Wheels back on the car after powder coat and machining.

Quality One quickly responded to my Yelp request for quotes to refinish the wheels on my BMW i8. After a couple of communications on the requirements (which included CNC machining of the wheel faces) we landed on a price and they took my wheels without delay. I elected to deliver the wheels off my car but they also provide on-site removal service. After a quick turnaround, I got my wheels back in great shape and now they're looking good on the car. Not cheap, but a good value.

Anyway, I knew I needed a new tire as well. That's another reason I decided to take my car here because Don was able to order me a tire as well. It took them about 3 days because It took a day to get the tire in and they ran into a slight delay regarding matching my rims color but the owner was great at keeping me posted on when my car would be ready and I prefer to wait to have it done right. It was well worth the wait! It came out looking as good as new. I would recommend this business especially if you have expensive rims. Everyone was nice and the owner was quick to respond to me through Yelp.

They should last a good while before I decide to upgrade. The only thing that sucked is I was car-less from Thursday to Monday. Other places may have quicker turn around time because the shop is only open Monday through Friday. They take credit card for an added $15 fee, but they accept zelle and venmo.

They were able to repair my wheels and I also got the powder coat with black satin finish and I was really impressed with the quality of their work. The price is very reasonable as well, $500 for all 4 wheels repairs, coated and painted. Jon is very responsive which is great! Dropped off my car Friday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Hopefully I never need them again, but off I do I'm glad to know they are here. Highly recommend.

Jon and his crew at QOWR did a phenomenal job on my 2014 Porsche Cayenne GTS. All of my rims were eaten up with road rash, chips - you name it. They looked beat up and bad. Jon was prompt, responded to every text I sent him within about 5 minutes and gave me back a vehicle with fresh newly powder coated rims with NO visible previous damage. Of note: My newly coated rims were so shiny, I thought they looked a little too bright in color from the original to which I asked Jon about. He noted he color matched my rims to their original/previous color but "if I wasn't happy" he would re-do them at no charge to a different color tone. It was important to him that I was happy with his work. THAT shocked me. I didn't take him up on his generous offer because it was just a matter of getting used to rims that looked brand new and as shiny as new rims. But for Jon to offer that without any hesitation told me everything about the level of service he offers. read more

I curbed my right front rim on my Maserati GranTurismo Sport and I was totally freaked out. A major blemish on my weekend ride. I found Quality One on a search on my phone. John was great and their work is PERFECT! My wheel rim was really scraped badly and they restored it like new in 24 hours. My highest recommendation. Thanks guys!!! read more

I had a slow leak around the seal of my tire/rim. I learned that the dealership sold me a vehicle that had a previously repaired rim. I had another shop look at it but could not fix the issue. Last thing I wanted to do was buy a new rim. As a last ditch effort I brought it to Quality One. Quality One discovered the weld gave way and needed to be redone. In addition the rim needed to be cleaned up. Turnaround was less than 2 days. I have had the vehicle back for over a week with no issues. I would use again and feel confident in recommending Quality One! read more

Did a great job, fast and amazing results. I brought in a cracked and bent Mercedes wheel with very little confidence that if would be repaired nicely or with in the 24 hour turn around time quoted. I am a mechanical engineer and am very particular about work like this, so I had questions about his process, which he answered patiently. The curb rash (some of it severe) on my wheels disappeared, and now they look better than new, thanks to the UV-resistant clearcoat he applied to protect them from our hot Texas sun. An additional plus is that his truck-mounted equipment includes a generator, so the customer doesn't have to provide electricity. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I'm happy to do this one!

When I asked the service advisor about it, I was told the order was based on walk-ins versus appointments, but that explanation clearly doesn't match what's actually happening on the floor. To make matters worse, I purchased the tire warranty package, which you would think would mean at least a reasonable level of priority or customer consideration. Instead, I've been left sitting here watching other customers come and go while my vehicle hasn't even been addressed. Customer service and communication here are extremely poor. If the system is appointments first, follow it. If it's first-come, first-served, then follow that. But the current process feels completely arbitrary and frustrating for customers who are trying to be patient. Honestly, I would recommend going to Firestone, which is literally one building before this location, if you want faster service and better customer treatment. After today's experience, I won't be returning to Discount Tire.

Absolutely terrible experience!…read more After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. This experience made me feel dismissed, disrespected, and taken advantage of, please stay away

They always greet me at the door. And they provide me with friendly and courteous service. Over the years I've had a couple of issues that needed to be corrected. They promptly took care of them to my satisfaction. PRICING/SELECTION: Competitive pricing. When I found a better price they matched it. They have a good selection of tires to choose from. If they're out of stock on a particular tire, they can usually have it available the next day. CERTIFICATES: Their certificates are well worth purchasing. All of my fixable flats were fixed for free. And on several occasions when I've had a sidewall puncture that couldn't be repaired, I got a new tire for the cost of a new certificate. APPOINTMENTS: They're always busy. I highly suggest you make an appointment online; It'll reduce your wait time.

QUALITY WHEEL REPAIR ONE is awesome! They do great work, are competitively priced and are very customer oriented. Thier work is truly amazing and they are perfectionists when it comes to the quality of each and evey job they take. Great experience with Quality One Mobile Wheel Repair. My C300 Mercedes had 3 rims that were scratched up due to parking damage. Jon with Quality One arrived at 10am and completed the job by noon.
