It has been a couple of months since I walked in here. I have a 2009 Mercedes E350 AMG and I hit a curb and wheel and tire were still in tact but looked bad. (Before and after pics included). I did reach out to multiple businesses regarding my wheel and I heard back from Quality one within minutes. (I texted at a decent hour and through the Yelp app -*estimates). My cars not under warranty anymore either. (Doubt it would cover my boo boo anyway) I called the dealership (outrageous cost) and I did do my homework and Qualify One was the best for what my car needed and the price was great too. I showed the picture of my tire to them hoping to hear back cause I thought I really messed up my rim and I knew I needed a new tire too! The rim was digging into it but barely. Anyway, I knew I needed a new tire as well. That's another reason I decided to take my car here because Don was able to order me a tire as well. It took them about 3 days because It took a day to get the tire in and they ran into a slight delay regarding matching my rims color but the owner was great at keeping me posted on when my car would be ready and I prefer to wait to have it done right. It was well worth the wait! It came out looking as good as new. I would recommend this business especially if you have expensive rims. Everyone was nice and the owner was quick to respond to me through Yelp. read more

Wheels were powder-coated and I am very happy with the results. After being overwhelmed by Rim choices, I just decided to powder-coat mine. Can't stand shiny rims, so I went with the gloss. They should last a good while before I decide to upgrade. The only thing that sucked is I was car-less from Thursday to Monday. Other places may have quicker turn around time because the shop is only open Monday through Friday. They take credit card for an added $15 fee, but they accept zelle and venmo. read more

Jon and his team did an amazing job fixing my rims and the curb rash I caused on my wheels. I have a Tesla Model S and was not looking to invest $2K for a new set of rims. They were able to repair my wheels and I also got the powder coat with black satin finish and I was really impressed with the quality of their work. The price is very reasonable as well, $500 for all 4 wheels repairs, coated and painted. Jon is very responsive which is great! Dropped off my car Friday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Jon and his crew at QOWR did a phenomenal job on my 2014 Porsche Cayenne GTS. All of my rims were eaten up with road rash, chips - you name it. They looked beat up and bad. Jon was prompt, responded to every text I sent him within about 5 minutes and gave me back a vehicle with fresh newly powder coated rims with NO visible previous damage. Of note: My newly coated rims were so shiny, I thought they looked a little too bright in color from the original to which I asked Jon about. He noted he color matched my rims to their original/previous color but "if I wasn't happy" he would re-do them at no charge to a different color tone. It was important to him that I was happy with his work. THAT shocked me. I didn't take him up on his generous offer because it was just a matter of getting used to rims that looked brand new and as shiny as new rims. I had a slow leak around the seal of my tire/rim. I learned that the dealership sold me a vehicle that had a previously repaired rim. I had another shop look at it but could not fix the issue. Last thing I wanted to do was buy a new rim. As a last ditch effort I brought it to Quality One. Quality One discovered the weld gave way and needed to be redone. In addition the rim needed to be cleaned up. Turnaround was less than 2 days. I have had the vehicle back for over a week with no issues.
