On a snow day, I ordered Little Caesars off of the app. As soon as I open the box, I noticed there was way too much salty seasoning on the cheese sticks, I attempted to take a bite after wiping as much off as I could , and it still was not edible. There was piles of the seasoning in the box as well.! it's like the lid fell off and they didn't care! The Manager Barrett definitely did not care. I would give this zero stars if I could. I ordered through the app today 4/30/25. What they don't tell you when ordering through the app is they deliver through door dash which is fine unless you have an issue. Part of my order wasn't delivered and the dasher was non responsive. I called the store to rectify the situation, instead I was directed for me to contact door dash to fix the order because they have no way to send the items out. I wasn't ok with that so I asked for a refund on that part of my order. They won't do that either. You have to contact door dash directly. I didn't order through door dash so I fail to see why I cannot get a refund from the company I actually ordered from. I will be avoiding them from nown. The food was good. The service was a horrible though because they delivered it to the wrong house and then said that he didn't. Half of the staff working with the food had nothing covering their hair. Some had on hats some didn't. Hair nets are 1000 for $6 bucks on Amazon. Like really!!! One young lady was in the back wiping her face over the sink then went straight back to making pizza. Not sanitary at all! We needed 25 pizzas for our Landsharks Run Club party today at James Irwin Charter Elementary. Anthony was very pleasant on the phone and accurately recorded our large order. All of the pizzas were ready to go upon my arrival. One of the friendly workers brought all of the pizzas to my car for me. I was surprised to hear they would not accept tips, although the workers certainly deserved one. Our Landsharks runners finished off all of the pizzas with joy! Little Caesar's Pizza makes great ads, however they are misleading. The $8.00 box does not come w/marinara sauce, you have to buy it separately. I went in there twice the other day and spent over $40 each time. I called ahead to have my 2nd order ready and remembered to order the extra sauce. It wasn't on the order when I noticed and had already paid with my debit card. I mentioned the missing sauce, the girl and I looked on my phone in order and sure enough, it wasn't there and that's when I was told I could buy extra. I was a little surprised she didn't just give me one considering the size of my order and the ads that show marinara sauce with the $8.00 box. Also, the box is bread, half with pepperoni w/o sauce. It's good, just its "deep dish" bread topped with cheese, my grandkids like their pizza with sauce so I kind of wasted my money on it. Yes, I could've bought the sauce, but I felt LC kind of mislead me, I was tired and just wanted to get home and not run my debit card again for under 5 bucks. Lol.
