Made a review happy but sadly have to take it back and give you guys 1 star came on Friday to get my tags around 4:20 forgot to bring cash so I left came back place was crawling with police officers so I said no biggie I'll come tomorrow went Saturday they were Closed okay waited came back Sunday they were closed okay they closed Sunday but when I went there Monday morning I had forgot to bring in my receipt from Friday and The woman with a attitude told me that she was not going to be printing me papers over and over again Funny Part of that paper situation that it was my first time doing this so she asked me if I had my insurance paper I told her that I had Emailed it to her on Friday she said she was going to charge me extra to print a simple paperwork Note She's was saying this very Rudely and with a attitude if your not having a day don't Bring it too Work please! Something has to be wrong with this place, it's very clean all around (outside waiting area & indoor waiting room and the garage is kept well maintained) stocked with snacks and sodas inside and the customer service is nice and the employees are polite. Not like many other shops. Very efficient place to get an smog check, excellent customer service and they are quick! I like how they have a yelp coupon too, But you have to show it right away before you sign the invoice (which I did). What puts them above the rest of is the fact that you can renew registration here and get your new tags and license plates too. A true one stop shop. It's a nice and friendly place that puts the bigger chains to shame Honest family owned and operated business. The Tech we had do our smog was very quick, friendly and courteous they have the cheapest prices, when the coupon is presented before you sign the work order. It was like $38 for my wife's Honda. We did our renewal here after the smog check was done. First time I have seen a DMV Service Center in Fresno.
