I haven't been to MOD in a long time, never to this location and I didn't remember it being this good so this location must be doing something right! I did a build my own MOD with marinara, light cheese, mushroom, olives, artichoke, onion, bell pepper, tomato with a balsamic fig finish and it was phenomenal. The pizza was just the right size for 1 hungry person, cooked to perfection and the balsamic fig finish added a tantalizing and Mediterranean flavor to an already great pizza. I had a side of ranch with my pizza and I would strongly recommend it. It's so nice to have a customized pizza and you can't beat the prices here! I also love that they list the calorie information. I went to visit MOD Pizza and loved it it is a very friendly place with very patient staff! I spend about 5 minutes creating my order with my friend next to me and the employee was not annoyed at all and was very happy to help pick out the perfect topping! The food was also amazing I really love their feta cheese pizza with some spinach and tomatoes on it however I wish they did season their crust like Domino's. Through basil peso is also really good. The ingredients are super fresh. The staff was super friendly and very helpful to us newbies. You can get bottle beer, hard cider, bottle sodas, sparking sodas, draft beer, shakes and fountain sodas, lemonade and tea. I ordered medium pizza and had 2 slices left over. Can't wait to go back and customize my own salad. The restaurant was very clean. I saw many people do take out. Plenty of seating inside. Download the app for rewards. Do not eat at this location! The so called "franchise owner Steve" because that's what he told me he was... (which he is not) is not professional at all! I brought my granddaughters out for lunch today to the Venetucci/Academy location MOD Pizza and from the start of ordering there was red flags. They couldn't get the names on the paper right...couldn't get the sauce right...couldn't get the toppings right...I got to the register and it took five minutes to get my card to swipe/scan. The cashier looked liked she did not want to work(not friendly at all) I finally got the 3 pizzas I ordered and the cheese pizza was burnt. So I brought it back and ask them to remake it and they did. "Steve" brought the pizzas to my table. Now if he was the one baking the pizzas and seen the burnt one first...why was that even ever served to me and second... the cheese pizza without cheese on it was baked by him... why did he bring that to me! A professional "manager" would have looked at that and never allowed that to be served. Which the other pizza he brought to our table was not mine, but a customer sitting across the room. She looked at us like she was not happy, because her pizza was on my table. I picked it up and brought it to her. I told her... I was sorry and said they had kept messing things up. So "Steve" was listening to me(so rude)... tell her that and decides to confront me through the opening of the wall from the drink side for telling her that, and with an extremely non professional attitude! I told him that was my conversation and he needed to stay out of it, because yes...they were messing up a lot of things. He confronted me in front of my family and customers... He said... He wanted me out of his store! He never apologized for all the mistakes, he never made anything right, his unprofessional attitude was totally uncalled for and disrespectful to that whole entire staff and customers dining in. I placed an order for delivery DIRECTLY through your website with no issues. When I got the order, it was not my​ order, but a completely different person. So I did exactly what the email and website told me to do: Email - "For any questions about your delivery order, please call the store." Website - "Your food has arrived. Enjoy! Please call us with any questions or concerns." I contacted the store and calmly explain the issue, none of this order is what I requested and none of my toddler will eat. He tells me I have to contact the company I ordered through (YOU) and I explain that again, he says I have to magically​ know who picked up my order and contact them to come to get it myself. My car is not currently running thus why I am ordering delivery and I explain of of this to him and he is not helpful in the least. I ask for a manager and of course, he's the manager and there is nothing he is going to do to make this right. Said he'll have his general manager call me... eventually... In the meantime, I have to scramble to figure out another way of feeding my toddler while being out the money for pizzas, beverages, and dessert I DID NOT EVEN FREAKING GET. I contacted the store who told us to contact DoorDash who told us to contact the store again. I guess the MOD app uses a 3rd party door dash delivery, but without the DoorDash benefits of refunds. Especially as they were often so willing to go the extra mile for people with allergies (at least pre-coronavirus). I recently ordered from them to get a break from cooking, and I am so glad I did. Today we went to Mod pizza. We got it to go. This is our first time here. It just opened when we got there. There were a Few customers ahead of us. I ordered a salad, we got a small cheese pizza for my daughter and my husband ordered a mad dog pizza mostly meat; onions, olives etc. my daughter loved her pizza; it was a little greasy due to the real cheese on her pizza but to be expected. The mega salad I was able to customize to what I liked. And my husband said his pizza was really good. The price was appropriate for the things we got. It wasn't supper hot; or cold at all; which was good; when we got back we were able to eat it... great customer service.. staff talked with you; they were nice.. being our first experience we would go back to have it again. read more

Came while they were undergoing maintenance and the gentleman performing the maintenance (business owner brother) was so nice! He was like come on in I'm done here and it's ready to go.
