I had a real light lunch planned for today so I went with a heavy breakfast. I chose the La Guera (chicken stew and cheese) arepa. The stuffed chicken breast came sliced with onions and green peppers and loaded with melted cheese. Amazingly the arepa stayed crunchy on the outside and yummy on the inside.
