she persevered to continue grooming to those that counted on her. She has been our groomer for probably 15 plus years through at least 5 of our different dogs. She has been great with all of them. I usually have had more short haired dogs and she made all of them comfortable with grooming. I now have a Goldendoodle puppy that she is working with to adjust and also help me with choices of trims. I don't know what I would without her. She is so good with the dogs and they look great. She always consults with me about what I want but also lets me know about any scrapes , scratches or changes she notes while grooming.
